If and when the Bone Saws , are not correctly used , they are potentially DANGEROUS machines .
Cleaning and any other maintenance service shall be carried out by duly trained people , and with
the plug off its socket .To avoidACCIDENTS follow the instructions below :
1.1.1Take the electric plug off its socket , before to withdraw any moving part , before cleaning or
any other maintenance operation .
1.1.2Never use any kind of tools , not belonging to the saw to help cutting .
1.1.3Never touch the saw blade No 07 ( Pct.01) , even with the saw switched off , because the blade
has sharp edges .
1.1.4Never adjust the blade guide No.06 (Pct.01) , nor the cut regulator No.14(Pct.01) with the saw
blade in movement .
1.1.5Never use water sprays directly on the saw .
1.1.6During cutting operation , never use loose clothes with wide sleeves principally around the
wrists .
1.1.7Use steel gloves during cutting operation .
1.1.8Keep hands away from moving parts .
1.1.9Never switch on the saw with any of its doors open No.03 or No. 16(Pct.01) .
All components are manufactured with carefully chosen raw materials in accordance with
Siemsen experience and testing standards .

SKYFOOD'S LIMITED WARRANTY
All new products FLEETWOOD BY SKYMSEN, sold by SKYFOOD EQUIPMENT, LLC. (“SKYFOOD”), for
use only in the continental Unites States (collectively, “Products” or singularly, “Product”), are warranted to
be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by
the original purchaser/user (“End User”). No warranty is given or implied to a subsequent transferee or any
other third party. This warranty is expressly conditional upon SKYFOOD being notified of any defects in
materials or workmanship within five (5) days of its occurrence, within the warranted time period. If a notice
of a claim under this warranty is timely made by the End User, SKYFOOD or a designated service company
(“Service Company”), will repair the Product or replace the part which is defective, subject to the additional
conditions hereinafter described.
This warranty shall not apply if damage occurs from improper installation, wrong voltage, nor to the extent
that Products or parts have been used other than in conformance with operating and maintenance
instructions, subjected to misuse or abuse or damaged by accident, acts of God, abnormal use or stress or
any other matter unrelated to SKYFOOD, and beyond its reasonable control. In addition, this warranty does
not cover normal wear and tear of certain items, such as, but not limited to, blades, stones, chopper cutting
knives, plates, slicing knives, cutting disc, gaskets, oil changes, sealing tape, heat seal wires, worm gears,
and other parts expendable by nature and that need to be replaced frequently. THIS WARRANTY
EXCLUDES ALL ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY BE
APPLICABLE TO SKYFOOD, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Under no circumstances shall
SKYFOOD be liable for loss of use, revenue or profit or for incidental or consequential damages. The sole
and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty is limited to the remedies provided in the
paragraph above.
Products weighing less than seventy (70) lbs. must be taken or shipped, shipping charges prepaid, either to
SKYFOOD's facility or a SKYFOOD's designated service company (“Service Company”). SKYFOOD offers
a limited on-site warranty only for Products whose weight exceeds seventy (70) lbs., provided they
are installed in a location that is within a thirty (30) mile radius of a Service Company. In this case,
warranty services will be provided during regular business hours.
This warranty shall not take effect unless and until a properly completed and executed WARRANTY
REGISTRATION form has been received by SKYFOOD EQUIPMENT, LLC, within thirty (30) days from the
date of purchase. The WARRANTY REGISTRATION is available either in the Instruction Manual of every
Product or at SKYFOOD's website . The End User must fulfill the WARRANTY
REGISTRATION form and send it to SKYFOOD according to the instructions posted on the referred
website. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

