1 應用範圍
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置乃為潤滑滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平面滑軌、圓形滑軌、線性
滑軌、凸輪、齒輪、鍊條…等機構而設計的。
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置適用於各式工作母機,如車床、銑床、壓床、鉋床、磨床…
等,它可以對不同機器的各個潤滑點同時作潤滑。
YAE-A1 / A2 機型適用的潤滑油粘度應介於 30 ~ 250 cSt,並請選用新的油料。
YAE-A1 注油機可調整的最大壓力為 10 kgf / cm2,YAE-A2 則為 20 kgf / cm2,為
了保護系統的週邊裝置並延長使用壽命,潤滑機裝有調壓閥以確保操作時壓力的穩
定。YAE-A2 並可在間歇時經由脫壓裝置將管路中的壓力釋放掉。
YAE-A1 / A2 可以在油位到達下限前,發出警報信號並停止運轉。若是連接到工具
機上,亦可將整部機器停止。此外,使用者也可以根據本身需求將 YAE-A1 / A2 注油
機和電腦或應用系統連線以加強警報功能。
YAE-A1 / A2 的設計是以間歇方式潤滑。間歇時間可設定由 1到999 秒/分/时;潤
滑時間可設定由 1到999 秒。對 YAE-A1 機型,每分鐘最大吐出量為 300 ml / min;對
YAE-A2 型則為 150 ml / min。
2 基礎操作
2-1 安全措施
2-1.1 安裝前
*安裝前先確定電源接線﹑輸入電壓是否正確。
*安裝前確定各零組件電器規格是否正確。
*裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置不可使用於以油料潤滑機器以外的其他用途。
2-1.2 加油之前
*潤滑油的粘度應介於 30~250 cSt,注 意 ! 若使用油料的粘度高於 250 cSt 注油機可
能會燒毀。
*只可使用新的油料,忌用已使用過的油來作潤滑。
*不可加入化學物質或水。
*清除油箱內的顆粒物塵埃,以確保正常潤滑。
*加油到油箱時應注意勿濺到電子控制器。

*勿使控制器和水或油接觸, 以免造成失序。
2-1.4 發生故障時
*只有裕祥公司的客戶服務人員有權進行維修, 並須使用原廠之備用零件。

2-3 安裝
2-3.1 安裝注油機
安裝時用兩支螺絲 1 將上蓋 2的固定孔
鎖在機器上 3 的孔,機器上兩螺孔(Ø7) (3L
爲 200~210 mm,4L 爲 230~250 mm)。裝設高
度應高於地面 0.6~1.7 公尺

2-3.2 加入油料
取下丸蓋並注入乾淨未使用過的潤滑油到
油箱內(圖三),直到油位標示線 HIGH 的高度
(油箱的容量有 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 20 公升五種型式)
然後蓋上丸蓋,只能使用粘度介於 30 ~ 250 cSt
的潤滑油。
注意! 若使用油料的粘度高於 250 cSt 注油機可
能會燒毀。

2-3.3 油管接法
現在開始接油管 (參考圖四),出油口位於注
油機右側。將油管接頭 上的套管帽 1 ﹑套管 2
取出,套在油管 4上,然後將油管插入接頭 3內,
並使油管 4伸出套管 2 至少 1 mm 以上,將油管 4
扶正以套管帽 1 鎖緊以免漏油。
2-3.4 安裝電源和警報器
欲連接電源及警報的電纜時,先確定該電纜沒有通電。接著請鬆開電源和警報接
點所在的電子箱頂蓋之螺絲 (圖五)。電子箱左方有一電纜固定頭。 請旋開此電纜固定
頭(圖六),並將電纜穿套過此電纜固定頭,再把電纜從開口推穿進電子箱(圖七),把電
纜接到電源及警報的接點(圖八)。要連接時,先鬆開地線接點的螺絲,再把地線接上去,
並拴緊螺絲以固定之。接著依正負方向把電纜接到電源 "POWER" 接點上。

依上述步驟接好電源及警報的電纜後,若油量不足,注油機會發送出警告聲響
及燈號,同時注油機會停止工作。若欲在油量不足時,採取讓需要潤滑的機器即時
停止運轉或類似的反應措施,可以把機器、電腦或其他儀器接到 NC - COM 或
COM - NO 的接點。若選擇 COM - NO 接點 (常開) ,則油量充足時,電路是開
的;油量不足時,電路是關閉的。若選擇 NC - COM 接點 (常閉),則缺油時,注
油機會打開電路。

