Sonoff TH10/TH16 can monitor real-time temperature and humidity through eWeLink. There are two
power upply pecification : 10A or 16A. It upport pre etting a temperature or humidity range to auto-
turn on/off connected device. It al o upport Smart Scene.
1. Download “eWeLink” app.
Search “eWeLink” in APP Store for iOS ver ion or Google play for Android ver ion.

2. Wiring instruction
There are two device to choo e from：10A or 16A.

3. Add device
1. Plug your en or into the jack, power up your device.
2. Pre the button for 7 econd until the green LED blink like thi : blink 3 time and on repeatedly .
3. Plea e click the “Add” icon on eWeLink to earch device.
For Android, plea e elect the 1 t icon, click next.

For iOS, you will ee two pairing method icon to elect. Plea e elect the corre ponding icon, then click
next.
The App will auto- earch the device.
4. Input your home SSID & pa word:
4.1 If no pa word, keep it blank.
4.2 Now eWeLink only upport 2.4G WiFi communication protocol, 5G-WiFi i not upported.
5. Next, the device will be regi tered by eWelink and added it to your account. It take 1-3 minute .
6. Name the device to complete.
7. Maybe the device i “Offline” on eWeLink, for the device need 1 minute to connect to your router and
erver. When the green LED on, the device i “Online”. If eWeLink how till “Offline”, plea e re tart
eWeLink.
3. A features
1. WiFi remote control and device tate, temperature and humidity checking.
Turn on/off by tapping on device icon. If you u e the Sonoff TH with temperature and humidity en or,
device tate and real-time temperature and humidity value will imultaneou ly di play on the interface.
In Auto mode, you can et a pecified temperature or humidity range to turn on/off connected device. In
Manual mode, you can tap on the device icon to turn on/off.
2. Share Control

The owner can hare the device to other eWeLink account . While haring device , both hould tay
online on eWeLink. Becau e if the account you want to hare i not online, he/ he will not receive the
invitation me age.
How to make it po ible? Fir tly click Share, input the eWeLink account (phone number or email addre )
you want to hare, tick the timer permi ion (edit/delete/change/enable) you want to give, then
click Next. The other account will receive an invitation me age. Click Accept, the device ha hared
ucce fully. The other u er will have acce to control the device.
3. Timing
Support max 8 enabled ingle/repeat/countdown timing chedule each device. Pre et timer can work
even network i unavailable, but the device mu t keep power on.
4. Security mechani m
One device one owner. Other people can not add the device that have already been added. If you want to
add your device to another account, don’t forget to delete it fir t.
5. Auto mode and Manual mode
5.1 In Auto mode, the witch can not be turned ON/OFF by the button manually.
5.2 In Manual mode, the witch can be turned ON/OFF at any time.
5.3 The pre et timer can work a u ual in Auto mode.
6. In ert en or to tart device or not.
6.1 In ert en or: APP will di play temperature and humidity value , and it can be et to Auto mode.

6.2 Without en or: APP will not di play temperature and humidity value, and it doe not have Auto mode.
7. Smart Scene
You can u e Sonoff TH to collect temperature value and et a temperature to turn on/off everal type of
other witche ( uch a Sonoff, Sonoff RF). Note: the Sonoff TH hould in manual mode, not auto mode.
When the real-time temperature i acro the pre et temperature range, it will trigger the condition.
8. Update
It will auto-remind you of new firmware or ver ion. Plea e update a oon a you can o that you can u e
the late t feature .
4. roblems and solutions

ubmit a feedback on eWeLink.
1. My device ha been added ucce fully but tay “Offline”.
An wer : The newly added device need 1-2 min to connect to your router and the Internet. However, if it
tay offline for a long time, plea e judge the problem by the green led tatu :
1.1. Green led quickly blink one time and repeat : It mean the device failed to connect to the router. The
rea on may be you have entered wrong WiFi pa word or your device i too far away from the router,
which cau e a weak WiFi ignal. The device can not be added to the 5G-wifi-router, only the 2.4G-wifi i
compatible. At la t, make ure that your router i MAC-open.
1.2. Green led lowly blink one time and repeat , which mean the device ha connected to router and
erver but failed to be added to the device li t. Then power on the device again, if it till not working, ju t
add the device again.

1.3. Green led quickly blink twice and repeat , thi mean the device ha connected to the router but
failed to connect to the erver. Then plea e confirm your WiFi router work normally.
2. Why the APP can’t find the device in pairing tatu ?
An wer : That’ becau e of your phone’ cache. Plea e clo e the WLAN of your phone then open it after a
minute. At the ame time, plea e power off the device if you can, then power up to try again.
3. My WiFi i expired, can I connect the device to LAN? Can my phone be directly connected to device
hot pot?
An wer : Currently thi product doe not upport LAN or directly connect to hot pot. It mu t connect to
the WiFi router.
4. The green led keep off, even if the device i powered on. Pre ed the button but the device doe not
work.
An wer : The circuit may be broken, plea e end it back for te ting. Return hipping po tage and packaging
will be at buyer’ expen e, if the device i damaged by the buyer, and o the buyer hould bear extra repair
co t.
