Os campos com conversores de freqüência de montagem extraível
apresentam um canal de ventilação adicional para arrefecimento,
comparativamente aos campos dotados de arrancadores de motor
convencionais. Nas presentes instruções de serviço são descritas as
particularidades das unidades corrediças com conversor de
freqüência. Para maiores informações p. ex. sobre o sistema vertical
de barramento de distribuição de campo, a estrutura, o modo de
funcionamento e a manutenção das unidades corrediças e as
ligações elétricas, consulte as instruções de serviço "Campos com

The cubicles with frequency converters in withdrawable
-
unit design
have an additional ventilation duct for heat emission compared to
cubicles with conventional motor starters. These operating
instructions describe the special features of withdrawable units with
frequency converters. Please, see the operating instructions
"Cubicles with feeders in withdrawable-unit design" for further
information, e.g. about the vertical cubicle distribution system,
configuration, mode of operation and maintenance of the
withdrawable units and about the electrical connections
(8PQ9800-3AA48/8PQ9800-8AA55).

Touching the live parts results in death or severe

operate the switchgear, they must be familiar with
the instructions and in particular follow the warning
notices.

As it is not possible to cover all special designs in
the operating instructions for the various cubicle
types, operating personnel must familiarise itself
with the version concerned with the aid of circuit
diagrams etc. and consult the manufacturer if
necessary.
During operation of electrical equipment and
switchgear, certain parts are live and hazardous
voltages therefore present. Mechanical parts can
move very fast, even if remotely controlled.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and
warnings can result in severe personal injury or
property damage.
Before working on the fixed-mounted part of the
low-voltage switchgear, isolate the switchgear
(including auxiliary supply), secure it against
reclosing, verify dead state, and earth and short-
circuit it.

3.1 Condições ambientais 3.1 Environmental condition
Durante a operação dos conversores de freqüência, a temperatura
ambiente no espaço da instalação de distribuição não pode exceder os
35 °C. No caso de temperaturas superiores, fica comprometida a
emanação de calor dos conversores de freqüência, conforme o caso de
operação.
During
operation
of the frequency converters, the ambient
temperature in the switchboard room must not exceed 35°C. At
higher temperatures the heat emission of the frequency converters is
not guaranteed depending on the operation type.
3.2 Colocação em operação 3.2 Commissioning
A colocação em operação processa
-
se de acordo com as instruções
de serviço SIVACON S8 "Campos com derivadores de montagem
extraível", excetuando as seguintes divergências e/ou
complementos. Para maiores informações sobre a operação dos
conversores de freqüência e de outros aparelhos, consulte as
instruções deserviço dos aparelhos.
The commissioning is carried out with the following deviations and/or
additions accordingly to the operating instruction SIVACON S8
"Cubicles with Feeders in Withdrawable-unit Design". Please, see
the operating instructions of the devices for further information about
the operation of the frequency converters and other devices.
3.3 Comandodo ventilador na unidade corrediça 3.3 Fan controller in the withdrawableunit
Para evacuar o calor dissipado, encontram
-
se instalados nas
unidades corrediças com conversor de freqüência respectivamente
dois ventiladores que são ativados por meio de uma regulador
montado na unidade em função da temperatura (ST00047E20A,
Empresa KD-Elektronik Systeme GmbH).
Os parâmetros do regulador são ajustados de fábrica, de acordo com os
ventiladores instalados na respectiva unidade corrediça. Desse modo,
não precisam de ser efetuados outros ajustes quando da colocação em
operação da instalação de distribuição. Se ainda for necessário efetuar
ajustes, será possível efetuá-los através da interface RS-232.
Com o módulo de interface OGS (N.º de artigo 112849), é possível
efetuar uma ligação a um PC com o software correspondente e
configurar os ajustes.
Em caso de substituição, retirar o regulador da calha de perfil. A
montagem é realizada pela seqüência inversa.
Two fans each are installed in the
withdrawable units with frequency
converters for the dissipation of heat. These are controlled by a
controller installed in the withdrawable unit depending on the
temperature (ST00047E20A, company KD-Elektronik Systeme
GmbH).
The parameters of the controllers are adjusted ex works
corresponding to the fans installed in the withdrawable unit. No
further adjustments have to be done during the commissioning of the
switchboard. In case possible adjustments should be necessary, this
is possible with the RS-232-interface.
The controller can be connected with a PC via the interface-module
OGS (Nr. 112849) with a corresponding software. With the software
can be modified the adjustments.
For the exchange of the controller unhinge the controller from the
DIN rail. The assembling is carried out in a reversed order.