完成後將配線盒蓋上,並將電纜固定頭旋緊(圖九)以免電線被拉出配線盒造成斷路。將
電源接上,若接線正確,在控制面板上的潤滑指示燈 (橙燈) 會亮起 (圖十一)。同時注
油機以開機記憶開始運轉。

注:如果機台為 YAE-A1/A1P1 型號可(參考圖十)進行壓力調整,旋鬆釋壓閥上的
小螺母(2)將調壓閥旋鬆 (一般出廠前均已放鬆),打開電源,待油從釋壓閥排油孔流
出來,再將釋壓閥往下旋緊調整至所要的壓力(不可超過機台最大設定壓力)。若
是您無法調整到想要的壓力值,請檢查您的配管末端油是否大量流失,可能是未裝

抵抗式接頭 (比例接頭),當您調壓完畢後,請將釋壓閥上的螺母(2)旋緊,以免不小
心轉到釋壓閥而產生不想要的壓力變化。
3 使用說明
3-1 控制面板

3-2 間歇 / 潤滑時間數值顯示
間歇/潤滑時間的設定值可以壓住控制面板上的任一鍵 ” ▲” 或” ▼” 1 至2秒
而由顯示螢幕讀取。如果未按任何鍵,注油機 5秒鐘後會自動重新啟動。
在間歇期間,間歇時間顯示螢幕會顯示剩餘的間歇時間,潤滑時間顯示螢幕會顯
示設定值。同理,在潤滑期間,潤滑時間顯示螢幕會顯示剩餘的潤滑時間,間歇時間
顯示螢幕會顯示設定值。在任何時間按 ” ▲” 或” ▼” 鍵約 2秒可讀取潤滑/間歇時
間的設定值。如果未再按任何鍵,注油機 2秒鐘後會自動重新啟動。
3-3 設定間歇 / 潤滑時間
先按住間歇 / 潤滑時間設定鍵(加鍵或減鍵)的任一個 1至2秒。時間顯示螢幕會
顯示之前間歇 / 潤滑時間的設定值。壓一下 ”▲” 間歇 / 潤滑時間會增加 ; 持續壓
住則會快速增加。壓一下 ” ▼” 間歇 / 潤滑時間會減少﹔持續壓住則會快速減少。間
歇/ 潤滑時間的單位可設定為分 (min) 或秒 (sec),數值由 1到999。若注油機在設定
模式,注意間歇 / 潤滑兩指示燈都會閃爍。 設定好間歇 / 潤滑時間後勿再按任何鍵,
注油機 5秒鐘後會將新的設定儲存並自動重新啟動。此時指示燈不再閃爍而是潤滑時
潤滑指示燈亮﹔間歇時間歇指示燈亮,另一指示燈不亮。
3-4 重新啟動
任何時候按強制潤滑鍵 (圖十一) 1 至2秒,注油機會依目前間歇 / 潤滑時間的設
定自動重新啟動,可以有強制潤滑的效果。

3-5 操作模式的設定
注意!只有裕祥公司客戶服務部工作人員被授權更改注油機的初始設定,使用者只可
以進行基本功能的設定。
3-5.1 動作說明
3-6 補充油料
油料的高度必須大約介於油位標示線 HIGH 與LOW 之間。如果油的高度比浮動
開關位置還低,潤滑機會送出一個警報信號。此時請加入新油 (圖三)﹐將油箱蓋打開
並倒入新油。
注意! 切勿使用已用過的潤滑油。
4 保養
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易,為維護裝置請定期清理油箱。若油箱底部
或濾油網發現雜質,請將注油機停止並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下,使油箱與注油機
其他部份分離,油箱清洗後請將螺絲裝迴旋緊。
為了避免人為操作不當造成故障,下列事項請確實遵守:
à關機後須等待二十秒才能再開機以維護電子控制系統穩定。
à不可私自變更本公司機台的出廠設定,以免造成故障。
5 故障排除
! 作任何檢查前應先關閉電源。
! 對於未列於以下表格內的異常狀況,請勿自行修理及拆解 (請向本公司或經銷商
諮詢)。

6 保証
此裝置保證期間為 12 個月,在保證期間只有在裝置未被擅改並且完整或未拆
封的狀態寄回給裕祥服務人員始得予免費維修。請勿在未商議的情況下寄回剩餘零
件,收件人負擔運費的方式需經本公司服務人員同意。此保證包含原廠材料和製造
瑕疵,若因為天災或未遵照本操作手冊而至損壞則不在保證之內。