1.3 Technical Characteristics
2.1 Installation
(*) See nameplate for correct frequency.
The bone saws must be installed over a firm working floor .Check if the electric supply voltage is 110
V or 220V then switch the Voltage Selection Switch on the same voltage No. 9 ( Pict. 01 ) .
The electric supply cord is fitted with a plug wich has a ground connection . The ground connection
may be a pin or a earth wire . Be sure that the ground connection is actually grounded before to use the
saw .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Terms of Sale
Purchase of any products sold by SKYFOOD shall be subject to and expressly limited by the terms and conditions
contained herein. No changes to, waiver of, or addition to any of these terms and conditions shall be effective
unless agreed to in writing and signed by SKYFOOD. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that these terms and
conditions supersede the terms and conditions of any purchase order or other documentation used by Buyer and,
except for delivery and billing addresses, and quantities prices and items ordered, any conflicting or additional
terms are void and have no effect, but that Buyer may place orders by use of purchase orders and other
documentation for its convenience purposes only. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SKYFOOD reserves the right at
any time to amend these terms and conditions, and Buyer shall be deemed to accept such amended terms and
conditions by ordering products herein offered after the date of such amendment. Additional special terms and
conditions of SKYFOOD may be applicable with respect to certain products.
OrdersAcceptance
All orders from Buyers, whether solicited and written by either a SKYFOOD EQUIPMENT, LLC (“SKYFOOD”)
Sales Representative, distributor or dealer, are deemed offerings to purchase until accepted by SKYFOOD.
SKYFOOD reserves the right to accept orders in full or in part. Acceptance may be either by written confirmation or
shipment of the order, in full or in part.
Shipping
TERMS – All prices are FCA(Free Carrier) shipping point. Unless express instructions in writing are received from
the Buyer, SKYFOOD has complete freedom in choosing the means, route and procedure to be followed in the
handling, transportation and delivery of the goods. SKYFOOD will advance the shipping costs on behalf of the
Buyer and charge it accordingly. SKYFOOD shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage,
expense or delay to the goods for any reason whatsoever when said goods are in the custody, possession or
control of third parties selected by SKYFOOD to forward, enter, clear, transport, or render other services with
respect to such goods. Please, inspect your unit upon arrival at the destination and report any transit damage to
SKYFOOD and to the shipping company, in order to initiate a claim with the latter. Claims must be reported to the
transportation company within fifteen (15) days as of the date of the invoice.
Free Shipping
Orders of $4,000.00 or more, with a minimum of 2 pieces (mixed or match), shipped to the same address in the
continental United States will have free shipping.
Tax Information
Any tax, duty, custom or other fee of any nature imposed upon the products, their sale, transportation, delivery, use
or consumption shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the price quoted or invoiced. If SKYFOOD is required to prepay
any such tax or fee, Buyer will reimburse SKYFOOD. Buyer must provide SKYFOOD with a resale/exemption
certificate in order to avoid the withholding of applicable taxes.
Interest
Past due balances are subject to a interest charge of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law,
whichever is lower, until paid.
Return Policy
All returns are subject to the prior authorization of SKYFOOD, in its discretion. Buyer must contact Buyer Support
at [phone], or by fax at [phone], or via e-mail at in order to request a
Return Authorization number (“RA”) providing, along with the identification of the goods, a specific reason for
return. Buyer Support will either authorize or deny the request for return. Only NEW and UNUSED items are
acceptable for return. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed and no credit issued. All authorized returned goods
must be shipped freight prepaid to SKYFOOD.

IMPORTANT
Be sure that the Blade No. 07 (Pct.01) has the right tension before to operate the saw .
Turn clockwise the Blade Tension Regulator No.01 (Pict.01) handle until it begins to
snap .
First of all check if the machine is firmly standing in its position . Before to use it clean the Blade
No 07 , the wheels No. 03 and the doors No. 16 (Pict. 01) with water and neutral soap .
To regulate ( stretch ) the blade No.07 (Pict.01) , turn clockwise the Regulator No. 01 (Pict.01)
handle , until it starts to snap , so the Blade No. 07 (Pict.01) tension will be optimal , as recommended
by the manufacturer .
IMPORTANTunder no circumstances your hand is to be placed in front of the Blade to
push the meat to be cutted .
With the machine switched off , regulate the Blade Guide No. 06 (Pict.01) and the Cut Regulator
No. 14 (Pict.01) .
To switch on the saw , put the On/Off switch on the upper side to the "On" position .
Put the product to be processed on the Movable Table No.08 (Pict.01) , and push it towards the
Blade No.07 (Pict.01) leaning it on the Cut Regulator No. 14 (Pict.01) to have a uniform thickness
slice .
Withdrawing the MEAT , do be careful that it does not touch on the back side ( smooth side ) of the
Blade No.07 (Pict.01) , doing such the Blade will have no risk to jump out of the wheels No.04
(Pict.01) .
To clean the saw , first switch it off from electric source . All the parts in direct contact with the
meat have to be cleaned .
To remove the movable parts , please proceed as follows :

