PleasenotethatthevoltageofrechargeableAAbatteries(1.2V) isinsufficientto
power this device.

to work with moststandard9Vlithiumbatterybuild-in solar panels.
c. PowerAdapter
Thiscamera canalso bepoweredbyanexternal9VDCadapter.Recommend to
removethealkalinebatteries when power adapter is used, to avoid surcharging.
1.3Caution
a.PleaseinserttheSDcardwhenthepowerswitchisatOFF position before
Configingthecamera.
b. Pleasedo notinsertortakeouttheSDcardwhenthepowerswitchisatON
position.
c.Itis recommended to formattheSDcard bythecamerawhen used atthefirsttime.
d. Thecamerawill beinUSBmodewhenconnectedtoaUSBportofacomputer.In
this case, theSDcard functions as aremovabledisk.
e.Pleaseensure sufficientpower whenhavingfirmware upgrade,otherwisethe
upgradeprocess couldbeinterruptedincorrectly.Ifanyfault occursafterimproper
upgradingprocess, thecamera maystop function properly.

Thiscamera equippedwith anautomaticupgradefunction,Upgradingis
neededonlywhenanimprovedfirmware isavailable.Theoperationsare
asfollowing:
1. Unzip theupdatefile
2. Copythe.bin filetoTFcard.
3. InserttheTFcardintothecamera.
4. Power on thecamera(ConfigMode).
5.Thecamera will readitandupdateitselfautomatically.Whenupdating
thecamera, its screenis black.
