The guarantee includes only the defects who find there assignable cause in material or production
faults. The guarantee is limited to delivering material at no costs. This only on the judgment from
Slootsmid.
The possibility to claim ends at six months after delivery of the machine. Also in judicious use, wrong
or no maintenance, wrong recovery and changes to the machine the possibility to claim will expire. It
is only possible to claim by filling out the guarantee form.

3. Safety instructions
The on the machines attached stickers inform the user a safe use with the machine.
1. Following these instructions is very important for your own safety! Stickers which are
damaged need to be replaced!
2. Use this machine only when all protection is complete, intact and in functional condition. The
protection prevents the access to dangerous areas and prevents other people. For this reason,
keep always the protection in optimum state.
3. Make sure that nobody is on, under or at the machine when;
a. The machine will be turned on;
b. Using the machine;
c. Stands still but not is turned off.
4. The machine can only be operated by one person.
5. When the tractor is standing still, the machine has to stand at rest. This means spread out
and lifted down! The spherical plug and the hydraulic block need to be closed.
6. When repairing the machine, the tractor has to stop and the hydraulics need to be shut off.
7. Make sure that when opening the cutting filter no pressure for the manure is presumed. This
can be an achieved by spreading out the machine and lowering the complete machine.
8. Watch for your fingers when repairing the cutting filter.
9. Damaged hydraulic lines need to be repaired immediately.
10. The over–compression–valve should not be displaced, consult your supplier for information.
11. Make sure that nobody is standing near to the machine or walking around the machine while
working with the machine.
12. Do not stand on the machine while working with the machine.

3.1 Safety stickers
The on the machine attached stickers inform the user a safe use with the machine. Following the
instructions is very important for your own safety! Stickers which are damaged need to be replaced.

4. Connecting description
Connecting the machine behind the tank.
1. The condition is that the tank a continuous frame.
2. Connect the lift consoles with the support pieces according the sketch to the tank.
3. Connect the lift consoles the toplines and the lift cylinders according next photo. See the
concept lifting device and the concept stabilization collars. (Page 12)

4.1 Lifting device and meter set
•Connect the pins every time with grease.
•Connect for the SK 3M 2x18 MM hydraulic lines.
•Connect for SK 4M, the SK 5M and SK6M 2x18MM hydraulic lines for the manpower and 2x15
mm. hydraulic lines to fold up.
•Attach the machine to the tank and enclose the hydraulic lines.
oLook at hydraulic diagrams tanks (page 10)
oFit a 4”or 5”serpents between tank and injector and connect it.
•Connect at vacuum tank the meter set on the distributor and connect it on the small pressure
reducer of the pump, in order to hold the pressure continuous.
•The machine is ready to use.

5. Tuning the working depth.
1. Control the machine to stay even, that the cutting filter stay even on the work position.
2. Set the valve in tractor secure in the position “let down”
3. Set the average ground pressure about 30 til 40 (max. 60) Bar, by means of the hand wheel on
the rank valve.
4. Raise the rear wheels therefore that the elements in tilt a little bit run down.
5. Work about 10 meters and control the work position. If necessary raise the wheels and pressure
during working time, the valve stay at position run down.
6. Do not raise the working pressure to high. This raise only the pressure on the wheels for the depth
tuning and with that the necessary tractive power.
7. When the wheels running on the bottom, you can move over to adjustment of the tension load for
further tuning.
8. Presume the work position ever the spring pressure is changed.
9. The mending of spring pressure at the SK when you postpone the stated gibbet, you can repair the
spring pressure.
10.Start the gear –box at the pump tank. (Look at the diagram of the pump tank)
11.Tune the pressure on 0.3 –0.5 BAR at the vacuum tank and mount the correct meter record.
12.The pressure in the tank and the meter record are dependent from the thickness of the dung and
the speed.
13.During working with the machine, always keep the hydraulic valve in “lowering” position. Therefore
the divided mill keep twist. The machine has the continuous tuned average ground pressure and a
good ground adjustment.

5.1 Tuning folding out the machine
When you fold the machine up and down, there are large powers. For a good dividing of the powers
and a maximum load to occur, the arms must be move step by step and steady. You can adjust the
fold down speed with a stew valve on the cylinder. (Look at the picture)
The cylinders are stew on the return oil. The tuning from the fold down speed has to be done once.
1. Fold the machine arms up.
2. Fold the arms down again and pay attention to do this steady.
3. When the arms don’t fold steady down, then stew the speed cylinder a little bit out.
4. Don’t be during fold down the arms chatter, when they do; the choking is to much open.
5. Twist to the lock ring; stew. Twist out from the lock ring; open.

6. Working with the machine
1. Make sure that nobody is on, or at the injector.
2. Spread the machine (security unlocks automatically)
3. Set when driving the machine on lowering and set the valve handle on lowering.
4. Set when driving the machine on lifting and put the handle from the valve in neutral.
5. Always lift the machine in the highest position.
6. Fold the machine up.
7. During transportation over the public road, the sequence block has to be closed. (page 19)
ATTENTION! Never drive backwards when the machine is in use.

7. Maintenance
Frequently using the machine
•Clean the cutting filter daily
•Check the grease points every week
•Check the lights before you drive on the public roads
Machine at storage:
•Clean the cutting filter, oil coating and clean air valves
•Check all grease points, eventually replace them
•Oil –coat the coulters
•Oil –coat the visible parts of the piston –rod
•Damaged hydraulic tubes need to be replaced lines
•Bring the tires on tension (2,5 BAR)