3. 2. 1 Remove the Upper Door No. 03 (Pict.01) , pull the door Handle No. 19 (Pict.01) , and lift the
door .

3. 2. 3 Loose the Blade , turning the Regulator N. 01 (Pict.01) counter clockwise and take the Blade
off theWheels No. 04(Pict.01) .
3. 2. 4 Take away the staples No. 10 (Pict.01) that tie the Wheels No 04 (Pict.01) , and take the Wheels
away pulling them out .
3. 2. 5 Wash all the parts with water and neutral soap , then dry them .
3. 2. 6 Never use hard or sharp objects such as : KNIVES, HOOKS, or similar, to clean meat hanging
on the saw Doors . Use a plastic brush to remove it and to clean .
3. 2. 7 To assemble the several parts removed , proceed the inverse path .
IMPORTANT
Put Vaseline in the Wheels No. 04 (Pict.01) hole each 15 days . Check the Blade No. 07
(Pict.01) position . The right position is with its teeth towards the front side of the saw,
with the points looking down .
These Safety Rules were made to orient and to instruct the users of the saws , and the people
who will be responsible forits maintenance .
The saw shall only be delivered to the user in good use conditions , and the user shall be
instructed by the dealer , about how to use safely the saw .
The user shall only operate the saw after complete knowledgement of the cares to be taken ,
after reading carefully the present Instructions Manual .

4. 1. 1 Dangers
Some of the electric parts commands , have points or terminals with high voltages .Those when
touched may cause electric shock , and even DEATH .
Never touch a manual electric command ( button , switch , etc ) with wet hands , clothes or
shoes . To not observe such recommendation may also cause electric shock , and even Death .
4. 1. 2 Warnings
The on/off switch position shall be well known , to allow at any moment a fast switching ,
without the necessity to look for the switch .
Before any maintenance , take away the cord plug from the electricity network socket .
Have enough working space around the saw to avoid dangerous falls .
Water or oil may turn the floor slippery and dangerous . To avoid accidents keep the floor dry
and clean .
Never inadvertently touch oroperate a manual command ( button , switch, etc).
If any kind of work has to be done by two or more people , coordination signals shall be
accorded for each step of the work . The next step shall not be started unless the signal is given
and acknowledged .
4. 1. 3 Notices
In case off an electric energy supply failure , switch off the on/off switch .
Avoid mechanical shocks , since they may cause failures or wrongs to the saw good operation.
Avoid water, dirt or dust inside the mechanical or electricalcomponents .
DO NOTALTER , the saw original characteristics .
DO NOT SOIL, TEAR OR REMOVE , ANY SAFETYOR IDENTIFICATION LABEL . If a
label is illegible or lost , ask yourTechnicalAssistant to supply a new one .

