Number key
1. Input digit in the input box.
2. Input letter in the input box.
Press the "1" key to switch the TR schedule to AM In.
Press the "2" key to switch the TR schedule to AM Out.
Press the "3" key to switch the TR schedule to PM In.
Press the "4" key to switch the TR schedule to PM Out.
Press the "5" key to switch the TR schedule to OT In.
Press the "6" key to switch the TR schedule to OT Out.

1. Return to the previous interface.

1. Enter the menu interface.
2. Delete the content of the input box.

Power Key
1. Power On.
2. Press the power key in the input box to switch numbers,
letters, and symbols.

1. Input 0 in the input box.
2. Enter spaces in the input box.
3. Pressthe 0 key in the main interface to clock in the
password.

OK Key
1. Confirm that the option is selected.
2. In the input box, press the OK key to save the input
content.

Up key
Move the selection bar up.

1) Mount the machine on a wall approximately 110 cm above the floor. (Based on the bottom of the
machine)
2) Positioning and punching: Remove the two screws at the bottom of the attendance machine and the
wall panel at the back of the attendance machine.
3) Fixing the wall panel: Put the expansion screw into the hole, place the wall panel in the correct position
in the perforated area, and fasten the screw into the expansion screw.
4) Fix the device: install the time and attendance machine on the wall plate and fix the screws just
removed from the bottom of the machine.

3.0. Operating Instructions
3.1. Before Using
Plug into the power cord. The machine will power on automatically.

3.2. Set User Information
There are two settings, and you can choose either one.
3.2.1.Set User Information on the Machine
1) Press the [MENU] key to enter the menu interface.
1) Press the [Down] key to select the [User], press the [OK] key to confirm to enter the user interface.

2) Select the [Enroll] and press the [OK] key to enter the enroll interface.

3) Set the user ID in the order of 1, 2, 3 ......

4) Select the [Depart], select the user department.

5) Select [Name], press the [OK] key to enter the name setting interface.
Note: You can switch numbers, letters, and symbols by pressing the power key.

6) Set the user identity, and you can select [User], [Manager], and [Administrator].

Note: If the user level is set to administrator or manager, when pressing the menu key, "Verify Manager…" will
be prompted. At this time, you need to enter the fingerprint of the administrator or manager/ press [0] key, input
the user id and password of the administrator or manager/ use the ID card of the administrator or manager.

7) Press the [OK] key.

8) To set user attendance mode, you can choose [Fingerprint], [Card], and [Password]. After the setting is
complete, enter the [User ID] again. The user can be queried, which means the user information is
successfully added.
Note: If the ID number you entered is not available, you may have missed some settings, please
re-operate from step 1.
a. Choose Fingerprint: Select the [Fingerprint], press the [OK] key, enter the fingerprint setting
interface, place the user's finger into the fingerprint box to record fingerprints three times in a row,
and select [Exit]. If you want to record the fingerprints of multiple fingers (up to 3 fingers), you
can select [Continue].

b. Choose Card: Select the [Card], press the [OK] key to enter the card recording interface, put the
user's ID card into the card recording area, display the card number in the card recording interface,
and select [OK].
Note: You must use an ID card of 125K Hz.

c. Choose Password: Select the [Password], press [OK] to enter the password setting interface,
enter the user password, and select [OK].
Note: You can switch numbers, letters, and symbols by pressing the power key.

3.2.2.Set User Information on the Computer
Note: If you need to add more user information, the following method is recommended.
1) Refer to section 3.2.1.1 to create a user.
2) Plug the USB flash drive into the attendance machine.

3) Press the [Down] key to select the [User] and press the [OK] key to confirm to enter the user interface.
Select the [Download User Info], press [OK], wait for 10 seconds, and the screen displays "Operation
Success!". And the user information table template is successfully downloaded.

4) Insert the USB flash drive into the computer, open the user information form with excel, click [Review],
click [Unprotect Sheet], input the password ["g4gIOA2i" or "7b5b3b1b3b1b3"], click [OK], and then
start editing the form to add user information, and click [Save] after editing.

The format of all users added later must be the same as the format of the first line of users. Otherwise,
the attendance machine will be unable to add the user information.
Please fill in the "/" for the FP/Card/Pwd option, which can only be set by the user on the machine.

5) Unplug the USB flash drive from the computer, plug it into the attendance machine again, select
[Synchronize User Info]. Wait for 10 seconds, the screen displays "Operation Successful!", and the
user information is uploaded successfully.

3.3. Set the Shift Time
3.3.1.Set the Shift Time on the Machine
1) Press the [MEUN] key to enter the menu interface.
2) Press the [Down] key to select the [Attendance Settings], press the [OK] key to confirm to enter the
attendance setting interface.

3) Select the [Shift Time Zone], press the [OK] key to enter the shift time zone interface, and set your
shift time. You can set a maximum of 24 shift times.

3.3.2.Set the Shift Time on the computer
1) Plug the USB flash drive into the attendance machine.

2) Press the [Down] key to select the [Attendance Settings], press the [OK] key to confirm to enter the
shift time interface. Select the [AttendSetting Download] and press the [OK] key. Wait for 10 seconds,
the screen displays "Operation Success!". And the attendance table template is successfully
downloaded.

3) Insert the USB flash drive into the computer, open the user information form with excel, click [Review],
click [Unprotect Sheet], input the password ["g4gIOA2i" or "7b5b3b1b3b1b3"], click [OK], and then
start editing the form, click [Save] after editing.
Note:
a. Shift Time Zone: Set shift time, you can set a maximum of 24 shift times.
b. Auto-Status Alteration Time Setting: Set the switching time for displaying AM In/AM
Out/PM In/PM Out in the main interface.

c. Bell Time: Set the bell time of the attendance machine.

4) Unplug the USB flash drive from the computer, plug it into the attendance machine again, select
[AttendSetting Upload], wait for 10 seconds, and the screen shows "Operation Success!", and the shift
time information is uploaded successfully.
