FITTING THE EPIDYN®SUPREME
SCHRITT 1
Die EPIDYN®SUPREME ist links und rechts
tragbar.
STEP 1
EPIDYN®SUPREME can be worn on the left and right.
SCHRITT 2
Öffnen Sie das zirkuläre Band der Bandage.
STEP 2
Open the circular strap of the elbow support.

SCHRITT 3
Schlagen Sie den oberen Teil der Bandage bis zum obe-
ren Rand der SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX Silikonpelotte
um.
STEP 3
Fold the top part of the support over to the top edge of
the SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX silicone pad.
SCHRITT 4
Ziehen Sie die Bandage über Ihren Ellbogen. Der oran-
gefarbene Streifen muss am Oberarm liegen, die Naht
an der Außenseite des Ellbogens.
STEP 4
Pull the support over your elbow. The orange strip must
be located on the upper arm, the seam on the outside
of the elbow.

SCHRITT 5
Positionieren Sie die ringförmigen Aussparungen der
SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX Silikonpelotten so, dass die-
se auf den beiden seitlichen Gelenkvorsprüngen (Epi-
condylus lateralis und medialis) zu liegen kommen.
STEP 5
Position the ring-shaped cut-outs of the SPORLASTIC
AIR-MATRIX silicone pads so that they lie on the two
lateral joint projections (lateral and medial epicondyle).
SCHRITT 6
Fixieren Sie das Band zirkulär unterhalb des Ellbogens.
Führen Sie das Band dabei zuerst von innen über die
Oberseite des Arms. Dosieren und variieren Sie die
Druckintensität des Bandes individuell nach Ihren Be-
dürfnissen.
STEP 6
Fix the strap around the arm below the elbow. To do
this, first guide the strap over the top of the arm from
the inside. Adjust and vary the pressure
intensity of the strap individually according to your
needs.

SCHRITT 7
Zum Ablegen von EPIDYN®SUPREME öffnen Sie das
zirkuläre Klettband.
STEP 7
To remove the EPIDYN®SUPREME, open the circular
Velcro strap.
SCHRITT 8
Streifen Sie die Ellenbogenbandage EPIDYN®SUPREME
vom Oberarm in Richtung Hand ab.
STEP 8
Pull the EPIDYN®SUPREME elbow support from the
upper arm towards the hand.