5.2.3 Ajuste Del Regulador de Corte:
El Regulador de Corte No.12 (Foto 01) (opcional) fu desarrollado para proveer
cortes con el mismo espesor y también para proteger el usuario de accidentes.
Para ajustar el Regulador de Corte:
Gire la manipula de fijación No.16 (Foto 01) en el sentido anti-horario para
poder mover el Regulador de Corte para la izquierda o para la derecha conforme lla distancia que
usted desea dejar desde el Regulador hasta la hoja.
Después de ajustado gire la manipula de fijación No.16 (Foto 01) en el sentido
horario para fijar el Regulador de Corte en la posición deseada.
5.2.4 Ajuste del Guía de La Hoja
El Guía de La Hoja No.06 (Foto-1) es ajustado de acuerdo con el alto del producto
a ser cortado. Tiene como función mantener durante el corte la hoja perpendicular a la mesa y
inflexible.
Para ajustar el Guía de la Lamina, sigue las instrucciones abajo:
-Gire el manipulo No.5 (Foto-1) en el sentido anti-horario para proporcionar el
movimiento vertical.
-Ajustar de forma que se aproxime el máximo del producto a ser cortado, pero con
el cuidado para que deje libre el movimiento del mismo.
-Para finalizar gire el manipulo No.5 (Foto-1), en sentido horario para trabar el
guia
OBSERVACIÓN
Al ajustar las correas, verifique si las poleas están aliñadas.
5.2.5 Ajuste del Mancal Superior
Ajuste el Mancal Superior con el objetivo de centralizar la hoja en el volante y
evitar que la misma pueda caer.
Para ajustar el Mancal Superior siga las instrucciones abajo:
-Afloje la Hoja No.7 (Foto-1) usando el calibrador No1 (foto-1)
-Retire la Tapa Trasera Cod. 14200.0 (ver dibujo explotado), aflojando los
tornillos cod. 14174.7 (ver dibujo explotado) con una llave fija de 10mm.
-Afloje las tres tuercas No.1 (Foto-3) con llave fija de 10mm.
-Con un destornillador, gire ¼ de vuelta en sentido anti-horario el tornillo No.2
(Foto-3), si ella estuviera posicionada para delante, y gire el tornillo ¼ en sentido horario, si ella
estuviera posicionada para tras.
-Apretar las tuercas No.1.
-Calibrar las hojas conforme esta escrito en el punto 5.2.2
-Girar manualmente el volante No.4 (foto-1) y verificar se la hoja esta centralizada
en el mismo. Proceder así hasta que la hoja se queda centralizada.

IMPORTANTE
Read carefully and with attention the present instructions before to switch ON the saw .
Be sure to have a right understanding of all the information given in the Instruction
Manual . In case of doubt , consult the Technical Assistant or the Seller .
4. 2. 1 Danger
The electric cord or any electric wire if damaged may cause electric shock . Before to use them
be sure they are in perfect conditions .
4. 2. 2 Notices
Be sure that the Instructions given in the Instruction Manual have been perfectly understood .
Each function or operation process must be perfectly clear.
Before to operate a Manual Command ( button , switch etc ) ,be sure the Command is the right
one .
4. 2. 3 Cares
The electricity supply source , shall have the right size to support the current required by the
saw electric motor .
Any electric cable laying on the floor , or near the saw , must be well protected to avoid short
circuits .
4. 3. 1 Notice
When checking the belt tightness be careful to not have a fingercaught between the belt and the
wheel .
4. 3. 2 Cares
When abnormal noises are heard check the electric motor or any sliding or rotating part of the
saw .
Check from time to time the belt tightness , change the belt if it is worn out .
Check safety and protections devices to have them always in good working conditions .
4.2 Cares and Observations Before to Switch on the Saw

5. Analice y Solución de Problemas
5.2.1 Correa de transmisión
Para garantizar un buen funcionamiento de la maquina y una vida longa de las
correas, estas deben estar bien reguladas. Caso se queden flojas, las correas
iran patinar durante la operación .
También debe se cuidar para que ellas no trabajen bajo demasiada tensión , pues en
esta condición causarán desgaste prematuro en los rodamientos .
Para el ajuste de las correas procedase como sigue :
Con un destornillador, saque los tornillos Codigo 12384.6 (Ver dibujo explotados)
que fijan la tapa trasera Código 14458.4 (Ver dibujo explotados) inferior y retírela, para tener acceso
a las poleas.
Usando una llave de tuerca (13mm), afloje los tornillos que fijan el motor No.01
(Foto 02).
En seguida con el auxilio de una palanca de madera, empuje el motor No.1 (Foto-
2) en el sentido que provoque una mayor tensión de las Correas, después apriete los tornillos No.02
(Foto 02)
5.2.2 Ajuste del Cojinete Superior No.03 (Foto 06):
Con el uso diario de la Sierra para Huesos, Modelos SKG y SKLG, la hoja puede
tener dilatación debido a su estructura elástica. Por lo tanto verifique siempre la tensión de la lamina
antes de iniciar el trabajo. Gire el calibrador No.1 (Foto-1) en el sentido Horario, hasta que tenga el
sinal de escapar, así la hoja estará con la tensión ideal para trabajar.
5.2 AJUSTE Y SUBSTITUICIÓN DE COMPONENTES
5.1 Problemas, Causas y Soluciones
Las Sierras (Mod SKG y SKLG), fueran diseñadas para que necesiten un mínimo
de manutención. Sin embargo pueden ocurrir algunas irregularidades en su funcionamiento, debido
al desgaste natural causado por su uso.
Caso haya algún problema con su maquina, verifique la Tabla 02 abajo, donde
están indicadas algunas soluciones recomendadas.

