STAY CONNECTED TO RED POWER.
A) Remove original silencer from
bike, be careful of the Lambda
Sensor bolted into the back of the
silencer.
B) Unbolt the Lambda Sensor from
the back of silencer. (Keep safe as
needed for installation of Scorpion
Product).
C) Unbolt the Header Pipe from the
engine, keep the original nuts as
they are needed for installation of
Scorpion Product.
D) Fit the Flange to the Header Pipe
and mate up to the engine, using
original nuts, gently hand tighten
Header Pipe to the engine.
E) Firmly tighten the Lambda
Sensor to the Connecting Pipe
F) Slip the Band Clamp over the
Connecting Pipe, and then place
them over the Header Pipe.
G) Loosely fit the mounting
bracket to the vehicle so a little
bit of movement is allowed by the
bracket.
H) Secure the Silencer to the
Mounting Bracket, once happy with
the position tighten the Silencer to
the Bracket, and then tighten the
Bracket to the Vehicle.
Securely tighten all fixings starting
from the Silencer and work
towards the Header Pipe. Ensure
the Lanbda Sensor has been
reconnected and the check the
system to ensure nothing is fouling
and everything is free from moving
parts.
