Redialling a Number
Press the Redial button
Use the Page Up/Down buttons to find the call to be
redialled.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside the
appropriate name or number I Name I or I 01234 I
From the list of up to five numbers associated with
each entry dial the required number by pressing the
Context Sensitive Key alongside it.
The Redial list will display the last 20 outgoing calls made
from your extension.
Incoming Calls List
The Incoming Calls List will display your last 10 answered
calls, last 10 missed calls and new & previously read
voicemail messages
To View the Incoming Calls List
Press the Messages button
Press the Messages button a 2nd time to exit.
To Call a Previous Caller Back
Select the entry to be called using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside l Name I
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Call to dial.
To Delete a Call Entry
Select the entry to be deleted using the Context
Sensitive Key alongside I Name I
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Delete to dial.
Press the Messages button to exit.

Making an External Call
Dial the external number required via the alpha-
numeric keypad.
(Your System Administrator will inform you if a prefix
is required.)
The Call Status screen will display whom you are
ringing and your details
OR
Lift your handset or select the Speaker button
Dial the external number required via the alpha-
numeric keypad.
(Your System Administrator will inform you if a prefix
is required.)
OR
Select the Contacts icon
Select the contact required using the up/down arrows
and/or alpha numeric keypad
Dial the contact required using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside l Steve Brown I
Answering a Call
Your Call Status screen will display the caller's details
Lift the handset or select the Speaker button
OR
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Answer I
If you do not wish to answer the call select the Context
Sensitive Key alongside I Reject I and the call will be
cancelled or passed to Voicemail, if enabled.
(If your phone is busy or not answered within 20
seconds (default) the caller will be passed to voicemail,
if enabled)