4. 4. 1 Notices
Do not work with loose long hair , that could touch any part of the saw , because they may cause
serious accidents . Thigh them behind and above the head , orcover them with a scarf .
Only qualified and well trained operator may operate the saw .
NEVER operate the saw , without any one of its safety devices .
4. 5. 1 Cares
Always clean the saw , to do the cleaning SWITCH IT OFF , AND TAKE OUT THE PLUG
FROM THE ELECTRICITYSUPPLY SOCKET.
Never clean the saw BEFORE IT IS COMPLETELYSTOPED .
Fit all the saw components in their due places , before to switch it on again .
When checking the belt tightness , do be careful to not have a fingercaught between the belt and
the wheel .
4. 6. 1 Cares and Dangers
Any maintenance performance is dangerous if made with the saw in movement .
SWITCH IT OFFAND ,AND TAKE OUT THE PLUG FROM THE SOCKET , DURINGALL
THE MAINTENANCE OPERATION .
IMPORTANT
In any emergency situation take the plug out of its socket .
Electrical or mechanical maintenance shall be made by qualified persons .
The person in charge of the maintenance performances shall check the saw for perfect safety
devices conditions , before to start .

4.4.1 Avisos
No trabaje con pelo largo, que pueda tocar cualquier parte de la maquina,
pues el mismo podría causar serios accidentes. Amárrelo para arriba y para atrás, o cúbralo
con un pañuelo.
Solamente operadores entrenados y calificados pueden operar la maquina.
Nunca toque con las manos o de cualquier otra manera, partes girantes de la
maquina.
4.5.1 Cuidados
Siempre limpie la maquina. Para tanto, deslíguela físicamente del soquete.
Nunca limpie la maquina antes de su PARADACOMPLETA.
Recoloque todos los componentes de la maquina en sus lugares, antes de
ligarla otra vez.
Al verificar la tensión de las correas, NO coloque los dedos entre las correas y
las poleas.
4.6.1 Peligros
Con la maquina ligada cualquier operación de manutención es peligrosa.

The Bone Saws have been designed to need minimum maintenance , however, some performance
failures may happen due mainly to natural worn out , caused by the use of the saw .
If some problem arises with your Bone Saw , check Table 02 in the next pages , where there are
detailed some possible solutions .

Assistance network .
5. PROBLEMS ANALYSIS and SOLUTIONS
5. 2. 1 BeltAdjustment
To obtain a long life for the Belt , and to achieve the saw best performance , the Belt shall be
perfectly regulated . If the belt is loose it will slip during operation .
Do be careful to not over tighten it because the bearing will worn out to fast.
To adjust the belt proceed as follows :
Take away the lower back lid ( Exploded Drawing Code Number 14458.4 ) loosening the Screws
Code Number 12384.6 with a 10 mm spanner.
Loose the motor No. 01 (pict.02 ) nuts using a 13 mm spanner .
With the help of a wooden lever, move the motor No. 01 (Pict.02) to tighten the Belt, keep it in the
new position and tight the nuts No. 02 (Pict.02) .
5. 2. 2 Blade Regulation
With daily use the saw Blade may suffer a light stretching , because the blades are elastic. Therefore
check the blade tension before to start to work . Turn clockwise the Blade Tension Regulator No.01
(Pict.01) until you ear it snap , then the blade will be at the right working tension .

