Changing your Voicemail Greeting
Press the Messages button.
Press the Page Up button underneath the Display.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Save I
Your current greeting will be played back to you.
You will then be prompted to record your new greeting
If you are happy with your greeting, replace your
handset, or press the Speaker button to save.
OR
If you wish to re-record the greeting press the Context
Sensitive Key alongside I Record I
Your current greeting will be played back to you.
You will then be prompted to record your new greeting
If you are happy with your greeting, replace your
handset, or press the Speaker button to save.
OR
If you wish to delete the new greeting and return to
the previous greeting press the Context Sensitive Key
alongside I Delete I
To exit, replace your handset, or press the speaker
button.

Voicemail
Leaving a Message for a Colleague
If the extension you are ringing is busy or not
answered you will be transferred to voicemail (if
enabled) and played your colleague's greeting
Leave a message
Replace your handset
Accessing Your Own Messages
The LED underneath the Messages button icon will
flash to indicate you have a new message
Press the Messages button.
An envelope icon and bold text I Name I will
indicate a new message.
Select the new message using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside I Name I
To listen to the message press the Context Sensitive
Key alongside I Play I
Your message will be played back to you
Press the Messages button twice to exit.
Deleting a Message
Select the message to be deleted using the Context
Sensitive Key alongside I Name I
Remove the message by pressing the Context Sensitive
Key alongside I Delete I
Press the Messages button to exit.
Saving a Message
After listening to a message press the Context Sensitive
Key alongside I Save I
Press the Messages button to exit.
Please note: Messages are stored until listened to, and
then they are deleted after 7 days unless saved. The
open blue envelope alongside normal text indicates
a previously read message.

Making an Internal Call
Dial the extension via the alpha-numeric keypad
The Call Status screen will display whom you are
ringing and your details
OR
Lift your handset or select the Speaker button
Dial the extension via the alpha-numeric keypad
OR
Select the User required from your Favourites display
using the up/down arrows and/or alpha-numeric
keypad
Dial the User required using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside I Name I
OR
Select the Users icon
Select the user required using the up/down arrows
and/or alpha-numeric keypad
Dial the appropriate user using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside I Name I
(If the extension you are ringing is busy or not
answered within 20 seconds (default) you will be
passed to voicemail, if enabled.)

Redialling a Number
Press the Redial button
Use the Page Up/Down buttons to find the call to be
redialled.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside the
appropriate name or number I Name I or I 01234 I
From the list of up to five numbers associated with
each entry dial the required number by pressing the
Context Sensitive Key alongside it.
The Redial list will display the last 20 outgoing calls made
from your extension.
Incoming Calls List
The Incoming Calls List will display your last 10 answered
calls, last 10 missed calls and new & previously read
voicemail messages
To View the Incoming Calls List
Press the Messages button
Press the Messages button a 2nd time to exit.
To Call a Previous Caller Back
Select the entry to be called using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside l Name I
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Call to dial.
To Delete a Call Entry
Select the entry to be deleted using the Context
Sensitive Key alongside I Name I
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Delete to dial.
Press the Messages button to exit.

Making an External Call
Dial the external number required via the alpha-
numeric keypad.
(Your System Administrator will inform you if a prefix
is required.)
The Call Status screen will display whom you are
ringing and your details
OR
Lift your handset or select the Speaker button
Dial the external number required via the alpha-
numeric keypad.
(Your System Administrator will inform you if a prefix
is required.)
OR
Select the Contacts icon
Select the contact required using the up/down arrows
and/or alpha numeric keypad
Dial the contact required using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside l Steve Brown I
Answering a Call
Your Call Status screen will display the caller's details
Lift the handset or select the Speaker button
OR
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Answer I
If you do not wish to answer the call select the Context
Sensitive Key alongside I Reject I and the call will be
cancelled or passed to Voicemail, if enabled.
(If your phone is busy or not answered within 20
seconds (default) the caller will be passed to voicemail,
if enabled)

Blind Transfer (un-announced transfer)
Place the call on hold using the recall button
Dial the internal or external number
To complete the transfer, replace the handset, or
press the Speaker button.
Transferring a Call Directly to a Colleague's Voicemail
Place the call on hold using the Recall button
Dial the internal number
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Voicemail I
Replace the handset, or press the Speaker button.
Parking a Call
This facility allows a call to be held on the system and
picked up by any extension.
Once on a call press one of the Context Sensitive Keys
alongside I Park I 1 - 4
The caller's details will be displayed against the
relevant Park Slot.
Picking up a Parked Call
Lift your handset or press the Speaker button.
Park Slots 1 - 4 will be shown on the display. If in use,
the name (or number) relating to the parked call will
be shown.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside the relevant
Park Slot to retrieve the call l Name I

Ending a Call
Replace your handset
OR
Press the Speaker button

Press the Recall button
To retrieve the call press the Recall button a 2nd time
Transferring a Call
Announced Transfer
Place the call on hold using the Recall button
Dial the internal or external number
Wait for the call to be answered and announce the
intended transfer
To transfer the original call replace the handset, or
press the Speaker button
OR
To transfer the call press the Page Down button
underneath the Display
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Transfer I
OR
To return to the original call, press the Recall button,
or wait for the destination to hang up.
OR
To return to the original call and place the second call on
hold, press the Page Down button underneath the Display
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Switch I to
toggle between the two calls.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside I Transfer I
to connect the two calls.
