Demontage
Diese Reparaturanweisung beschreibt den Wechsel der
Schaltstücke und des Halters kpl. mit Lagerbolzen. Im
folgenden Bild ist der Umfang des Reparaturkits ersichtlich:
Dismounting
These repair instructions describe how to change the contact
pieces and the holder including the bearing pin. The contents of
the repair kit are shown in the following figure.
Sökme
Bu onarım kılavuzu, kontak elemanıve tutucunun yatak pimiyle
birlikte komple nasıl değiştirileceğini açıklar. Aşağıdaki resim,
onarım kitinin kapsamınıgösterir:
Es sind jeweils sämtliche Teile des Reparatursatzes aus
Produkthaftungsgründen auszuwechseln. Als Werkzeug wird
benötigt: der Federhaken (beiliegend), eine Flachstumpfzange,
ein Schlitzschraubendreher 5x1, zwei Gabelschlüssel mit der
Schlüsselweite 7 und ein Messschieber mit Nonius.
Zuerst wird die Lichtbogenkammer entsprechend der
Betriebsanleitung Schütz 3ZX1012-0TC74-1AA1 abgebaut.
For reasons of product liability, all parts of the repair kit must be
replaced each time. The following tools are required: the spring
hooks (enclosed), flat pliers, a screwdriver for slotted screws
5x1, two size 7 fork wrenches and a caliper gage with nonius.
First dismount the arc chute according to the operating
instructions Contactors 3ZX1012-0TC74-1AA1.
Ürün mesuliyeti sebepleriyle onarım setinin her defasında tüm
parçalarıdeğiştirilmelidir. Takım olarak gerekli olanlar: yaylı
kanca (ekli), bir düz karga burun pense, bir düz tornavida 5x1,
anahtar ağız genişliği 7 olan iki adet çatal ağızlıanahtar ve bir
hassas ayarlıkumpas.
Önce, ark hücresi 3ZX1012-0TC74-1AA1 kontaktörün işletme
kılavuzuna göre sökülür.

Den gesamten Hilfsschalterblock lösen (drei Schlitzschrauben)
und abheben.
Loosen the complete auxiliary switch block (three slotted
screws) and lift it off.
Tüm yardımcışalter bloğunu çözün (üç düz tornavida) ve
kaldırın.
Der Hilfsschalterbetätiger (Messing, siehe Pfeil) wird sichtbar.
Dieser ist mit einer Kontermutter gesichert. Zum Lösen sind
beide Gabelschlüssel erforderlich. Die Schubstange darf dabei
keinesfalls verdreht werden.
The auxiliary contact block switch (brass, see arrow) will
become visible. It is secured with a lock nut. Both fork wrenches
are required to loosen the lock nut. The connecting rod must
never be twisted in the process.
Yardιmcιşalter aktüatörü (pirinç, bkz. ok) görülür. Bu parça, bir
kontra somun ile emniyete alınmıştır. Çözmek için her iki çatal
ağızlıanahtar da gereklidir. İtme kolu asla döndürülmemelidir.
Die Spuleneinheit nach Lösen der Schlitzschraube (siehe Pfeil,
Bildmitte) demontieren.
Dismount the coil element after unscrewing the slotted screw
(see arrow, center of the figure).
Bobin ünitesini düz yarıklıcıvatayı(bkz. ok, resim ortası)
gevşettikten sonra sökün.
Nach Abheben der Spuleneinheit, wird die Ankerplatte und die
Schubstange sichtbar. Bewegliche und feste Schaltstücke
müssen nun entsprechend der Gerätebetriebsanleitung
(3ZX1012-0TC74-1AA1) entfernt werden. Zur weiteren
Demontage wird das Schütz um 180° gekippt (Geräteunter-
seite oben).
After lifting off the coil element, the anchor plate and the
connecting rod will become visible. All movable and fixed
contact pieces have to be removed now acording to the
respective operating instructions (3ZX1012-0TC74-1AA1). For
further dismounting, the contactor is tilted by 180° (bottom of
device on top).
Bobin ünitesi kaldırıldıktan sonra ankraj plakasıve itme kolu
görülür. Şimdi, hareketli ve sabit kontak elemanlarıcihaz
işletme kılavuzuna (3ZX1012-0TC74-1AA1) göre çıkarılmalıdır.
Diğer sökme işlemleri için kontaktör 180° eğilir (cihaz alt tarafı
üste).