5. 2. 3 Cut RegulatorAdjustment
The Cut Regulator is an optional accessory , developed to help cutting and for the operator safety .
Its main purpose is to produce meat slices with an even thickness .
To adjust the Cut Regulator proceed as follows :
Turn the handle No.13 (Pict.01) counterclockwise to move the Cut Regulator.
Using the Spherical Handle No.18 (Pict.01) move the Cut Regulator on the fixed table No. 15
(Pict.01) , increasing or decreasing the distance from the blade , as it is needed.
Finally turn the handle No. 18 (Pict.01) clockwise to block it at the selected position .
OBSERVATION
When adjusting the belt check the wheels alignment .

IMPORTANTE

ligar la maquina. Certifíquese que entendió correctamente todas las informaciones. En

4.2.1 Peligro
Cables o hilos eléctricos con aislamiento dañado, pueden provocar choques
eléctricos.Antes de usarlos verifique sus condiciones.
4.2.2 Avisos
Esté seguro que las INSTRUCCIONES contenidas en este Manual, estén
completamente entendidas. Cada función o procedimiento de operación y de manutención
debe estar perfectamente claro.
El accionamiento de un comando manual ( botón, llave eléctrica, palanca, etc.
) debe ser hecho siempre después que se tenga la certitud de que es el comando correcto.
4.2.3 Cuidados
El cable de alimentación de energía eléctrica de la maquina, debe tener una
sección suficiente para soportar la potencia eléctrica consumida.
Cables eléctricos que estuvieran en el suelo cerca de la maquina, deben ser
protegidos para evitarcorto circuitos.
4.3.1 Aviso
Al averiguar la tensión de las correas, NO coloque los dedos entre las
correas y las poleas.
4.3.2 Cuidados
Verifique los motores y las partes deslizantes o girantes de la maquina, con
relación a ruidos anormales.
Verifique la tensión de las correas, y sustituya el conjunto, caso alguna correa
o polea tenga desgaste. Al verificar la tensión de las correas, NO coloque los dedos entre la s
correas y poleas.
Verifique las protecciones y los dispositivos de seguridad para que siempre
funcionen adecuadamente.

5. 2. 4 Blade GuideAdjustment
The Blade Guide No.06 (Pict.01) shall be adjusted in accordance with the height of the product to be
cut . Its purpose is to keep the blade inflexible and perpendicular to the table .
To adjust the blade guide No.06 (Pict.01) the blade must be still and the saw switched off . Proceed as
follows :
Turn the handle No.05 (Pict.01) counterclockwise to allow the vertical movement .
Adjust the guide as near as possible to the upper height of the product to be cut . However the guide
shall not impeach the free product movement .
To end it, turn the handle No.05(Pict.01) clockwise to block the blade guide at the selected height .
5. 2. 5 Upper BearingAdjustment No.03(Pict.03)
Upper Bearing Adjustment aiming to centralize the Blade No.07 on wheels No. 04 avoiding the
Blade to fall off .
To adjust the Upper Bearing proceed as follows with the saw disconnected from electricity source :
Loosen the Blade No.07(Pict.01) using the Blade Tension Regulator No.01 (Pict.01) , turning it
counterclockwise .
Take away the upper back lid Code 14200.0 , loosening the screws Codes 14174.7 with a 10 mm
spanner ( see the exploded drawing Pag. … )
Loose the three nuts No.01 (Pict.03) with a 10 mm spanner .
Check the position of the blade : if it is displaced towards the front of the saw, using a screwdriver
make a ¼ turn on the screw No.02 (Pict.03) counterclockwise . If the blade is displaced towards the
back side of the saw, turn the screw ¼ turn clockwise .
Tight the three Nuts No.1 (Pict.03) with the 10 mm spanner .
Adjust the blade as instructed at item 5. 2. 2 .
Using your hand make the wheel No. 04 (Pict.01) turn and check if the Blade is centralized on the
wheel . Proceed the same way until the Blade stays in the central position .

