Q. Is the top a cung board?
A. Yes! The top is solid end-grain bamboo and is designed for heavy-
duty food prep, chopping, cung, slicing and dicing.
Q. How do I wash the top?
A. Clean aer food prep with mild soap, a damp cloth, warm water
and a hard scrub. Wipe away excess water and let air dry.
Q. How do I maintain the top?
A. Generously and evenly apply mineral oil to the top. Let the oil soak
in for a few hours (or overnight) unl fully absorbed. Perform once
a month, or whenever top is dry.
Q. Can I use it without the casters?
A. No. Unit is not designed to be used without casters.
Q. Can I use it outside?
A. No. Cart is designed for indoor use only.

STEP 7. Slide BOWL (D) into bracket beneath juice hole.
STEP 8. Hang S-HOOKS (F) from handles as needed.

Assembly Instrucons
STEP 1. Set TOP (A) face-down and insert LEGS (B).
Align screw-holes on LEGS (B) and TOP (A). Aach with SCREWS (G).
STEP 2. Lower SHELF (C) onto LEGS (B).

STEP 4. Repeat STEP 2 and STEP 3 for second shelf.
STEP 3. Align screw-holes on shelf with holes on legs.
Aach SHELF (C) to LEGS (B) with SCREWS (G).
STEP 5. Screw CASTERS (E) into boom of legs.
Tighten with WRENCH (H) unl snug.
STEP 6. Turn table onto CASTERS (E).
