1. NOTES BEFORE USE
•Suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
•Please make sure that the power supply is the correct rated voltage before use (220V for domestic).
•Do not add flammable liquid, such as gas oil or using with unknown pigments;
•When outputting haze, the temperature of the haze nozzle can be as high as 40~100 ℃, a safe
distance of more than 100cm should be kept from the nozzle during use.
•The Pro Haze 3500 machine should be used in a well-ventilated area, and the heat dissipation hole
of the haze machine should not be covered to ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation. Keep a
space of at least 20cm above and below the haze machine, and no flammable substances can be
stored within 30cm of the surrounding area.
2. Attention during operation:
•This The Pro Haze 3500 machine can be operated by DMX.
•If the machine is corroded by moisture, water or chemicals, cut off the power supply immediately and
contact your dealer.
•The machine is equipped with a power cord, a handle, a pair of knobs, a remote-control transmitter
and a manual as standard.
•Ensure to pour out all the fluid in the tank and give it proper packaging before shipping.
•Do not accumulate obstructions at the nozzle.
•The ProHaze 3500 must be placed evenly before use.
•Pour the high-quality fluid into the tank and tighten tank lid. Only use the correct fluid, otherwise it will
shorten the life span of the machine.
•Insert the self-locking plug of the power cord into the power socket and rotate it clockwise to lock it,
the display panel will turn on. At this time, it should indicate that the haze machine is heating and can
be used normally.
•When the machine starts to heat up, make sure there is enough in the tank. DO NOT use this machine
with low fluid.
•When adding fluid, please take the bottle out of the machine to avoid damaging the machine.
•Please use the recommended fluid. Any damage caused by incorrect fluid is not covered by the
warranty.

3. Key description:
MENU --> Menu switch \Back key (press and hold the menu key for 1 second to return to the
previous interface);
UP --> value "+" key;
DOWN --> value "+" key;
ENTER --> confirm key.
4. Main interface display description:
(When the machine is not in operation for 60 seconds, the screen will automatically return to the
main interface)
The upper left corner of the display panel shows the heating progress percentage. When "98%" is
displayed, it means that the heating has been completed, and when the "--%" is displayed, it means
there is a heating error.
The upper right corner of the display panel shows the temperature near the main control circuit
board inside the case.
The second line of the display panel shows the heating state. When it is displayed as "K Error", it
means thermocouple error; when it is displayed as "Heater error", it means there is an error of the
heater; when it is displayed as "Ready", it means heating is completed; when it is displayed as
"Enter Pump", it means that the machine is under oil-free protection. At this time, the machine will
not work normally, and the fault display must be eliminated. Please press ENTER key to pump oil to
clear fault.
Operation instructions of main interface:
•MENU: Switch and enter to the menu main interface ("welcome ready now")
•UP: It is the shortcut key for continuous output. This operation is valid under the menu main
interface (when the machine is working, press ENTER to stop work before performing other
operations);
•DOWN: It is the shortcut key for timer output. This operation is valid under the menu main interface
(when the machine is working, press ENTER to stop work before performing other operations);
•ENTER: Press ENTER key to pump oil when there is no oil in the machine (Oil can be pumped
only when the display interface is the main interface),
Long press ENTER key to toggle between the heating progress percentage and heater temperature display.

5. Menu contents and operations:
Welcome Ready Now: Interface displays Welcome. It is the main interface of the display panel.
The following submenus will appear in sequence after Press the menu key continuously.
•DMX Address: Set a starting DMX address, press the UP key to increase or press the DOWN key
to reduce.
•Constant out press Enter: Duration output control submenu, press ENTER key to start/stop.
•Manual out press enter: Manual output control submenu, press and hold the ENTER key to work,
and the machine stops when loosen.
•Timer out press enter: Timed output control submenu, press ENTER key to start/stop.
•Fog volume 100%: Fog output change submenu, press UP key to increase or press DOWN key to
reduce the amount of fog, parameter range: 1%-100%.
•Fan volume 100%: Fan output change submenu, press UP key to increase or press DOWN key to
reduce the amount of Fan, parameter range: 30%-100%.
•T-Interval (00:01:00): Set timer output interval, press UP/DOWN to increase/reduce the interval time,
press ENTER to switch in min and sec.
•T-Time (00:01:00): Set timer output duration, press UP/DOWN to increase/reduce duration time,
press ENTER to switch in min and sec.
•Fluid senser (ON): Set oil-free protection on / off, press UP/DOWN key to select;
•Reset cancel: Select whether to restore the factory settings, select UP/DOWN key to select, and
then press ENTER key to confirm (Please do not restore the factory settings by yourself)