4.1.1 Peligros
Algunas partes del accionamiento eléctrico presentan pontos o terminales
con altos voltajes. Cuando tocados pueden ocasionar graves choques eléctricos, o hasta la
muerte de una persona.
Nunca toque un comando manual ( botón, llave eléctrica, etc. ) con las manos,
zapatos o ropas mojadas. No atender a esta recomendación, también podrá provocar choques
eléctricos, o hasta la muerte de una persona.
4.1.2 Advertencias
El local de la llave liga / desliga debe ser bien conocido, para que sea posible
accionarla a cualquier momento sin la necesidad de procurarla.
Antes de cualquier manutención desconecte la maquina de la red eléctrica.
Proporcione espacio suficiente para evitar caídas peligrosas.
Agua o aceite podrá hacer resbaloso y peligroso el piso. Para evitar accidentes
el piso debe estar seco y limpio.
Antes de accionar cualquier comando manual ( botones, llaves eléctricas,
palancas, etc. ) verifique siempre si el comando es el correcto, o en caso de dudas, consulte este
Manual.
Nunca toque ni accione un comando manual ( botones, llaves eléctricas,
palancas etc. ) por acaso.
Si un trabajo debe ser hecho por dos o más personas, señales de coordinación
deben ser dados antes de cada operación. La operación siguiente no debe ser comenzada sin
que la respectiva señal sea dada y respondida.
4.1.3 Avisos
En el caso de falta de energía eléctrica, desligue inmediatamente la llave liga /
desliga.
Use solamente óleos lubrificantes o grasas recomendadas o equivalentes.
Evite choques mecánicos, ellos pueden causar fallas o malo funcionamiento.
Evite que agua, suciedad o polvo entren en los componentes mecánicos y
eléctricos de la maquina.
NO ALTERE las características originales de la maquina.
NO SUCIE, RASGUE O RETIRE CUALQUIER ETIQUETA DE
SEGURIDAD O DE IDENTIFICACIÓN. Caso alguna esté ilegible o perdida, solicite otra al
Asistente Técnico más cercano.
LEA ATENTAMENTE Y CON CUIDADO LAS ETIQUETAS DE
SEGURIDAD Y DE IDENTIFICACIÓN CONTENIDAS EN LA MAQUINA, ASÍ COMO
LAS INSTRUCCIONESY LASTABLASTÉCNICAS CONTENIDAS EN ESTE.

3.2.1 Retire la Puerta Superior No.3 (Foto 01), tirando verticalmente la
manipula.
3.2.2 Retire la Puerta Inferior No. 16 (Foto 01), tirando verticalmente la
manipula.
3.2.3 Afloje la hoja girando la manipula de control de tensión No.01 (Foto 01)
en el sentido anti-horario, después retire los volantes No.04 (Foto 01)
3.2.4 Retire los volantes No.04, para eso es necesario sacar el Clavillo traba
No.10 que está en la frente de los volantes.
3.2.5 Lave todas las partes con agua caliente y jabón, secándolas en seguida.
3.2.6 Nunca use herramientas como: cuchillas, tenedores, ganchos, o otros
para remover residuos de carne de la maquina. Para hacer eso use un cepillo de plástico.
3.2.7 Remonte los componentes siguiendo los pasos arriba inversamente.
IMPORTANTE
Coloque Vaselina en el hueco de los volantes No.04 (Foto 01) a cada 15 días. Observe la
posición de la hoja para no haber inversión. Los dientes deberán quedarse para el lado de
adelante de la maquina, con la inclinación para bajo.
Las Nociones Generales de Seguridad fueran preparadas para orientar y
instruir adecuadamente a los operadores de las maquinas, así como aquellos que serán
responsables porsu manutención.
La maquina solamente debe ser entregue al operador en buenas condiciones
de uso, al que el operador debe serorientado cuanto al uso y a la seguridad de la maquina por el
Revendedor. El operador solamente debe usar la maquina con el conocimiento completo de los
cuidados que deben ser tomados, después de LERATENTAMENTETODO ESTE MANUAL.

