DO NOT SUPPLY THE INFLATOR AT HIGHER OR LOWER VOLTAGE THAN NOMINAL.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
7. CONSIDER WORK AREA ENVIRONMENT. Donʼt expose the device to heavy rain. Donʼt use in presence of flammable liquids
or gases.
8. DONʼT ABUSE CORD. Never carry device by cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle. Keep cord from heat, oil, and sharp
edges.
9. STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing. Use common sense.
10. CHECK DAMAGED PARTS. Before further use of the device, a guard or otherpart that is damaged should be carefully checked
to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.
11. DO NOT OPERATE portable device near flammable liquids or in gaseous or explosive atmospheres.
12. WARNING! RISK OF UNSAFE OPERATION. Do not modify or attempt to repair. Never drill into or make any modifications to
the device or its attachments.
INTENDED USE
GE 2000 ARS is a system able to keep the nominal pressure inside a large inflatable structures within pre-set values (min. 50 mbar, max.
400 mbar), independently from ambient temperature. The unit constantly monitors the pressure variation inside the inflatable structure
and regulates the operation to ensure pressure top-up and pressure relief.
1. The GE 2000 ARS (is a unit able to INFLATE, MAINTAIN A PRESET PRESSURE and DEFLATE a LARGE INFLATABLE
STRUCTURE. THAT MEANS THE UNIT MUST BE ALWAYS BE CONNECTED TO THE INFLATABLE.
2. THE ARS IS DELIVERED WITH A FACTORY PRESSURE SET. IF THE SET PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED,
PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THIS MANUAL. IN CASE OF DOUBTS PLEASE
CONTACT SCOPREGA.
3. THE INFLATOR IS PROVIDED WITH HOSES AND ADAPTORS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE MOST COMMON
INFLATION VALVES
4. THE INFLATOR IS FITTED WITH TERMAL OVERLOAD SWITCHES THAT WILL INTERVENE IN CASE OF
OVERHEATING. NORMAL OPERATION WILL RESUME AUTOMATICALLY AFTER A PAUSE OF 20/40 MINUTES

USE OF GE 2000 ARS
1. Connect the Inflating tube to the Outlet Port of the GE 2000 ARS and
to the Main Valve of the inflatable structure
2. Connect the fitting (circled in the picture below) to a different
inflatable structure’s valve. Use a PU (or PA) tube with a diameter of
6 mm and a length of 5 m MAX.
ATTENTION: CHECK THAT THE PRESSURE-SENSOR HOSE IS
ALWAYS CONNECTED BETWEEN THE INFLATOR AND THE
INFLATABLE STRUCTURE
Pressure-sensor hose and 6 mm valve adapter is not included!
3. Connect the Power Supply Plug to the specific Socket
4. Turn ON (1) the Green Switch on the Inflator. The light on the switch will turn ON
5. Press the AUTO CYCLE button. 2 LEDs light up and after 2 seconds the Red LED will turn OFF; the Green LED is signaling
that the GE 2000 ARS will start to inflate at the preset
pressure.
CHANGING THE PRESET PRESSURE
TO CHANGE THE PRESET INFLATING/CONTROLLING PRESSURE
CAREFULLY FOLLOWS THIS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. CONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY CABLE TO THE
SPECIFIC SOCKET
2. TURN ON (1) THE MAIN GREEN SWITCH
3. TO ADJUST THE PRESSURE ACT AS FOLLOWS:
A. PRESS MODE to select the
measurement’s units (mbar, psi, kPa, bar):
press many times the MODE button until
desired unit.
B. Adjust to the desired working pressure
using the SET+/SET- button: press a
button for 2 seconds, the display starts
flashing and you can change the pressure
switch SET+/SET-. After 2 seconds the
display stops flashing and the set pressure
is stored. The pressure is adjustable from 100 to 350 mbar
C. Adjust the selectable refill pressure: press for 3 seconds the MIN button, the display starts flashing. With SET+ and SET-
you can adjust the value. After 2 seconds the display stops flashing and the set pressure is stored. There is the possibility
to adjust the refilling pressure from 30 to 70 mbar with respect to the working pressure. Example: if the desired pressure
is set to 250 mbar and the value of refilling is set to 50 mbar, when the pressure of the inflatable structure falls below 200
mbar, the GE 2000 ARS turns on and brings the pressure to 250 mbar