1 Scope of application
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are designed to lubricate ball bearings, flat
bearings, flat slideways, circular slideways, linear guides, cams, gears, chains, etc..
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are suitable for the lubrication of various
machines, such as lathes, mills, presses, planner, grinder, etc. It is fit to control different
lubricating points at the same time against different machines.
The YAE-A1 / A2 lubrication units are suitable for using lubricant with a viscosity range
at 30 to 250 cSt during it is running. Only new lubricant shall be used.
The max. discharge pressure for YAE-A1 model is 10 kgf/cm2, and YAE-A2 model is 20
kgf/cm2. The lubrication unit contains a pressure regulating valve for operating stably and a
pressure relief valve in order to prevent injury, death, or property damage. YAE-A2 can
release built-in pressure in the main line through dump valve at the interval time.
For safety, a pressure switch should be mounted to monitor the system. The pressure
switch monitors whether the required pressure build-up occurs in the centralized lubrication
system during the pump cycle time and detects any leaking or lubrication connection damage.
The level switch is design to monitor the filling level and shut down the lubrication unit
when the lubricant is insufficient. To get further safety, the lubrication unit can connect to
other monitored device properly to enhance the alarm system.
The design of YAE-A series is to operate intermittently with an interval-controlled supply
of lubricant to the lubrication point. The interval time can be set from 1 to 999 per
second/minute. The lubrication time can be set from 1 to 999 per second. The default time
unit of lubrication unit is second for lubrication and minute for intermittence. The user can
adjust time for lubrication quantity and interval depends on the application.
The maximum discharge rate of YAE -A1 pump is 300 ml/min.
The maximum discharge rate of YAE -A2 pump is 150 ml/min.
2 Basic operation
2-1Safety information
2-1.1 Before installing
!Before installing, read the manual for the correct connection of the power. To prevent
chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect the product from main power
supply before working on it.
!Comply with the specifications on the rating plate of the motor or the electrical
components..

!iSHAN centralized lubrication systems must not be used in other purposes other than
lubricating machines.
2-1.2 Before lubricant filling
You must observe the machinery manufacturer's information on the lubricants
to be used in the machinery.
!Use only new oil with a permitted range of oil viscosity from 30 to 250cSt. Warning !
Motor jammed or burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher than an
oil viscosity of 250cSt, no pressure build-up in centralized lubrication system or insufficient
oil delivery caused by pumping lower than an oil viscosity of 30cSt result in centralized
lubrication system failure.
!Only clean lubricant may be added. Please never fill with used oil.
!Never fill with chemical substances, water or hazardous fluids.
!All components of the lubrication line system - including reservoir, pipes, hoses,
cut-off valves, control valves, fittings, and so on - must be carefully cleaned before
installation.
2-1.3 Control panel safety information
!In order to avoid disorders of the control panel, never let it have contact with water or
oil.
2-1.4 Faults
!Only qualified, instructed specialists who are authorized by iSHAN may repair
lubricators and must use the original spare parts.

2-3 Installing
2-3.1 Positioning and mounting
The lubrication unit is attached to the intended
mounting location (3) using appropriate fastening
materials (1). The mounting dimensions of fixing
holes are measured at 205mm. The installation
location should be spaced between 0.6m to 1.7m
above the ground.

2-3.2 Filling Oil
Remove the oil tank cap and fill clean and
non-used oil into the tank and add up to the MAX
mark (Fig. 3). Please note that only use permitted
range of oil viscosity between 30cSt to 250cSt. The
reservoir capacity is available from 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 20
liters.
Warning! Motor jammed or burned due to
high resistance which caused by delivering higher
than an oil viscosity of 250cSt.
2-3.3 Lubrication line connection
Solderless tube connection (double tapered
sleeves) can be used. The tube must go through
compressed bushing and double tapered sleeve (See
Fig. 4). To avoid any leaking during running service
time, it should be observed up to 1mm distance
between the tube(4) end to the double sleeve(2). Insert
tube end into counterbored port (3) up to the stop.
First tighten compressed bushing finger-tight by hand.
Then turn another 11/2 turns.

2-3.4 Wiring and alarm
Warning !! To prevent chance of serious injury, death or property damage,
disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it.
Install a fuse between the power supply and the product is strongly recommended!
The electrical circuit diagram of the lubrication unit is affixed inside the unit and can be
accessed by removing the cap.
Remove the cap (Fig.5) and inside you can see terminal plate and cable gland nut.
Loosen cable gland (Fig.6) and then insert cable through the cable gland hole (Fig.7) to wire
up. Fix the cable gland to the housing.
Wiring must comply with the electrical circuit diagram (Fig.8) of the lubrication unit
affixed inside the unit. Otherwise, property damage or serious injury can occur.
After electric connection is completed and then the power switched on, the level switch
would send a signal to the lubrication unit with alarm and alarm indicator light and the
motor stops at the same time when lubricant is insufficient. The user can connect terminal
point (remark NC/COM/NO) to other detectors or monitors for the application to stop
machine when the lubricant is insufficient.

