1. SAFETY
9Disconnect the tyre inflator from the air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing any maintenance.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9Keep the gauge LCD screen and tyre inflator clean.
9Replace damaged parts with genuine Sealey parts. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
9Check condition of the batteries regularly.
9Check tyre pressures when they are cold.
8DO NOT direct the tyre inflator outlet at yourself or others including animals..
8DO NOT carry the tyre inflator by the hose, or tug the hose from the air supply.
8DO NOT use the tyre inflator for a task which it is not designed to perform.
8DO NOT operate the tyre inflator when you are tired or under the influence of intoxicating medicines, drugs or alcohol.
8DO NOT operate the tyre inflator if parts are missing or the LCD is damaged, this could be dangerous.
8DO NOT drop or bump the tyre inflator.
8DO NOT get the tyre inflator wet.
8DO NOT operate near appliances with strong magnetic fields, corrosive gasses or corrosive liquids.

commercialandagriculturalvehicletyres.Allaresuppliedwithaserialnumberedcalibrationcerticate.WarrantyforSA37/93and
SA37/94 is two years and warranty for SA37/93B is three years.

4. INSTALLATION
4.1. AIR SUPPLY - Maximum pressure 15 Bar (218psi).
4.1.1. Thesupplymustbecleananddry-useasuitablelter/watertrapifnecessary.Thesupplypressureatthegaugeinletshouldideally
be10.5-12.5bar(150-180psi).Thegaugewillfunctioncorrectlywithsupplypressuresdownto7bar(100psi),butinationtimes
will be increased. .
4.2. PIPE WORK
Copper or galvanised steel tube is recommended for the supply line from the compressor. The number of bends in the line should
be kept to a minimum and no pockets or low points should be present to allow water to accumulate. Blow the line clear of any debris
anddrainoanyaccumulatedwaterbeforemakingthenalconnectiontothegauge.
4.3. FLEXIBLE HOSE - Models SA37/93 and SA37/93B
Theexiblelinetothegaugeshouldbeproperlyratedforthedutyandsupplypressure-hosetoBS5118class2isrecommended.A
1/4”BSPTaper(male)connectionisrequiredtoconnecttothegauge.
4.4. FLEXIBLE HOSE - Model SA37/94 (supplied - 2.75 metres)
Supplied hose meets the required standards for use on commercial and agricultural tyres. If an additional extension hose is required
itmustbeproperlyratedforthedutyandsupplypressure-hosetoBS5118class2isrecommended.A1/4”BSPTaper(male)
connection is required to connect to the gauge.
