Bedienungs- und Montageanleitung
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anweisung,
bevor Sie das Gerät zusammenbauen.
Anzahl der Benutzer:
Das Gerät ist max. für eine Person zugelassen.
ACHTUNG!
•Untergestell oder andere unter dem Balken
hervorstehende Teile müssen gepolstert bzw.
mit Matten geschützt werden.
•Balkenfarbe muss sich von Boden und anderen
Geräten bzw. Matten abheben.
•Bitte das Gerät während der Benutzung nicht
verstellen.
•Der Aufbau des Gerätes muss mit 2 Personen
durchgeführt werden.

Please read this instruction before
assembling the apparatus.
Number of users:
The apparatus cannot be used by more than one
person at the same time.
ATTENTION!
•Balance beam legs and all items placed under-
neath the beam must be upholstered or pro-
tected with mats.
•Beam colour must be different to the colour of
floor and mats.
•Please do not adjust the apparatus during the
use.
•Conduct the apparatus assembly and installa-
tion with the assistance of 2 persons.
Scope of delivery:
1 x Balance beam with aluminium profile
2 x Pre-assembled balance beam legs
1 x Set mounting material
Necessary tools:

1. Legen Sie den Balken mit Schiene und
Nutensteinen nach oben zeigend auf
einen flachen, sauberen Untergrund.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Polsterung
zum Beispiel mit einer Decke oder ähnli-
chem geschützt ist (Abb. 1).
1. Place the beam on a flat and clean
surface, rail and bolts facing upwards.
Make sure to protect the cover with a
blanket or something similar (Fig. 1).

2. Befestigen Sie zuerst die „nicht verstell-
bare“ Seite des Balkenfußes am Ende des
Balkens. (1./ Abb. 2).
Schieben Sie einen Nutenstein (d) ans
Ende des Balkens (Abb. 3).
Setzen Sie den Balkenfuß - wie in Abb. 2/
Abb. 4 zu sehen - auf den Nutenstein (d).
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich der Bolzen
(c) an der Metallplatte (f) in der Schiene (h)
befindet und in der vorgesehenen
Bohrung (e) am Ende des Balkens einrastet.
Gleichzeitig muss der Stift des Nutensteins
(d) im Loch (g) der Metallplatte sein.
Schrauben Sie nun den Sternknopf (b) auf
den Nutenstein und verschließen Sie den
Sternknopf mit der kleinen, schwarzen
Kappe (a).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Metallplatte
plan an der Schiene anliegt (Abb. 5).
2. First mount the "non- adjustable" side of
the balance beam leg at the end of the
beam. (1. / Fig. 2).
Put a sliding bolt (d) to the end of the
beam (Fig. 3).
Position the leg - as shown in Fig. 2/ Fig. 4
- on the sliding bolt (d). Make sure
the pin (c) of the metal plate (f) is placed
in the therefore foreseen hole (e).
At the same time the pin of the sliding
bolt (d) must be in the hole of the metal
plate (g).
Screw the star knob (b) on the sliding bolt
and close the star knob with the small
black cap (a).
Make sure that there is no space between
the metal plate and the balance beam
(Fig. 5).

3. Schieben Sie einen weiteren Nutenstein in
Richtung der Einrastlöcher für die Höhen-
verstellung (2./ Abb 2 // Abb. 6).
Setzen Sie den Balkenfuß (Abb. 7) mit der
Verstellplatte (m) auf den Nutenstein (o)
und lassen Sie die Verstellplatte in das
erste Loch einrasten. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass sich der Bolzen der Verstell-
platte (q) in der Schiene befindet (p)
und gleichzeitig der Bolzen des Nuten-
steins (o) im Loch der Verstellplatte (n)
ist.
Setzen Sie nun die Druckfeder (l) und den
Sternknopf (k) über den Nutenstein und
schrauben Sie beides mit der Sicherheits-
schraube (j) fest.
Verschließen Sie den Sternknopf mit der
kleinen, schwarzen Kappe (i).
Somit wird sichergestellt, dass sich der
Sternknopf während der Einstellung des
Schwebebalkens nicht löst.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Verstellplatte
plan an der Schiene anliegt (Abb. 8).
Befestigen Sie den zweiten Schwebebal-
kenfuß auf dieselbe Weise durch Wieder-
holen der Schritte 2 und 3.
3. Put the another sliding bolt in the direc-
tion of the locking holes for the height ad-
justment. (2. Fig. 2// Fig. 6)
Place the leg (Fig. 7) with the adjustable
plate (m) on the sliding bolt (o) and snap
the plate into the first hole. Make sure the
pin of the adjusting plate (q) is placed in
the locking hole in the rail (p). At the same
time the pin of the sliding bolt (o) must fit
in the hole of the metal plate (n).
Now put the compression spring (l) and
the star knob (k) over the sliding bolt and
fasten it with the button head screw (j).
Close off the star knob with the small,
black cap (i).
This is to make sure the star knob won’t
come off while adjusting the beam.
Make sure there is no space between the
adjustable plate and the rail underneath
the beam (Fig. 8).
Attach the second beam leg in the same
way by repeating steps 2 and 3.

4. Richten Sie den Schwebebalken mit min-
destens 2 Personen auf (Abb. 10).
SDer Balken kann nun mit ausreichender
Mattenlage genutzt werden.
4. Align the beam in an upright position with
at least 2 persons (Fig. 10).
The balance beam is now ready to use
with adequate mats.

