the DRIVE.
INTRODUCTION
SCOPREGA Turbomax 24V-EV is the ultimate electric Inflator that stands alone for reliability and function. The unit has integrated a
digital DC servo- drive developed with DSP and high efficient MOSFET technologies controlled by a microprocessor. It is able to control
a Brush DC motor pair in terms of speed (velocity control) and current independently from input voltage. The Turbomax has two
powerful motors and when the pump starts it will be on a high volume twin pump (turbine) until it reaches the required pressure. Once
reaching the set pressure it will automatically switch off.

Large Inflatable Boats (pumps 7 meter boat in 8 min)
Lazarettes for Super Yachts
Rafts, air mattresses, swimming pool floats, etc.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Turbomax KIT 24 Vdc reliable working temperature shall be LESS than 50°C
Avoid dust, oil fog and corrosive gases
Storage Temperature -20°C; 65°C
Weight Approx. 250 g
USE of TURBOMAX 24V-EV
CONNECTING THE UNIT TO THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
BEFORE CONNECTING THE UNIT MAKE SURE THAT THE INPUT LINE IS NOT LIVE (NO POWER) CONNECTIONS WITH
LIVE POWER CAN DAMAGE THE DRIVER
CONNECT THE “LINE IN” CONNECTOR TO THE ELECTRICAL SISTEM
TURN ON THE POWER
CHECK THAT THE GREEN LED IS ON
WARNING: Make sure polarity is correct (Red to Positive). With wrong polarity the Inflator WILL NOT START
WARNING: Exercise with care when connecting the cord to batteries in order not to short the battery with conducting
materials such as rings, bracelets and keys. The battery or conductor may overheat and cause burns.
WARNING: Check the proper Power Voltage. Do not operate below 21Vdc or above 31 Vdc
FITTING THE ACCESSORIES
Make sure that the main Switch is OFF
Remove the high volume inflation hose from the storage location
Press the air hose inside the port to inflate (OUT) or deflate (IN)
Choose the correct valve-adapter from the universal 7-nozzle-kit supplied, depending on the specific valve installed on your
inflatable boat or structure. A proper adapter has to firmly suit the valve and keep the valve open during the inflation or
deflation. Adapters with inner cross-bar are most recommended for electric pumps.
Option Bayonet Valve-Adpaters, for a more stable connection, are available at your closest Bravo Dealer
Install the proper adapter on the inflation hose
Connect the inflation hose to the valve of your inflatable boat or structure
OPERATING THE UNIT
Set the Pressure Knob to the desired limit. WHEN DEFLATING SET TO 175 mbar.
Press the Main Switch to ON
Press the Start Switch to START
The inflator will stop automatically when the inflatable reaches the set value
WARNING: Do not leave the unit running unattended. Over-inflation of items could result in serious injury.

Installare ed operare il gonfiatore utilizzando le seguenti istruzioni.
5. Non scambiare I poli del connettore di alimentazione.
Il Rosso è il polo positivo, Nero il negativo.
6. Proteggere il cavo di alimentazione dal passaggio e da possibili danneggiamenti.
7. Non aprire il gonfiatore. Il service è riservato al personale specializzato del fornitore.
Mandare l’apparecchio al fornitore in qualsiasi caso di danneggiamento esterno.
8. Non smontare l’apparecchio. Il rimontaggio non corretto può indurre corto circuiti.
9. Non ostruire la bocca di aspirazione.
Non posizionare attorno o sopra il dispositivo nulla che possa essere aspirato.
10. Non bruciare o distruggere batterie anche se severamente danneggiate o completamente
esaurite. La batteria può incendiarsi. Verificare con le autorità locali il modo di smaltimento.
11. Non utilizzare la batteria se si verificano uscite di liquido.
12. Non tentare di aprire la batteria.
Non utilizzare se il contenitore in plastica presenta segni di danneggiamenti. Non ricaricare.
13. Tenere il dispositivo lontano dai bambini.
14. Il gonfiatore produce vibrazioni e potrebbe spostarsi durante il gonfiaggio.
Non pore il dispositivo su piani alti e controllare I movimenti.

