correspondingprofessionalexperience.The manualcontainsinstructionsforboth
handlingand servicing.Chapter5, whichcontainsserviceinstructionsintendedfor
serviceengineers. Otherchapterscontaininstructionsforthedailyoperator.
Anymodificationsofthemachinemustbe approved bySHINI inordertoavoid
personalinjuryand damagetomachine.Weshall not beliableforanydamage
causedbyunauthorized changeof themachine.

position.WhileACpowersourceisconnected,makesurespecifications
and overload protection ratingofthepowerswitcharesuitableand
reliable.Whenthemachine isundercareormaintenance,turnoff both

Shiniisexempted fromliabilityforanycosts,fees,claimsandlossescausedby
reasonsbelow:
1. Anycarelessorman-madeinstallations,operation andmaintenancesupon
machineswithoutreferringtothe Manualpriortomachineusing.
2. Anyincidentsbeyondhumanreasonablecontrols, whichincludeman-made
viciousordeliberatedamagesorabnormalpower,and machine faultscaused
byirresistiblenaturaldisastersincludingfire,flood,stormand earthquake.
3. Anyoperationalactionsthatarenotauthorized byShiniuponmachine,
includingaddingorreplacingaccessories, dismantling,deliveringorrepairing.
4. Employingconsumablesoroil mediathatarenotappointed byShini.

Inthedryingprocess,hotair withconstanttemperatureisblownbyablowerinto
atwo-layerinsulated hoppertodrythe materials. Moisturewill be separatedout
and takenawaybyhot air, thustogainasatisfieddryingeffect.
Air blownoutofblowerbecamehightemperaturedryingair afterbeingheated.
Throughscreen protectorand holescreen,hotair can beequablydispersed in
thematerialofstorage tank(seepicture).Hotair recyclerisoptionalsotheair
enterdryingblowerafterbeingfilteredtoformaclosedloopcircleandsave
electricity.

3. InstallationandDebugging
NotesforInstallationand Positioning
1)Machinejustcanbemountedinverticalposition.Makesurethere’snopipe,
fixed structureorotherobjectsabovethe installinglocation andaround the
machinewhichmayblock machine’sinstallation,hitobjectsorinjure
human person.
2)Inordertomaintainconvenient operation, it’ssuggested tokeep1mspace
aroundthe machine.Pleasekeepatleast 2mdistancebetweenthedevice
and theinflammablegoods.
3)Thisseriesofmodelsonlycouldbeappliedinworkingenvironmentwith
good ventilation.
3.1Direct Installation

Directinstallationtypeistomountthehopperdryerdirectlyon themolding
machine viaastandardbase.
When usingthemethod tomountthe dryer,the equippedstandardbasemust
accordingtomaterialinletdiameterofthe moldingmachinemountingdrill holes.
Then usethe screwtofastenthebaseandthemoldingmachineinlet.

3.2Connectingthe Power Source
Openthecontrolboxand connect the powersourceinaccordancewithwiring
diagram. Noticeshouldbe takenconcerningif the powervoltageisincompliance
withthe required specifications,alsoif theswitchand load areproperand safe.
Notes:Beforeconnecting,themainswitchandheatswitchshouldbeoff.
3.3The Hopper DryerTest
Afterensuringall thecircuitshavebeen connected firmly,turnon theblower
switchto”ON”statusand turnon theheaterswitchon controlboxto “ON”status.
Then lightindicatoroftheswitchwouldturnon,observewhetherthe rotating
derectionofthe blowerissameasthe arrowindicated direction.Ifitisnot,
randomlyexchangetwoofthethreepowerfiringlinesandconnect themfirmly.

3.4InstallationoftheOptions
3.4.1Installation of Air-Exhaust Filter
If thematerialscontaindustortoavoidthedust-containair exhausted bydryer
pollutingtheworkshop’senvironment.Option withair-exhaustfilterADC can
filterthe exhausted air fromthe dryer. ADC can reachfilterefficiencyof99%.
ADC areinstalled on air-exhaustelbowofthe dryer.Pointittothe installed
holesthentightenupthe screws, userubberringtosealthe combined place.

When installingthe SHD-EB on thefloorstand,the suction boxSBUisrequired,so
conveyorcan takeawaythe driedplastics.TheinstallationofEuropean suction
boxandshut-off suctionboxissimple,whicharemountedatthehopperbottom,
and itmust lock correspondingholeswithscrews.