Höhenverstellung
Führen Sie die Höhenverstel-
lung stets mit 2 Personen
durch!
5. Zur Verstellung der Höhe, schrauben Sie
den Sternknopf im Uhrzeigersinn auf
(Abb. 11) und ziehen Sie den Feststellbol-
zen an der Lasche heraus (Abb. 12).
Bringen Sie nun den Balken in die ge-
wünschte Höhe, indem Sie den Schwebe-
balken nach oben ziehen oder nach unten
drücken. Ist die gewünschte Höhe er-
reicht, muss der Feststellbolzen wieder
hörbar einrasten.
Drehen Sie den Sterngriff nun wieder zu
und achten Sie darauf, dass der Balken
und die Verstellplatte vollständig aufei-
nanderliegen (Abb. 11).

5. In order to adjust the height, turn the star
knob clockwise (Fig. 11) and pull out the
adjustable plate using the strap (Fig. 12).
Bring the beam in its desired height by
pushing or lifting the beam. When the de-
sired height is reached, the strap has to
lock in place with an audible “click”.
Fasten the star knob tightly. Make sure
there is no spacing between the
adjustable plate and the rail underneath
the beam (Fig. 11).

WARNUNG
WARNING
Beim Benutzen dieses Turngerätes übernehmen Sie ein Verletzungs-
risiko. Um dieses Risiko minimal zu halten und um den sicheren Be-
trieb des Geräts zu gewährleisten, müssen die folgenden Anweisun-
gen beachtet würden:
1. Benutzen Sie das Turngerät nur unter Beobachtung
ausgebildeten und qualifizierten Personals.
2. Prüfen Sie dieses Gerät vor jeder Benutzung auf gute Sta-
bilität, Standsicherheit und einen Einwandfreien techni-
schen Zustand.
3. Prüfen Sie das Turngerät vor jedem Einsatz auf korrekte
Installation sowie die Befestigungsmechanismen dieses
Gerätes. Sollten Sie im Zweifel sein, benutzen Sie dieses
Gerät nicht und lassen eine Prüfung durchführen.
4. Berücksichtigen Sie immer Ihre eigenen Grenzen und die
Begrenzungen dieses Turngerätes.
5. In der unmittelbaren Nähe des Geräts dürfen sich keine
hinderlichen Gegenstände oder Personen befinden.
6. Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Sicherheitsfläche im Umfeld
des Gerätes.
7. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie unter Einfluss von
Alkohol, Medikamenten oder Drogen stehen.
8. Schwangere Frauen oder Personen mit gesundheitlichen
Problemen sollen das Gerät nicht benutzen.
Wir empfehlen, keine Veränderungen an den gelieferten Geräten
vorzunehmen. Sollten die Geräte durch nicht sachgemäße Manipu-
lation verändert werden, lehnen wir jegliche Verantwortung in Scha-
densfällen ab. Dadurch tritt automatisch auch die Produkthaftung
außer Kraft.
Allgemeiner Hinweis:
Turngeräte und Matten haben eine begrenzte Lebensdauer, und
Materialien ermüden nach einer bestimmten Zeit. Bitte prüfen Sie
mindestens alle 3 Monate sämtliche Teile, die einer verstärkten Ab-
nützung unterliegen. Dies betrifft hauptsächlich Sicherungen von
verstellbaren Teilen und Mechanismen, z.B. Barrenholme, Reckstan-
gen, Ringe.
Ersetzen Sie alle abgenutzten, fehlerhaften und fehlenden Teile. Im
Zweifelsfall holen Sie sich einen Sachverständigen zu Rate.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen empfehlen wir eine jährliche Wartung der
Turngeräte und Matten durch Spezialisten durchführen zu lassen.
Wir möchten Sie darauf aufmerksam machen das einen Wartungs-
vertrag mit unserer Firma zu den Möglichkeiten gehört.
Diese Turngeräte dürfen nur in trockenen Räumen verwendet wer-
den. Feuchtigkeit hat einen negativen Effekt auf Turngeräte, insbe-
sondere auf alle Arten von Polster, Schaumstoffe und Holzteile und
verkürzt die Lebensdauer erheblich.
In order to reduce the risk of injury and to assure secure function-
ing of the (gymnastic)apparatus, rules mentioned below are to be
strictly followed:
1. Use this apparatus only under the supervision of a
trained and qualified instructor.
2. Check this apparatus for proper stability before each
training, use it only in perfect technical conditions.
3. Always check the apparatus for its correct installation,
particularly for the fixation mechanism, before each use.
If there are any doubts, do not use the apparatus and
get a professional check.
4. Please consider your own limits and the restrictions of
this gymnastic apparatus.
5. Obstructive items or persons in close proximity of the
apparatus are not allowed.
6. Provide appropriate safety zones in the surroundings of
the apparatus.
7. Never use the apparatus under the influence of alcohol,
medication or drugs.
8. Pregnant women or persons with health issues should
not use the apparatus.
Do not attempt to repair any damage to the apparatus yourself
but contact your supplier for advice or technical assistance.
Any unauthorised repair, alternation, removal of parts or change
of specifications of the apparatus are strictly prohibited for rea-
sons of safety and will automatically and immediately and without
any prior notice end any warranty or right of compensation in any
form whatsoever.
General advice:
The life period of (gymnastic) apparatuses and mats is limited. Also
materials wear off after a certain period of time. Please check all
parts , which are subject to severe wear and tear, at least once
every 3 months. This is mainly relevant for the security of adjusta-
ble parts and mechanisms, e.g. rails, bars, rings. Replace any worn
off, defective and missing parts. If there are any doubts, ask for ad-
vice from one of our specialists.
For security reasons, we suggest to perform a maintenance check
of all apparatuses and mats by a specialist, once a year. This check
can be part of a yearly or six month safety check.
We would like to point out to you the possibility of a maintenance
contract with our firm.
This apparatus must be used in dry conditions only. Humidity will
have a negative effect on all types of upholstery used on (gymnas-
tic) apparatuses and results in a shortened lifespan.
