Die Betriebsanleitung ist sorgfältig zu lesen und am Geräteeinbauort aufzubewahren. Für

Sonderausführungen können bei zusätzlichen/abweichenden Bestelloptionen von den
hier beschriebenen Darstellungen abweichen.
5 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Verschlussstopfen dienen zum Verschließen nicht benutzter Öffnungen für 
Leitungseinführungen bei elektrischen Betriebsmitteln der Zündschutzarten 
„Erhöhte Sicherheit“ und „Schutz durch Gehäuse“.

7 Transport und Lagerung
Transport und Lagerung sind nur in Originalverpackung gestattet.
Die Geräte sind trocken und erschütterungsfrei zu lagern.
WARNUNG
Umbauten und Änderungen am Gerät sind nicht zulässig.
Für Schäden, die durch Umbauten und Änderungen entstehen, übernehmen
wir weder Haftung noch Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen.

9 Inbetriebnahme
Stellen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme sicher, dass
keine Komponenten beschädigt sind
das Gerät vorschriftsmäßig installiert ist
sich keine Fremdkörper im Gerät befinden
alle lösbaren Verbindungen fest angezogen sind
die vorgeschriebenen Anzugsdrehmomente eingehalten sind

WARNUNG
Verschlussstopfen mit Mutter!
Die zur Befestigung der Verschlussstopfen notwendige Mutter muss aus Metall
oder einem geeigneten Formstoff hergestellt sein.
IP-Schutz!
Um den IP-Schutz zu gewährleisten, müssen die Gehäuseoberflächen und
Wandoberflächen, in welche die Verschlussstopfen eingebaut werden, sauber,
eben (parallel) und riefenfrei sein
HINWEIS
Die Dichtung ist bei einem Einsatzbereich < -40 °C nur für eine einmalige 
Montage vorgesehen. Bei Wiedermontage Dichtung tauschen.
HINWEIS
Empfohlene Wanddicke bei Gewindebohrungen: ≥3 mm
Empfohlene Wanddicke bei Durchgangsbohrungen: 1 ... 7 mm

10 Instandhaltung, Wartung und Störbeseitigung
Die Art und der Umfang der Prüfungen sind den entsprechenden nationalen Vorschriften
zu entnehmen. Die Fristen sind so zu bemessen, dass entstehende Mängel, mit denen
gerechnet werden muss, rechtzeitig festgestellt werden.

Überprüfen Sie bei der Wartung folgende Punkte:
Einhaltung der zulässigen Temperaturen (gemäß IEC/EN 60079-0)
Beschädigungen am Gerät und an den Dichtungen
Drehmoment
11 Reinigung
Reinigung mit einem Tuch, Besen, Staubsauger o.Ä.
Bei feuchter Reinigung Wasser oder milde, nicht scheuernde, 
nicht kratzende Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
12 Entsorgung
Beachten Sie die nationalen Vorschriften zur Abfallbeseitigung.

5 Intended Use
The stopping plugs are used to seal the not used openings for cable entries of electrical
equipment of the type of protection "Increased safety" and "Protected provided by 
enclosure".

Transport and storage are permitted only in the original packaging.
The devices must be stored in a dry place and vibration-free.
WARNING
Alterations and modifications to the device are not permitted.
We shall not accept any liability or warranty obligations for damage resulting

Before putting into service, ensure that
no components are damaged
the device has been installed according to regulations
there are no foreign bodies inside the device
all screws and nuts have been firmly tightened
the prescribed tightening torques have been observed

WARNING
Stopping plug with nut!
The nut required for fixing the stopping plug must be made of metal or a suitable
moulded material.
IP protection!
In order to ensure the IP type, the wall surfaces and that of the enclosures in
which the stoppings plugs are installed should be kept clean, even (parallel)
and grooveless.
NOTICE
When used application range of < -40 °C, the seal is only intended for a 
one-time installation. Replace the seal before mounting it again.
NOTICE
Recommended wall thickness for threaded holes: ≥3 mm
Recommended wall thickness for through holes: 1 ... 7 mm

Consult the relevant national regulations to determine the type and extent of inspections.
Plan the intervals such that any defects in the equipment which may be anticipated are
promptly detected.

The following details must be checked during maintenance:
Compliance with the permissible temperatures (according to IEC/EN 60079-0)
Damage to the device and seals
Torque

Cleaning with a cloth, broom, vacuum cleander or the like
For wet cleaning, use water or mild, non-scouring, non-scratching cleaning agents.
12 Disposal
Observe the national waste disposal regulations.