Antes de trabalhar na parte fixa da instalação de
distribuição de baixa tensão, liberar a instalação
(incluindo a tensão auxiliar), protegê-la contra
religação, verificar a ausência de tensão, aterrar
e curto-circuitar. Respeitar todas as normas e
requisitos de segurança empresariais!
A conservação deverá ser realizada em conformidade com as
instruções de serviço 8PQ9800-8AA48, capítulo 2. Adicionalmente
deverá respeitar as indicação de 8PQ9800-3AA48/8PQ9800-8AA55!
Respeite as especificações dos aparelhos incorporados indicadas
no manual de instruções do fabricante.

The maintenance is to be carried out accordingly to the operating
instruction 8PQ9800-8AA48, chapter 2. Additionally the following notes
in 8PQ9800-3AA48/8PQ9800-8AA55 have to be considered.
For the fitted supplies the specifications of the manufacturer's operating

sujeira existentes têm de ser eliminadas.

O reparo deverá ser realizado em conformidade com as

disso, têm de ser observadas as seguintes indicações.

4.3.1 Substituição dos ventiladores 4.3.1 Replacement fans
As unidades corrediças
com conversor de freqüência vêm
respectivamente equipadas com dois ventiladores duráveis. Se
um dos ventiladores falhar, surge uma mensagem de aviso. A
unidade corrediça pode continuar sendo operada com um só
ventilador por um período de tempo limitado. O ventilador
defeituoso deverá ser porém substituído o mais rapidamente
possível:
·Desligar o interruptor principal
·Retirar a unidade corrediça do compartimento
·Soltar os dois parafusos M4 (C) na caixa de ventilador (D)
·Inclinar ligeiramente a placa de montagem (E) para a frente com
os dois ventiladores e retirá-la da caixa de ventilador por cima
·Desinstalar o ventilador defeituoso (F) da placa de montagem
·Montar o novo ventilador e recolocar seguidamente a placa
de montagem com os dois ventiladores pela seqüência
inversa
The withdrawable units with frequency converters are fitted with two
long life fans each. If one fan should fail, a warning signal occurs. The
withdrawable units can be operated further with one fan for a limited
time period. However, the damaged fan should be replaced as fast as
possible:
·Turn off the main switch
·Remove the withdrawable unit from the compartment
·Loosen the two M4 bolts (C) on the fan box (D)
·Tilt the mounting plate (E) with the two fans slightly forward and
takeit out of thefan box
·Disassemble the damaged fan (F) from the mounting plate
·Replace the new fan and insert the mounting plate with the two fan
in a reverse order

4.3.2 Medidas após disparo de curto-circuito e sobrecarga 4.3.2 Measures after short circuit or overload release
Aviso
Em todos os trabalhos de conservação na
instalação de distribuição de baixa tensão têm de
ser cumpridas as normas de segurança aplicáveis,
as instruções seguintes e as especificações para
os meios de produção integrados de acordo com o
manual de instruções do fabricante.
O incumprimento destas medidas e instruções
pode provocar ferimentos graves e danos
materiais na instalação de distribuição.
As seguintes medidas são necessárias após um disparo de curto-
circuito ou sobrecarga:
·Determinação e correção da causa do erro
·Verificação dos circuitos de corrente e aparelhos com falha de
corrente relativamente a possíveis danos e restabelecimento
do estado operacional.
·No caso de proteções no circuito de corrente principal,
verifique se os contactos de comutação estão soldados. As
soldaduras devem ser interrompidas e o aparelho deve ser
substituído se não for possível restabelecer um bom estado
de funcionamento (ver manual de instruções do aparelho).
·O número de possíveis desativações por curto-circuito de vários
meios de produção é limitado e deve ser, por isso,
documentado. Após serem atingidas as desativações máximas
permitidas, é necessário proceder à substituição por novos
aparelhos.
Warning
During the maintenance work, observe all safety
regulations, the following information, and the
specifications for the installed equipment
according to the manufacturer’s operating
instructions.
Non-observance of the instructions and warnings
can result in severe personal injury and damage
to switchboard.
The following measures are required after overload or short circuit
release:
·The cause of the fault must be found and eliminated.
·The circuits and any devices which experienced a fault
current must be inspected regarding potential damages and
reconstitution of operability.
·Contactors in main circuit must be checked for welded
switching contacts. Any existing weldings have to be broken
open or the device has to be exchanged if the proper
functioning cannot be restored (see operating instructions of
device).
·For many devices, the number of short circuits which can be
switched off is limited and should be documented. The
devices have to be replaced if the maximum allowed switch-
off number has been reached.