2. NON DANNEGGIARE I CAVI DI ALIMENTAZIONE. NON trasportare mai il gonfiatore tramite il
cavo. Mantenere il cavo lontano dal calore, olio o superfici taglienti.
3. EVITARE AVVI NON INTENZIONALI. Non avviare il gonfiatore con la bocca di ingresso
in contatto con polvere od acqua.
4. STARE ATTENTI. Occorre sempre prestare attenzione. Usare il buon senso.
5. CONTROLLARE CHE NON VI SIANO PARTI DANNEGGIATE. Prima di usare il gonfiatore
accertarsi che le parti esterne siano integre. Accertarsi che il gonfiatore operi nel modo
per il quale è progettato.
6. NON USARE IL GONFIATORE nei pressi di liquidi infiammabili o atmosphere gassose esplosive.
I Motori di questo dispositivo producono scintille e queste possono accendere fumi.
7. ATTENZIONE A NON INALARE! L’aria compressa proveniente dal gonfiatore non è pura.
8. ATTENZIONE! RISCHIO DI SCOPPIO. Gonfiare alla pressione raccomandata dal costruttore.
Una pressione eccessiva può causare uno scoppio pericoloso per le persone.
9. NON LASCIARE MAI IL DISPOSITIVO SENZA CONTROLLO. Una pressione eccessiva può

dopo averlo utilizzato per 30 minuti.
12. Non trasportare mai il dispositivo tramite il tubo od il cavo.
ISTRUZIONI IMPORTANTI PER LA RICARICA DI BATTERIE
1. Le migliori prestazioni delle batterie sono ottenute se vengono ricaricate alla temperature
ambiente compresa tra 18°- 24°C (65°F e 75°F). NON ricaricare se la temperatura
è inferiore ai 4°C, o superiore a 40°C.
2. Durante la carica sia l’alimentatore che la batteria possono riscaldarsi.
Questo è perfettamente normale.
3. NON mettere in contatto l’alimentatore con liquidi.
ATTENZIONE: NON METTERE IN CONTATTO L’ALIMENTATORE CON LIQUIDI. PERICOLO DI SHOCK
4. NON tentare di ricaricare la batteria con alimentatori diversi da quello in dotazione
al dispositvo. L’alimentatore e la batteria sono pregettati per operare insieme.
5. L’alimentatore deve essere usato esclusivamente per il gonfiatore.
Ogni altro uso può essere pericoloso.
6. Assicurarsi che il cavo non possa essere danneggiato.
7. Non utilizzare l’alimentatore se il filo o la presa sono danneggiati.
8. Non utilizzare l’alimentatore dopo una caduta oppure se danneggiato esteriormente.
9. Non smontare l’alimentatore.
10. Non usare mai un altro tipo di alimentatore.

INTRODUZIONE
Il BRAVO TURBOMAX 12/24 V ed il TURBOMAX KIT sono unità affidabili e funzionali. Il TURBOMAX è costituito
da due potenti motori in corrente continua che azionano turbine poste in serie fra di loro.
Quando la pressione nel gonfiabile ha raggiunto la pressione settata sulla manopola (2) l’unità si ferma
automaticamente.

11. WARNING! RISK OF FIRE. Allow inflator to cool 20 minutes if operated for more than 30 minutes.
12. Never carry the inflator by the hose.
IMPORTANT CHARGING NOTES
1. Longest life and best performance can be obtained if the battery is charged when the air
temperature is between 18°- 24°C (65°F and 75°F). DO NOT charge the battery in an
air temperature below +40°F(+4.5°C), or above +105°F (+40.5°C).
This is important and will prevent serious damage to the battery.
2. The charger and battery may become warm to touch while charging.
This is a normal condition, and does not indicate a problem.
3. DO NOT immerse charger in water or any other liquid.
WARNING: DO NOT ALLOW ANY LIQUID TO GET INSIDE THE CHARGER. ELECTRIC SHOCK MAY RESULT
4. DO NOT attempt to charge the battery with any chargers other than the ones in this manual.
 Thechargerandbatteryarespecicallydesignedtoworktogether.
5. The charger is not intended for any use other than charging the battery in the Inflator.
 Anyotherusesmayresultinriskofre,electricshockorelectrocution.
6. Makesurecordislocatedsothatitwillnotbesteppedon,trippedover,
or otherwise subjected to damage or stress.
7. Do not operate charger with a damaged cord or plug.
8. Do not operate the charger if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped,
or otherwise damaged in any way.
9. Donotdisassemblecharger.Incorrectreassemblymayresultinarisk

10. Never use another charger to charge this product.Always use identical replacement parts only.

INTRODUCTION
BRAVO TURBOMAX 12/24 V and TURBOMAX KIT are the ultimate 12/24 V DC electric Inflator that stands alone
for reliability and function.The TURBOMAX has two powerful motors and when the pump starts it will be on a
high volume twin pump (turbine) until it reaches the required pressure. Once reaching the set pressure it will
automatically switch off.

Connect the cord to your Power Supply (Battery, Vehicle or Boat)

With wrong polarity the Inflator WILL NOT START
