Just connect a Sonos ZonePlayer 80 (ZP80) to any amplified
audio device in any room, and that device is instantly and
seamlessly part of a wireless, multi-room digital music system.
Which means you can use the full-color Sonos™ Controller to
control all your music, and all your rooms from the palm of
your hand. You can also use a ZP80 to retrofit a conventional
audio system with home-run speakers or as a wireless extender
to increase the wireless range of your Sonos system. No matter
where or how you use the ZP80, the digital and analog outputs
will deliver superior sound to every room. And because the
ZP80 is so compact, you can put it just about anywhere.
You can connect up to 32 ZonePlayers throughout your house—
combining the ZP80 and the ZP100 with built-in amplifier—for
the ultimate in multi-room music.
Play all your favorite digital music, all over your house, on all your favorite
audio equipment—your home theater, stereo, powered speakers, and more.

Wireless, multi-room ZonePlayers can go anywhere and connect wirelessly when a wired Ethernet connection is not
digital music available. ZonePlayers and Controllers will establish their own secure wireless mesh network. Play
the same song in different rooms, or different songs in different rooms—simultaneously. The first
ZonePlayer you install must connect to your home network using a standard Ethernet cable.
Home theater integration Designed to connect to an external amplifier, the ZP80 seamlessly integrates your home theater
and other audio devices into your Sonos multi-room digital music system.
Analog and digital audio Enjoy your music anywhere by connecting to your home theater receiver or amplifier with
output analog, optical and coaxial digital audio outputs. We also provide fixed or variable audio output
volume control.
Analog input with Music from an external audio source (such as a CD player, radio or MP3 player) can be
digital encoding connected to a ZP80 and played by all ZonePlayers in the system.
Easy setup Automatic wired or wireless setup. Add new ZonePlayers with one-button press.
