Product Description
The 550-818B kit contains an Offboard Air Module
(OAM), which is used with Offboard Air Velocity
Sensor (OAVS) controller board(s), 550-767X
series.
The 550-819B kit contains an Offboard Air Module
(OAM), which is used with Offboard Air Velocity
Sensor (OAVS) controller board(s), 570-801P
through 570-811P, 570-801PA through 570-811PA,
570-00701, 570-00701PA, 570-00700N and 550-
767XN controller board(s) series. See Figure 1.

Required Tools
Cordless driver and bit for self-tapping
screws.
Small, flat-blade screwdriver.
Expected Installation Time
10 minutes
Prerequisites
All wiring must conform to NEC and local
codes and regulations.
High and low pressure pneumatic tubing
available at the installation location.
Follow all safety regulations and local codes
when installing this equipment.
Installation
1. Using appropriate screws for the mounting
surface, install the Offboard Air Module in any
orientation. See Figure 3 for dimensions.
2. Wire up the terminal block. Terminal block plug(s)
can be removed for easier access. See Figure 2.

3. Connect pneumatic tubing (#2 High, #1 Low). See
Figure 2.
4. Connect the wiring to the controller following the
controller’s wiring diagram.
The installation is complete.
