El TELE PACK X LED es un revolucionario aparato
combinado que reúne en un sistema compacto

El TELE PACK X LED es compatible con todos
los cabezales de la cámara TELECAM de un chip

The TELE PACK X LED is a revolutionary combi-
unit and combines the functions of illumination,
image orientation, image processing and a
comprehensive treatment documentation program
in one compact system.
The TELE PACK X LED is compatible with
all TELECAM 1-chip camera heads and
KARL STORZ CCD-based videoscopes.
The device offers numerous state-of-the-art
functions. These include:

6.3 Zweckbestimmung

des Produktes anders als oben bestimmt ist aus

Umbauten oder Veränderungen des TELE PACK X
LED sind aus Sicherheitsgründen untersagt.
6.4 Kontraindikationen
Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf das
Medizinprodukt beziehen, sind derzeit nicht
bekannt. Der verantwortliche Arzt muss
anhand des Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten
entscheiden, ob die vorgesehene Anwendung
erfolgen kann.
6.5 Qualifikation des Anwenders
Der TELE PACK X LED darf nur von Ärzten und
medizinischem Assistenzpersonal angewendet
werden, die über eine entsprechende fachliche
Qualifikation verfügen und am Gerät eingewiesen
sind.

No contraindications relating directly to the
medical device are currently known. The
responsible physician must decide whether the
foreseen application is admissible based on the
general condition of the patient.

The TELE PACK X LED must only be used by
physicians and medical assistants who have a
corresponding specialized qualification and who
have been instructed in the use of the device.

plug has been unplugged. Ensure constant
access to the power plug at the site of

2. Connect the power cord and insert the power
plug fully into the power socket q.
3WARNING: Only operate the device with
the line voltage stated on the rating plate.
3. Connect the potential equalization cable up to
the TELE PACK X LED's potential connector
pin and connect it with the room's potential
equalization.