D. Adjust the selectable relief pressure: pressfor 3seconds the MAX button, the display starts flashing. With SET+ and SET-
you can adjust the value. After 2 seconds the display stops flashing and the set pressure is stored. There is the possibility
to adjust the relief pressure from 30 to 70 mbar with respect to the working pressure. Example: if the desired pressure is
set to 250 mbar and the value of discharging is set to 50 mbar, when the pressure of the inflatable structure rises to above
300 mbar, the ARS’s discharging valve opens and the ARS’s internal pressure returns to 250 mbar
E. After adjustment press AUTO CYCLE: 2 LEDs light up and after 2 seconds, the ARS will inflate-refill and discharge
automatically. With the automatic cycle switched on (LEDs ON) the UNIT automatically checks the pressure of the inflatable
structure.

NORME DI SICUREZZA GENERALE
7. CONSIDERARE L’AREA DI LAVORO. Non esporre il dispositivo alla pioggia. Non usare in presenza di liquidi infiammabili,
liquidi o gas.
8. NON USARE IMPROPRIAMENTE I CAVI. Non trasportare o staccare la spina dalla presa tirando il cavo. Tenerlo lontano da
calore, olio e spigoli vivi.
9. STARE ATTENTI. Prestare sempre la massima attenzione. Usare il buon senso.
10. CONTROLLARE CHE NON VI SIANO PARTI DANNEGGIATE. Dopo ogni utilizzo accertarsi che le parti esterne siano integre
e che il gonfiatore operi nel modo nel quale per il quale è progettato.
11. NON USARE IL GONFIATORE nei pressi di liquidi infiammabili o atmosfere esplosive.
12. ATTENZIONE! RISCHIO DI MALFUNZIONAMENTO. Non modificare o tentare di riparare. Non forare e non apportare
Modifiche al dispositivo e ai suoi accessori
MODALITA’ DI UTILIZZO
GE 2000 ARS è un dispositivo in grado di mantenere la pressione nominale in gonfiabili entro valori prestabiliti (min. 50 mbar, max. 400
mbar), indipendentemente dalla temperatura ambientale. L’unità monitora costantemente le variazioni di pressione all’interno della
struttura e regole le operazioni di rabbocco e lo sgonfiaggio in caso di sovrapressione.
1. GE 2000 ARS è una unità che è in grado di GONFIARE e MANTENERE un gonfiabile a una pressione preimpostata.
QUESTO SIGNIFICA CHE IL GONFIABILE DEVE ESSERE SEMPRE COLLEGATO AL GONFIATORE.
2. IL GONFIATORE E’ CONSEGNATO CON UNA PRESSIONE PREIMPOSTATA IN FABBRICA. PER MODIFICARE
QUESTA IMPOSTAZIONE BISOGNA LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE ISTRUZIONI. IN CASO DI DUBBI SI PREGA DI
CONTATTARE IL SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA SCOPREGA
3. IL GONFIATORE E’ PROVVISTO DI TUBO E RACCORDI NECESSARI PER COLLEGARSI ALLE PIU’ COMUNI VALVOLE
DI GONFIAGGIO.
4. IL GONFIATORE E’ DOTATO DI PROTEZIONE TERMICA CHE INTERROMPE LE OPERAZIONI DI GONFIAGGIO IN
CASO DI SURRISCALDAMENTO DEI MOTORI. IL NORMALE FUNZIONAMENTO PROSEGUIRA’ AUTOMATICAMENTE
DOPO UNA PAUSA DI 20/40 MINUTI.

