1. 808D PPU interface X51～X53 is defined as axis pulse interface, the standard configuration is
SINAMCIS V60 drive.
( Taking a milling machine for an example)

3. Announcements ：
a) The + 24 V and M signals of X200 must be connected; otherwise, the communication
between the PPU and the drives does not function as it should.(reference 808D
electrical installation_201205 manual ,the 20 page and the 30 page)
b) If using Siemens standard cable to connect third party drive or using other cable,
please be sure good insulation for useless signal cable.
4.FAQ：
a) Q：axis disable，SINAMCIS V60 display alarm : “S-3”
Possible cause：
---The + 24 V and M signals of X200 is not be connected
---65 port of V60 not be connected
---please check the axis machine date : MD30130&MD30240&MD34200 set correctly
--- System has read disable effective signal
---65 enable M signal port and M signal port of X200 not connected the same ground
b) Q: 808D X51~X52 port was damaged
Possible cause：
--- Hot-plug the connector
--- Wrong wiring, Short circuits, cable breakage
