1. SAFETY
WARNING! Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. A full range of Personal Protective Equipment is available from your
Sealey dealer.
WARNING! Ensure that Health & Safety, Local Authority Regulations and general workshop practice Regulations are adhered to when
using tools.
8DO NOT use tools if damaged.
9Maintain tools to ensure that they are in an adequate condition for safe use and optimum performance.
9Ensure that a vehicle that has been raised by a jack is adequately supported.
9Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging.
8DO NOT wear jewellery. Tie back long hair.
9Account for all tools, parts and components being used.
8DO NOT leave tools in or near the engine. Return tools to suitable storage after use.
9When not in use, store in a safe dry and childproof place.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
2. INTRODUCTION
Extract brake calliper pistons without risk of damage to outer face of piston. Fast and simple operation. Features detachable slide hammer for
impact removal. The kit includes 12 adaptors to suit different sized pistons.

4. OPERATION
4.1.  Selectcorrectsizeadaptorforthejobrequirements.(g.1.1).
4.2.  Clampbrakecalibreinsoftjawvice(g.2).
4.3.  Removeinnerspindlebyunscrewingfrommainbodyoftool(g.1.2).Slideadaptorontospindleslottedendrst,reassemble 
tool.
4.4. Slide adaptor into Brake piston and tighten to clamp the adaptor inside the piston.
4.5.  Screwslidehammertoendoftool(g2).
4.6.  Withcareusetheslidehammerforimpactremovaltopullthepistonfromthehousing(g3).
4.7. Remove tool from piston in reverse order to above.

5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Keep the tools clean and store in the case provided.
5.2. Store in a dry, childproof area.