IMPORTANTE
La hoja debe estar bien calibrada. Use la manipula No.01 (Foto 01) girándole en el
sentido horario para lograr la tensión correcta de la hoja.
Verifique si la maquina está firme, no debe ser permitido ningún movimiento sobre
la superficie de soporte. Antes del uso, la hoja No.7, los volantes No.4 y las puertas No.3 y 16 (Foto-
1) deben ser limpias con agua y jabón neutro.
Caso la maquina sea proveída con el Calibrador de Tensión (opcional), gire él
manipulo Foto 01 (No.01), hasta que el calibrador empiece a escapar, eso significa que la hoja
alcanzó su tensión correcta.
IMPORTANTE
Nunca coloque su mano en la dirección de la hoja para empujar el producto a ser
cortado. Para su mayor seguridad use guantes de acero.
Con la maquina desligada, ajuste el Guía de la Hoja No. 6 (Foto-1) y el Regulador
de corte (opcional) No.14 (Foto-1).
Ligue la maquina colocando la llave Liga / desliga No. 02 (foto-1) en la posición
Liga.
Coloque el producto a ser procesado sobre la Mesa Movible No.8 (foto-1),
empujando en dirección de la hoja No.7 (foto-1). El producto debe estar en contacto con Regulador
de Corte No.14 (foto-1)para mantener el espesor deseado de la tajada.
Al traer de vuelta el producto, cuide para que no toque la parte de atrás de la hoja,
para evitar que la hoja No.7 (foto-1) salga del volante No.4 (foto-1).
Es posible hacer el corte usando solamente la mesa fija.
Para hacer la limpieza desligue la maquina y la desconecte de la red eléctrica.
Todas las partes que entren en contacto con la carne deben ser limpias.
Siguen los procedimientos a ser seguidos para la remoción de las partes.

1.3 CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS
2.1 INSTALACIÓN
(*) La frecuencia será única de acuerdo con la del motor de la maquina.
Las Sierras para Huesos deben ser instaladas sobre una superficie estable. Verifique el voltaje de la
maquina. El voltaje del motor debe ser el mismo que lo de la red eléctrica, caso necesario ajuste el
voltaje con la llave selectora de voltaje No. 13 ( Foto - 01. Atierre la maquina correctamente.ta que el
calibrador empiece a escapar, eso significa que la hoja alcanzó su tensión correcta.

Cuando usada incorrectamente, la Sierra para Huesos es una maquina
potencialmente PELIGROSA. La manutención, la limpieza o otra cualquier actividad de servicio,
solamente deben ser hechas por personas debidamente entrenadas, y con la maquina desconectada de
la red eléctrica.
Las instrucciones abajo deberán ser seguidas para evitar accidentes:
1.1.1 Desconecte la maquina de la red eléctrica cuando sea deseado retirar
cualquier parte removible, para hacer la limpieza, la manutención o otro cualquier servicio.
1.1.2 Nunca usar instrumentos fuera a los que acompañan la maquina para auxiliar
en su operación.
1.1.3Nunca toque la hoja No.7(Foto-1), mismo con la maquina desligada, pues la
misma posee un lado cortante.
1.1.4 Nunca ajuste el Regulador de Corte No.14 (Foto-1) o la Guía de la Hoja
No.06 (Foto-1) con la hoja en movimiento.
1.1.5 Nunca use chorros de agua directamente sobre la maquina.
1.1.6 Nunca use ropas con mangas anchas, principalmente en los puños, durante la
operación.
1.1.7 Use guantes de acero durante la operación.
1.1.8Mantenga las manos lejos de las partes movibles.
1.1.9 Nunca ligue la maquina con las manos, los zapatos o ropas mojadas.
1.1.10 Nunca ligue la maquina con una de sus puertas No.03 y 16 (Foto-1)abiertas.
1.1.11 Cuando se haga la instalación de la maquina no sea olvidado de hacer la
conexión de tierra. Una buena conexión a la tierra es importante para la seguridad suya y del equipo.
Todos los componentes que incorporan la maquina son construidos con materiales
cuidadosamente seleccionados para su función, dentro de los padrones de prueba y de la experiencia
de SIEMSEN.