Zum Entfernen der Rückdruckfeder den Riegel für die Feder-
lagerung in die Gehäuseaussparung (Pfeil 1) drücken und
schräg nach oben (Pfeil 2) herausziehen (Achtung: Die
Justierschraube der Federlagerung nicht verstellen).
Press the lock for the spring bearing into the housing recess to
remove the pressure spring (arrow 1) and pull it up and out at an
angle (arrow 2) (Please note: Do not readjust the adjustment
screw of the spring bearing).
Geri baskıyayınıçıkarmak için yay yatağımandalınıgövde
açıklığına (ok 1) bastırın ve yatık şekilde yukarıdoğru (ok 2)
dışarıçekin (Dikkat: Yay yatağının ayarlama vidasının ayarını
değiştirmeyin).
Der Betätigungshebel für den Halter ist auf einer Welle gelagert
und diese ist mit einem Sicherungsring (Seegerring) gesichert.
Den Sicherungsring so drehen, dass er mit der Flachstumpf-
zange herausgezogen werden kann. Nach entfernen der Welle
den Halter nach oben ziehen so dass der Bolzen (a) seitlich
herausgeschoben werden kann. Anschließend den Halter so
positionieren, dass der zweite Bolzen (im Bild unten) mit der
Öffnung (b) fluchtet.
The operating lever for the holder is bedded on a shaft which is
secured with a retaining ring (Seeger ring). Turn the retaining
ring in such a way that it can be pulled out with the flat pliers.
After removing the shaft, pull the holder upwards so that the bolt
(a) can be pushed out sideways. Then position the holder in
such a way that the second bolt (figure below) is flush with the
opening (b).
Tutucunun kumanda kolu bir milin üzerine sabitlenmişve bir
emniyetleme halkası(segman) ile emniyete alınmıştır.
Emniyetleme halkasınıdüz karga burun penseyle dışarı
çekilebilecek şekilde döndürün. Mili çıkardıktan sonra tutucuyu
yukarıdoğru çekin, böylece saplama (a) yanlamasına dışarı
itebilir. Daha sonra tutucuyu, ikinci saplama (alt resimde) açıklık
(b) ile aynıhizaya gelecek şekilde konumlandırın.
Nun den Bolzen (in Pfeilrichtung) herausziehen.
Now pull out the bolt (in direction of the arrow).
Şimdi, saplamayı(ok yönünde) dışarıçekin.
Den Betätigungshebel soweit in Pfeilrichtung (a) schieben, dass
der verbrauchte Halter herausgezogen (b) werden kann (ein
wenig rütteln).
Push the operating lever in the direction of the arrow (a) so that
the used holder can be pulled out (b) (wingle it back and forth a
little bit).
Kumanda kolunu kullanılmıştutucu dışarıçekilebilene (b) kadar
ok yönünde (a) itin (biraz silkeleyin).

Beim anschließenden Zusammenbau (in umgekehrter Reihen-
folge und nach dem Wechsel der Teile des Reparatursatzes ist
darauf zu achten, dass die Ankerplatte vor dem Aufsetzen der
Spuleneinheit bis zum Anschlag in Pfeilrichtung geschoben
wird.
For the subsequent assembly (in reverse order and after
exchanging all parts of the repair kit), ensure that the anchor
plate is pushed all the way to the stop in the direction of the
arrow before reattaching the coil element.
Sonraki montaj sırasında (ters sırada) ve onarım setindeki
parçalarıdeğiştirdikten sonra, ankraj plakasının bobin ünitesinin
yerleştirilmesinden önce dayanağa kadar ok yönünde itilmesine
dikkat edin.
Die Schubstange ist behutsam in die Öffnung in der Unterseite
der Spuleneinheit einzuführen, damit sie nicht verbogen wird.
The connecting rod has to be carefully inserted into the opening
on the bottom of the coil element so that it does not get bent in
the process.

Zum Aufschrauben der Kontermutter auf die Schubstange diese
über den Betätigungshebel mit einem Schraubendreher ganz
nach oben drücken.
To screw the lock nut back onto the connecting rod, press the
rod all the way up to the top above the operating lever with a
screwdriver.
Kontra somunu itme koluna vidalamak için, itme kolunu
kumanda kolu üzerinden bir tornavida ile tamamen yukarıdoğru
bastırın.
Vor dem Aufsetzen des Hilfsschalterblocks muss der Hilfsschal-
terbetätiger (Messing) auf das Maß "a" (29,4 mm ±0,2 mm)
justiert werden (Schütz in Stellung "AUS"). Danach die Konter-
mutter (im Bild nicht sichtbar) fixieren. Die Schubstange selbst
darf dabei keinesfalls verdreht werden.
Prüfen Sie, mit aufgesetztem und befestigtem Hilfsschalter-
block, die Gängigkeit der beweglichen Teile durch mehrmaliges
Einschalten des Schalters ohne Lastanschluss; hierbei die el.
Durchgängigkeit der Schaltkontakte mit dem Ohmmeter prüfen.
Abschließend bei spannungslosem Schütz die Lichtbogen-
kammer aufsetzen.
Before attaching the auxiliary switch block, the auxiliary contact
block switch (brass) has to be adjusted to dimension "a"
(29.4 mm ±0.2 mm; contactor in "OFF" position). Then screw in
the lock nut (not visible in picture). Ensure that the connecting

When the auxiliary switch block is mounted and attached, check
to ensure that the moving elements run well by repeatedly
turning on the switch without any load; in doing so, check the
electrical conductivity of the switching contacts with an
ohmmeter. Finally, attach the arc chute with the contactor
de-energized.
