1) Drilling: Place the panel at a suitable height from the ground first and use a drilling tool to drill 4 holes
on the wall according to the position of the hole in the panel.
2) Fixing the panel: Put the expansion spiral tube in the box into the hole, align the panel with the
perforated position, and then screw the screws into the expansion spiral tube.
3) Fixed equipment: Hang the attendance machine on the panel, and then the installation is complete.

3.0. Operating Instructions
3.1. Before Using
Please plug in the power cord and the machine will start automatically.
3.2. Set User Information
There are two settings, and you can choose either one.
3.2.1.Set User Information on the Machine
1) Press the [MENU] key to enter the menu interface.

2) Select the [Employee], press the [OK] key to confirm enter the employee interface.

3) Select the [Register], press [OK] key to enter register interface.

4) Set the user ID in the order of 1, 2, 3 ......

5) Select [Name], press [OK] key to enter the name setting interface.
Note: You can switch numbers, letters and symbols by pressing the power key.

6) Select [Depart], select user department.
Note: The departments set can refer to section 4.1.6.

7) Select [Finger], press [OK] key to enter the finger setting interface. Press the finger three time to
complete the enroll of finger.

8) Select [Password], press [OK] key to enter the password setting interface. Enter the same password
twice then press [OK] key to complete password setting.

9) Select [Card], press [OK] key to enter the Card setting interface. Put one card on the scan area, then
press [OK] key to complete card setting.

10) Select the [Privilege], Press [OK] key and then press [up]/[down] key to select [User] or [Admin].
Press the [OK] key to complete Privilege setting.
Note: If the machine not set admin, anyone can enter the management interface by press [MEUN] key, else
there need to enter the corresponding finger or password to verify before entering the management
interface.

3.2.2.Set User Information on the Computer
Note: If you need to add a lot of user information, the following methods are recommended. When you’re
downloading or uploading data, please do not pull out the USB flash drive to avoid the possibility of a stuck
machine. If it accidentally pulls out, please power off and restart the machine to recover.
1) Plug the USB flash drive into the attendance machine before entering the management interface, the
main interface will prompt “Insert Successfully”, and then the connected icon will be displayed.

2) Press the [MEUN] key to enter the menu interface, press the [up]/[down] key to select [U-Down]. Press
[OK] to enter U-Down interface. Select the [UserInfo], press the [OK] key, wait for about 5 seconds,
the screen shows "Download OK!", and the user information table template is successfully downloaded
in the USB flash drive.

3) Insert the USB flash drive into computer, open the “INFO” file in USB flash drive with excel to start
editing the user information, saving the file after completing edition.
Note: The format of all users added later needs to be consistent with that of users in the first line, otherwise the
attendance opportunity will fail to add user information. Please set the time node corresponding to each shift in
the “Times table” and add or modify user information in the “Shifts Table”. “Shift” in the “Shifts Table”
corresponds to “Shift No” in the “Times table”.

4) Unplug the USB flash driver from the computer, plug it into the attendance machine again, press
[MENU] key to enter menu interface, then select [U-Upload] and press [OK] to enter U-Upload
interface. Select [UserInfo] and press [OK] key, waiting for about 5 seconds, and the screen shows
"Upload OK!", the user information is uploaded successfully.

3.3. Set the Shift Schedule
3.3.1.Set the Shift Schedule on the Machine
1) Press the [MEUN] key to enter the menu interface, then press the [Down] key to select the [Device
Settings], press the [OK] key to enter the Device Setting interface.

2) Select the [Att.Rule], press [OK] key to enter the attendance rule interface, then select the [Shift
Schedule], press [OK] key to enter the shift schedule interface.

3) Select any schedule, press [OK] key to enter the interface of time zoom and name settings of shift
schedule. The machine supports the maximum of 24 shift times setting.

3.3.2.Set the Shift Schedule on the computer
Please refer to section 3.2.2 to set shift schedule
3.4. Punch in Attendance
Note: Before punching, please make sure the finger/password/ID card number have been saved in the machine.
3.4.1.Punch by Fingerprint
Put your finger in the fingerprint box, the screen displays the punch-in message, and the verification LED will
display green, which indicates the punch is successful.
Note: If the prompt is wrong: (1) Please enter the [MENU]-[Employee]-[Register] interface and check whether
the user has entered the fingerprint. (2) Please check that the finger that punched in is the finger whose
fingerprint has been entered. (3) Please wipe your finger with a wet paper towel, and then punch in the
fingerprint.

3.4.2.Punch by ID Card
Put the ID card in the ID card detection area, the screen displays the punch-in message, and the verification LED
will display green, which indicates the punch is successful.
Note: If the prompt is wrong: (1) please enter the [User]- [View User List] interface and check whether the user
has entered the ID card. (2) Please check whether the ID card is consistent with the entered ID card.

3.4.3.Punch by Password
Press any number key to enter the “pass verify” interface, then input the user ID number, press [OK] key. Enter
the pass in the input box, then press [OK] key to verify the password.

3.5. Download the Attendance Report
1) Plug the USB flash drive into the attendance machine.

2) Press the [MEUN] key to enter the menu interface, then select the [U-Down], press the [OK] key to
confirm enter the U-Down interface.

3) Select the [Attn.Report] then press [OK] key to enter the “Attn.Report” interface. Choosing the start
and end data, then select [Download] and press [OK] key to download punch data for this period.
