The Shiatsu and Compression Massage Cushion
comes with a screw located on the back to protect
the massage mechanism during shipment. This
screw must be removed prior to the first use to
allow the shiatsu feature to function. Use the
provided Allen wrench to remove the screw. You
may then dispose of the screw. [NOTE: Failure to
remove the screw may cause permanent damage
to the product.]

1. Use the included Allen wrench to remove the
shipping screw as described above.
2. Attach the Shiatsu and Compression Massage
Cushion to almost any chair using the elastic
straps. [NOTE: Take care not to damage
wooden or upholstered surfaces.]
3. Plug the power cord into an AC outlet.
4. Sit in the chair and use the wired remote to
operate the device. See below for a description
of the buttons. [NOTE: This device has a
15-minute auto shutoff for safety. ]
POWER
To start a massage, press the POWER button.
The LED will illuminate to confirm your selection.
To turn off the device, simply press the POWER
button again. The LED will blink while the massage
mechanism returns to its starting point before
switching off.

LUMBAR AIR COMPRESSION
Press this button to begin inflating the air pockets
in the seat area. You will feel the air pockets
inflating, providing a relaxing sensation. Please
note there are three intensity levels as indicated by
the LEDs: the first press is level 1, the second press
is level 2 and the third press is level 3. A fourth
press will turn off the air compression.
• Unplug the device and allow it to cool before
cleaning.
• Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
• Never allow water or any other liquid to come into
contact with the device.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS, BASIC
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE
FOLLOWED, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
• ALWAYS unplug this device from the electrical
outlet immediately after use.
• NEVER leave this device unattended while it is
plugged in. Unplug the device from the
AC outlet when not in use.
• DO NOT reach for this device if it has fallen into
water or another liquid.
• DO NOT operate in wet or moist conditions.
• Use this device for its intended use only, as
described in this guide.
• NEVER operate this device if it has a damaged
cord or plug, if it is not working properly,
if it has been dropped or damaged
or if it has been dropped into water.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow.
Excessive heating can occur and cause
fire or injury.
• DO NOT carry this device by the cord or use the
cord as a handle.
• DO NOT use this device outdoors.
• DO NOT crush. Avoid sharp folds.
• DO NOT attempt to repair this device. There are
no user-serviceable parts.
• This device is not for use by children.
Press DEMO to activate a brief demonstration
of all product features (shiatsu, heat and air
compression). may then dispose of the screw.
[NOTE: Failure to remove the screw may cause
permanent damage to the product.]
Press SHIATSU once to engage the shiatsu rollers
up and down your full back. Press a second time
to focus the massage on the mid- to upper back.
Press a third time to focus the massage on the
mid- to lower back. (The LED lights will indicate
your current selection.) Press SHIATSU a fourth
time to turn off the shiatsu massage. NOTE: The
moving shiatsu mechanism always “parks” or
finishes in the lowest position. It will continue to
this position even after the power has been turned
off. If the power supply is ever interrupted, the
device will reset itself when the power is restored
by starting over in the lowest position.
For optional soothing heat when the shiatsu
massage is on, simply press the HEAT button. To
turn the heat off, press the HEAT button again.

in the lower back (lumbar) region. You will feel
the air pockets squeezing this area using air
compression. Please note there are three intensity
levels as indicated by the LEDs: the first press is
level 1, the second press is level 2 and the third
press is level 3. A fourth press will turn off the air
compression.
