2. Structure Characteristics andWorkingPrinciple
2.1WorkingPrinciple
Drying: based on the principleofwaterhightemperaturegasification,moisture
ofmaterialwouldbe blownawaybyhighpressureair fromblowerafterbeing
hightemperaturegasified.Apartofair withmoisturedischargesthroughfilterof
moistureoutlet; mostpartofair arerecyclableafterbeingfilteredthroughreturn
air pipe.
Conveying: suction forceofhighpressureblowermakesavacuuminside
hopperalsoproducesdifferentialpressurebetween hopperandouterspace.
Withthe common forceofdifferentialpressureandcontinuoussuction,
materialsandair mixturewillbe suckedintohopper. Due tothe filterblock of
hopper,materialswill beaccumulatedinhopperandtheair isexpelled fromair
outlet. Double-stageconveyingismainlyaccomplished byshiftingthree way
valveof suctionmachine tocontrolsuction returncircuit.
Heatless regeneration:The compressedair afterpassingthroughinletfilter11
entersintodrybarrel1(ordried barrels2)throughpneumaticcontrolvalve1.
Then itmakeabsorptiondrywithdesiccant bedlayer, andlaterexist from
non-returnvalve9(or10), finallyexist fromthe outlettodryand purifyair. A
partofdryair (about15%)entersdrybarrel2(ordried barrel1)throughcurrent
limitationpipe8toblowand regeneratedesiccantswithsaturatedwater, then
air passesthroughpneumaticcontrolvalves1toexist out of muffler7. Drying