UTILIZZO DEL GE 2000 ARS
1. Collegare il tubo di gonfiaggio al bocchettone di gonfiaggio della GE
2000 ARS e alla valvola principale della struttura gonfiabile.
2. Collefare il raccordo (cerchiato nella figura affianco) a un’altra
valvola della struttura gonfiabile. Usare un tubo in PU (o PA) con
diametro di 6 mm e lungo al massimo 5 m
ATTENZIONE: CONTROLLARE CHE IL TUBO DI CONTROLLO
DELLA PRESSIONE SIA SEMPRE COLLEGATO AL
GONFIATORE E ALLA STRUTTURA GONFIABILE
Il tubo di controllo pressione e l’adattatore da 6 mm per la valvola
non sono inclusi!
3. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla rispettiva presa.
4. Premere l’interruttore generale del gonfiatore. L’accensione della luce verde indica che il gonfiatore è pronto per operare.
5. Premere il pulsante AUTO CYCLE. I 2 LED si accendono dopo 2 secondi e il LED rosso si spegne; Il LED verde segnala che
la GE 2000 ARS inizierà a gonfiarsi alla pressione automaticamente.
CAMBIARE LE IMPOSTAZIONI DELLA PRESSIONE
PER CAMBIARE LE IMPOSTAZIONI DI GONFIAGGIO E DI CONTROLLO DELLA PRESSIONE SEGUIRE LE SEGUENTI
ISTRUZIONI:
1. COLLEGARE IL CAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE ALLA PRESA
2. ACCENDERE L’INTERRUTTORE GENERALE VERDE
3. PER REGOLARE LA PRESSIONE SEGUIRE I SEGUENTI PASSI:
A. PREMERE MODE per selezionare l’unità
di misura(mbar, psi, kPa, bar): premere più
volte il pulsante MODE fino all’unità
desiderata.
B. Modificare la pressione di gonfiaggio
utilizzando I pulsanti SET+/SET-: premere
un pulsante per 2 secondi, il display inizia
a lampeggiare e si può quindi modificare la
pressione premendo i pulsanti SET+/SET.
Dopo 2 secondi il display finisce di
lampeggiare e la pressione è memorizzata. La pressione è modificabile tra 100 e 350 mbar
C. Modificare la pressione di riempimento: premere per 3 secondi il pulsante MIN, il display inizia a lampeggiare. Con SET+
e SET-potete modificare il valore. Dopo 2 secondi il display termina di lampeggiare e il valore viene memorizzato. C'è la
possibilità di regolare la pressione di riempimento da 30 a 70 mbar rispetto alla pressione di esercizio. Esempio: se si
desidera una pressione di gonfiaggio di 250 mbar e il valore per ricaricare è settato su 50 mbar, quando la pressione della
struttura gonfiabile avrà raggiunto i 200 mbar il GE 2000 ARS si riaccende e porterà la pressione nel gonfiabile fino a 250
mbar.

D. Modificare la pressione di scarico: premere per 3 secondi il pulsante MAX , il display inizia a lampeggiare. Con SET+ e
SET-potete modificare il valore. Dopo 2 secondi il display termina di lampeggiare e il valore viene memorizzato. C'è la
possibilità di regolare la pressione di scarico da 30 a 70 mbar rispetto alla pressione di esercizio.
Esempio: se si desidera una pressione di gonfiaggio di 250 mbar e il valore di scarico è settato a 50 mbar, quando la
struttura raggiungerà i 300 mbar, l’ARS aprirà la valvola di scarico fino a quando non avrà raggiunto I 250 mbar.
E. Dopo le modifiche premere AUTO CYCLE: . I 2 LED si accendono dopo 2 secondi e il LED rosso si spegne; Il LED verde
segnala che la GE 2000 ARS inizierà a gonfiarsi/scaricare e ricaricare automaticamente. Con il ciclo automatico attivato
(LED accesi), l'unità verifica automaticamente la pressione della struttura gonfiabile.
