ThefanshaveexternalrotormotorsofECtypewhicharesteplesslycontrolledindividuallybysettingthe
controlsignaltoaxedvalue.Itispossibletoprogramthespeedin2steps(normal/reduced)depending
ontheprogrammingoftheweekschedule.Themotorbearingsarelifetimelubricatedandmaintenance
free.Itispossibletoremovethefansforcleaning,seechapter5formoreinformation.
2.2.2SupplyandExtractairFilters
TheltersareofbagltertypewithlterqualityF7forthesupplyairlterandM5fortheextractairlter.
Theltersneedtobereplacedwhenpolluted.Newlterscanbeacquiredfromyourinstallerorwholesaler.
2.2.2.1Pressureguardforlters
Apressureguardmeasuresthedifferentialpressureoverthesupplyandextractairlters(pos.9gure1.
Whenthepressuredropreachesthesetvalueanalarmistriggeredinthemainregulator.Thedifferential
pressurecanbesetbetween40and300Pa.Thepressureswitchispresetfromfactoryto240Pa.
2.2.3HeatExchanger
TopvexFCmodelsareequippedwithacounterowheatexchangerandaby-passdamper.Theoperation
oftheby-passdamperisautomaticanddependsonthesettemperatureorifdeicingisinoperation.
Theheatexchangerisremovableforcleaningandmaintenance,seechapter5formoreinformation.

4temperaturesensors(PT1000)areincludedintheunitfromfactory.Thesensorsareasfollows:

2.2.5Waterheatingbattery
Inunitswithbuiltinwaterheatingbatterythehotwatercoilislocatednexttothesupplyairconnection.
ThehotwatercoilcanbeeitherHWL(hotwatercoil,lowpower)orHWH(hotwatercoil,highpower).
Thecoilmaterialiscopperpipingwithaframeofgalvanizedsheetsteelandaluminiumns.Thecoilis
equippedwithventingandimmersionsensorforfrostprotection.
2.2.6ElectricalHeater
Inunitswithbuiltinelectricalheatertheheatingrodsarelocatedafterthesupplyairfanintheairow
direction.Thematerialisstainlesssteel.Theelectricalheatingbatteryhasbothautomaticandmanual
overheatingprotection.Themanualoverheatprotectionisresetbypushingtheredbuttonontopofthe
electricalheaterframe(pos.11gure1).Thepowerdemandoftheelectricheatingcoiliscontrolledbythe
mainregulator,whichcontrolstheheatsteplesslybyaTTCtriaccontrolaccordingtotheselectedcontrol
functionthatissetinthecontrolpanel.

Ontherststart-up,thecontrollerwillstartaspecialprogramforsettinglanguage,supplyairtemp
