CONSIDERATIONS WHEN USING THE TORC SYSTEM
Only Stonehealth inducted and authorised operators may use the TORC System. A nominated person adjacent, other
than the Operator, should be aware of how to safely shut down the system in unforeseen circumstances. Whilst
personnel working in the vicinity need not be inducted into the working of the system, they should be made fully aware
of the potenal hazards.
The TORC Pressure Pot TORC Air Cooler with built in Air Powered Pump Addional Electric Water Pump - for higher water
pressure if required (Oponal)

Safety Informaon Checklist
The diesel powered air compressor must be operated in a well venlated area.
Visually check all equipment before use, if damage is noted, the equipment should not be used.
Switch o equipment when not aended.
All operators should be trained in the correct use of the system.
Ensure the correct PPE is used at all mes.
Max inlet water pressure is 2BAR. If higher use pressure reducer provided.
WHILST STONEHEALTH HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO GIVE APPROPRIATE GENERAL GUIDANCE,
THE EQUIPMENT MUST COMPLY WITH AND BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY REGULATION
APPROPRIATE TO THE SITE ON WHICH IT IS IN USE.

Noise level at operator position is 99.1dB (Max at nozzle.) Ambient temperature range for
operation and storage is 5 Degrees C to 40 Degrees C.
*Larger compressor required with large nozzles or longer hose runs.

Quick Setup Guide
Connect the Air Cooler to the Pressure Pot.
Connect Inlet Water to Air Cooler. The TORC requires a positive
pressure supply with no more than a 2BAR pressure.

5) Connect the Dead Man Hose to the Pressure Pot.Connect the Water Outlet Hose to the Air Cooler.

7) Now turn on the water supply. 8) Check the Water Separator Bleed Valve. This water separator is a
secondary manual unit. A small ow of air should be leaking from this unit
once the Air Compressor has been switched on.

9) Adjust pressure using the Pressure Regulator. Push down to lock. Adjust the Vibro Pressure using the Ball Valve.

Control and adjust TORC Head using the Dead-man Leaver and Water
Valves. (See Stonehealth TORC instructional video for full details and
operation of the TORC head and system).

Quick Setup Guide
Add appropriate granulate to the TORC Pressure Pot Hopper. Always
ensure that the granulate is dry before use.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Always empty pot aer use.
Ensure granulates are kept dry.
Visually inspect hose couplings daily and replace rubber seals if damaged.
Stonehealth stock a full range of spare parts. Due to the nature of the system, we recommend only using parts supplied
by Stonehealth and will need to be ed by a competent person.
ALWAYS USE THE TORC SYSTEM AS PER THE STONEHEALTH APPROVED INDUCTION TRAINING AND SAFETY
RECOMMENDATIONS.
