1. SAFETY
WARNING! The warnings, cautions and instructions referred to in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may
occur. It must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be applied by the
operator.
8DO NOT overload ramp, maximum capacity 680kg. All loads must be evenly distributed.
9Always use the safety strap to securely fasten the ramp to the vehicle to prevent the ramp slipping off the tailgate.
9Carefully roll or winch equipment up or down the ramp. never drive or ride your equipment while loading or unloading.
9Make sure the ramp is aligned with the wheels of the equipment being loaded or unloaded.
9Always load or unload on a solid, level, well lit and stable surface with the vehicle in gear the parking/emergency brake on and the engine
off.
9Wear gloves. Remove ill tting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.
9Maintain correct balance and footing, do not over reach. Ensure the oor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9Use as a loading ramp only.
9Ramp surface must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and water.
9Inspect ramp before each use. Check fasteners for tightness, replace any worn or damaged parts. Replace safety strap if webbing is
frayed or worn.
8DO NOT attempt to use a ramp that is damaged in any way.
8DO NOT modify the ramp in any way.
9Proper care and maintenance of the ramp is critical to safety.

2. INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from strong, durable yet lightweight aluminium. Provides safe and easy ramp access for a variety of vehicles. Suitable for loading/
unloading trikes, quad bikes, ride on lawnmowers or any other three or four wheeled vehicle up to a maximum of 680kg. Features safety
securing chains and extended claws at one end to help secure ramp when in use. Folding design for compact storage when not in use.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Made sure that loading is carried out on a hard, level and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, the parking/emergency brake on and the
engine switched off.
4.2. Unfold and place the edge of the ramp against the tailgate of the vehicle.
4.3. Secure the ramp to the vehicle being loaded using the safety chains. Test the ramp by pulling backwards on it. Make sure it does not slide
back or disengage from the loading surface.
4.4. Once the ramp is secure and the area is safe to proceed with loading, move the vehicle to be loaded behind the ramp.
4.5. Load the vehicle, make sure that the ramp is sustaining the load and not bowing from the weight.
4.6. Continue until the vehicle is fully loaded. Secure and then tie down the load.
4.7. Unhook the safety chain and fold the ramp.
4.8. Store in a clean, dry and childproof environment.