After the electrical connection is finished, tighten the cable gland (Fig.9) and fix the
cover. Then turn on the power and the lubrication indicator light (Yellow)(Fig. 11) on the
panel will lamp and the motor feeds oil if the electrical connection is correct.
YAE-A1/A1P1 is equipped with pressure regulator (Fig. 10) to adjust built-in pressure.
First loose the nut (2) and turn on the power. After the lubricant comes out from the pressure
relief valve, screw in the knob (1) until pressure build-in in the centralized lubrication system
per the user’s required pressure. Maximum built-in pressure regulating is limit to the
lubrication unit’s system pressure. If the user can’t regulate pressure, please check lubrication
connection where there is a leaking or the adapter is without check valve. After the user
complete built-in pressure regulating, tight the nut to fix the pressure regulator in case there is
any change by the accident.

3.2 Intermittence Time/ Lubrication Time Display
The setting of intermittent time and lubrication time can be adjusted by pressing any
of ” ▲” or ” ▼” for two seconds and read from value from the display. If no further
action, the timer will restart after 5 seconds.
Intermittence time display indicates the set value and the remaining of intermittent time
during the lubrication unit working. Lubrication time display indicates the set value and the

the ” ▲” and ” ▼” of Lubrication Time/ Intermittence Time for two seconds, the set-up

3.3 Intermittence Time/ Lubrication Time set up
Press any of ” ▲” or ” ▼” for two seconds and then enter time setting mode by
pressing ” ▲” or ” ▼”to adjust time from 1 to 999 for interval and lubricating.
Continuously press ” ▲” or ” ▼”to fast increase or decrease value. During time setting
mode, two indicators will spark in the same time.
Time unit for intermittence is minute ; Time unit for lubrication is second.
If no further action, the timer will restart after 5 seconds and run with new setting. The
lubrication indicator is light and intermittence indicator is dark during lubricating. On the
contrary, the intermittence indicator is light and lubrication indicator is dark at the interval.
3-4 RES button
Press RES button (Fig. 11) for two seconds, the lubrication unit will restart up and then
run default setting to deliver lubricant.
3-5 Operating mode setting
Warning !! Only allow authorized person by iSHAN company to change default setting. The
user only can adjust time for lubrication or intermittence.

3-6 Refilling lubricant
Always keep the lubricant level between HIGH mark and LOW mark. If the lubricant
level falls below LOW mark, the level switch will send an alarm signal and the motor stops
at the same time. Remove the cap (Fig. 3) and refill with new clean lubricant.
Warning! Never use used lubricant
4 Maintenance
iSHAN centralized lubrication system is easy to maintain. The reservoir must be
cleaned before installation and in service time so clean the reservoir regularly. If there is
any impurity or oil sludge found at the bottom of reservoir or on the strainers of the
lubrication unit, disconnect the product from main power supply and take off the reservoir
by removing 4 screws on the corners. After the reservoir is cleaned, assemble it to the
lubrication unit.
In order to avoid operation error by the user, the following instruction must comply
with.
àIn order to stabilize electronic control device, wait 20 seconds to reboot after
shutting down the unit.
àDefault setting is not allowed to change by the user in case malfunction.
5 Faults / Troubleshooting
Warning!Disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it..
Warning!Please do not try to repair or disassemble the lubrication unit for the faults
not listed below. You should consult and inform iSHAN company at once.

Leaking Error installation
To avoid any leaking during
running service time, it should be
observed up to 1mm distance between
the tube end to the double sleeve.

Disconnected the pipe from the output
adapter to visual check if discharging
from the lubrication unit. If so, the
lubrication functions. Check where it
blocked or broke in the delivery pipe

lubrication unit to iSHAN or iSHAN
agents for repair.
No pressure build-in
Check pressure switch. Replace it if
failure. If not, refer to the
troubleshooting instruction.
Electric leakage
If the water comes in contact
with electric wire or earth faults
in electrical appliances.
Indicate with remark where occurred
and then return to iSHAN for repair.
6 Warranty
iSHAN warrants that it will repair or replace any product manufactured and sold by it
which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period of one year from the
date of original purchase for the clients. Any warranty claim will be considered invalid if the
product is not complete or it was disassembled or failure to manual or damage caused by act of
God. Any return must consult with iSHAN and obtain iSHAN’s approval before action.
7 Announcement
