1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•Incorrect operation and improper use may result in serious damage to the device or injuries to persons.
•The device should only be used for the purpose for which it was designed.
•The manufacturer assumes no liability for any damages caused by incorrect operation and improper use of the device.
•During operation the device and the power cable plug must be protected against contact with water or other liquids. If the
device accidentally falls into water, it is necessary to immediately pull out the plug from the socket, and then commission
the inspection of the device by a professional.
Failure to follow this instruction may lead to life-threatening situations.
•Never open the housing of the device by yourself.
•Do not stick any items into the housing of the device.
•Do not touch the power cord plug with wet hands.
•Regularly inspect the condition of the plug and the cable. In the event any damage to the plug or the cable is detected, it
should be repaired in an authorized repair point.
•In case the device falls or is damaged in any other way, before further use is always necessary for it to be inspected and
possibly repaired at a specialized repair point.
•Never try to repair the device by yourself – it could lead to life-threatening situations.
•Protect the power cable from contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away from open ames. If you want to discon-
nect the device from the electrical socket, always grab it by the plug and never pull by the cord.
•Secure the cable (or its extension cord) to ensure that no one pulls it from the socket by mistake and that no one trips
over the cable.
•Control the operation of the device during use.
•Do not allow for the device to be used by minors, people with physical or mental disabilities and people with impaired mo-
bility, as well as persons without the appropriate experience and knowledge regarding the proper use of the device. Such
persons can operate the device only under the supervision of a person responsible for safety.
•If the device is not currently in use or is cleaned, it is necessary to always unplug it from the power source by removing the
plug from the socket.
•Caution: If the plug of the power cord is connected to the electrical socket, the device remains energized.
•Switch the device off before pulling the plug from the socket.
•Never pull the device by the power cord.

2. STRUCTURE OF THE DEVICE
2.1. Purpose of the device
This device has been designed exclusively for grinding boneless meat and tendons.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Unpacking
The device is packaged in a cardboard box lled with polyester foam in order to protect the device against mechanical damage
during transportation.
The cardboard box in which the device is transported should be handled in accordance with the instructions provided on the
box. Open the box and ensure that no components are missing and that they are all intact. Keep the box for possible future
transportation of the device.
The device should be lifted in accordance with the principles of this instruction manual and set in the desired location, where it
will be used.
4.2. Position
The place of installation of the device should be well lit and should have access to a source of power supply. The working
surface should be leveled, dry and sufciently large. The installation should be conducted in accordance with the applicable
legal regulations. Keep away from sources of heat (oven, cooker, etc.) and away from sources of water that create a risk of
ooding of the device.

4.3. Connection to the power supply source
Make sure that the device is properly connected to the ground line. Before connecting the device, make sure that the voltage
and frequency at the location where the device will be used are consistent with the values indicated on the name plate. The
device is equipped with a power cord. Use the above mentioned cord to connect the device to an electrical outlet with a
residual-current circuit breaker installed on the wall.
5. OPERATION
5.1. Assembly and disassembly of the grinding mechanism
Caution: Before disassembly the device must be turned off and disconnected from the power source.
•remove the meat container located in the feed opening of the device;
•turn the locking ring in the counter-clockwise direction;
•disassemble the sieve (perforated plate), the knife, the auger screw;
•unscrew the side knob by turning it in the counter-clockwise direction and remove the sleeve;
•in order to assemble the above mentioned parts, proceed in reverse order.
Caution: Before commencing the operation of the device ensure that all parts are correctly attached.
5.2. Operation
•Cut into products intended for grinding into portions of such size that will easily t in the feed opening of the grinding
chamber.
•Connect to the power supply and then turn the device on.
•Put the products intended for grinding on the tray.
• Remember to always use the pusher.
After the end of operation the device must be turned off and disconnected from the power source.
Caution: If the ground meat is not coming out from the grinding chamber smoothly or its consistency is incorrect, the possible
causes and the recommended activities in such a situation are presented below:
•The nut is applied too loosely, as a result of which the knife is not in proper contact with the grinding plate. Tighten the
nut.
•The nut is too tight and is blocking the knife. Gently loosen the nut.
•The grinding plate is jammed. Please clean the grinding plate.
•The edges of the knife are blunt. Please sharpen or replace the knife.
5.3. Blockage
If the engine is jammed, or if the engine is working but the meat is not coming out of the device through the grinding plate due
to clogging caused by a bone or other products, please set the switch to the REVERSE position in order to remove the bone or
other products causing the blockage and clean the device.
5.4. Notes on the operation of the device
Never push products intended for grinding into the feed opening using your hands. Always use the pusher for this.
Do not grind hard products such as bones or nuts.
Do not use the device to grind products with hard bers such as ginger, etc. In order to avoid the clogging of products in the
head, do not push them with excessive force.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution: Before cleaning the device must be turned off and disconnected from the power source.
•Before leaving the device it is necessary to disassemble the grinding mechanism and wash its components in hot water
using a detergent or in a dishwasher.
• Do not clean the device using water under pressure.
• All maintenance work should be carried out on a device disconnected from the power source.
• Do not clean the device using caustic, abrasive and corrosive agents.

7. FAULTS, CAUSES, SOLUTIONS
In the event of any disturbing behaviors during the operation of the device, please contact your authorized service center or
the seller.
8. DISPOSING OF USED EQUIPMENT
You can return your old device after the end of use or when buying a new device at Stalgast. Send the device to us and a
specialized company will dispose of it in accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (Journal of Laws
of 2005, No. 180, item 1495).
9. WARRANTY
The seller shall be liable under the warranty or guarantee.
In the event of damages resulting from the formation of limescale deposits in the device, they are not subject to repair under
warranty. The warranty also does not cover damages caused by external forces such as lightning, changes in supply voltage,
incorrect setting of the voltage value, supply from an inadequate power outlet, mechanical, thermal, chemical damages to the
equipment and the defects caused by them.
Warranty exchange does not cover such elements as: light bulbs, rubber components, heating elements damaged by lime
scale, screws and elements undergoing natural wear, e.g. burners, rubber seals and all kinds of mechanically damaged
elements.
