This shelf kit will generally be used when the lift is to be attached to a mooring buoy system.
SUNSTREAM DOES NOT WARRANT THE MOORING SYSTEM TO WHICH THE LIFT IS ATTACHED AND
HAS NO EXPERTISE IN DETERMINING THE SUITABLITY OF SUCH SYSTEMS FOR USE WITH THE
FLOATLIFT. SUNSTREAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DUE TO MOORING SYSTEM FAILURE. THE MOORING SYSTEM
SHOULD NOT ALLOW FORCES OF GREATER THAN 1/3rd THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF BOAT AND LIFT TO
BE EXERTED UPON THE LIFT. Sunstream may, at the dealer or customers’ request, deliver and
install a mooring pendant with this kit. The determination of pendant compatibility with the
end-user’s mooring system is solely the end-user’s responsibility.
