simatec World of Maintenance
simalube IMPULSE
with hose Determine dispenser size and runtime with „Calculation Pro“
(Calculation Pro is part of the app „simatec World of Maintenacne“,
which is available as Android or iOS version)
Clean lubrication point
Remove grease nipple Screw in reducing
nipple
(Seal thread with sealing tape or
other sealant)
Screw in connector
nipple
(290-30110)
Prelubricate the
lubrication point with
a grease gun
Remove connector
nipple Attach quick couplings to both
ends of the hose Screw in prell nipple (290-30110)
Fill hose completely with grease gun Remove prell nipple Attach hose to
lubrication point
and bracket

Remove black closing cap respectively
cut off yellow closing plug Set runtime
Write activation date
on dispenser
Regularly check simalube
(Can be managed in the „simatec World of
Maintenance“ app)
Grease Oil
Screw in prell nipple
(290-30150)
Prelubricate IMPULSE
carefully with grease
gun
Remove prell nipple
and lubricate O-ring
slightly
Seal thread with
sealing tape
Screw IMPULSE onto
bracket
Prelubricate IMPULSE
carefully with grease
gun
Insert battery pack Screw on dispenser,
IMPULSE is activated,
LED ashes 2x green
Check correct position
of the dispenser

Disposal Unscrew empty simalube and
either rell or dispose it Unscrew the drive head
Dispose of drive head
unassembled in battery
recycling and empty housing in
plastics recycling
Insert new battery pack Check O-ring
Remove battery pack Dispose of battery pack in
battery recycling
Screw on new dispenser,
IMPULSE is activated,
LED ashes 2x green
Regularly check simalube
(Can be managed in the „simatec World of
Maintenance“ app)
