T207M, T207M/NP, T208M and T208M/BL

•This Quick Reference Guide is organized alphabetically.
•Features have default activation codes. However, these codes can be changed by your system
administrator.
•Soft key names appear in a clear distinctive box, such as [Fwd].
•Button names appear in emphasized (bold) text, such as Redial.Buttons (other than fixed function
keys) can be programmed via your Coral Sea Softswitch portal.
•For a detailed description of the features available in the Sea Softswitch and their operation, refer to the

Feature Description Procedure
ACD
(Login/Logout)
Log in or out (toggle feature)
of your pre-assigned ACD
groups in order to receive
ACD calls
1Dial 1979, or press an ACD Login/Logout button.
2Dial your ACD group number to log in to this group.
3Repeat this procedure to log in to further ACD groups.
ACD
(Release/Resume)
Tempora r i l y r e l e a s e or return
(toggle feature) yourself from
your associated ACD groups
you are currently logged into
1Dial 1975, or press ACD Release/Resume button.
2Dial the Activation code (11). The button is lit.
3Dial 1975, or press the button again (Resume) to return to
all your ACD groups.
4Dial the deactivation code (10). The button is turned off.
ANI Restriction Show or hide your phone
number Caller ID (ANI) to
called destinations
Your telephone is pre-set to
either restrict or display your
ANI. Use this feature to
override this setting on a
per-call basis.
To hide your Caller ID while placing a call:
1Dial 14441, or press Restrict ID button.
2Dial the number of the call destination.
To show your ANI while placing a call:
1Dial 14440, or press Allow ID button.
2Dial the number of the call destination.
Auto-answer Set your phone to immediately
answer calls via the
speakerphone
1Press [AuA].
2To turn on Auto-answer, press [Actv]¸ OR
to cancel Auto-answer, press [DeAc].
Call Log View and redial the most
recent outgoing and incoming
calls to your phone
1Press [CaIL] and press one of the following:
[Out] to view the outgoing calls made from your phone
[In] to view the calls made to your phone
2Use the Up/Down keys to scroll through the call records
and press one of the following:
[Dial] to dial the selected entry
[Del] to delete the selected entry
[Clr] to delete all entries
Call Waiting
(Receiving)
During a conversation, answer
a waiting call
A Call Waiting (Muted Ring)
tone indicates that another call
is waiting for you.
Do one of the following:
To put the current call on hold, press [Hold] and answer the
waiting call
To deflect the waiting call, press a Deflect to XXXX button
Continue with your current call and ignore the waiting call

Camp On Camp on a destination that is
busy or does not answer.
Camp On notifies you by
ringing when the destination
becomes available, and
automatically re-calls its
number as soon as you pick
up the phone.
Camp On Busy starts ringing
to inform you the called busy
number has become idle.
Camp On Idle informs you the
non-answering party is
available after being first busy
and then idle again.
Camping on while calling a destination:
Press [CmpI]
Camping on while your phone is idle:
1Press [CmOn] and press one of the following:
[CmpI] to camp on to an idle party
[CmBy] to camp on to a busy party
2Dial the destination number.
Answering a camped on call:
1Once the party becomes available, you are notified with a
distinctive ring. The CAMPED ON message is displayed.
2Pick up the phone or press [Aswr] to call the party back or
press [Dsct] if you do not want to answer.
Canceling a number from the camp on list:
1Press [CmOn].
2Press [CmpI] or [CmBy] to view the general list of all camp-on
destinations.
3Use the Up/Down keys to scroll through the list of camp-on
destinations and select a destination.
4Press [Cncl] to cancel Camp-On.
Conference
(3-Way, N-Way)
During a call, add one or more
other parties to the call
1During the call, press [Trns] or XFER. The original party is
placed on hold.
2Dial the third party dial number.
3Wait for the third party to answer.
4Press [Conf] or the CONF button to establish a 3-way call.
5Repeat Steps 1 to 4 to add additional parties to the
conference.
Conference
(Meet Me)
Join the conference at the
agreed upon time
1Dial the conference number to join the conference.
2Enter the conference password. A message is displayed
indicating the parties in the conference call.

During a conference call,
disconnect last party to join
Press [fRls].
Applicable for 3-Way, N-Way, and Meet Me Conference calls
Deflect Call Divert an incoming call while
engaged in another call, or
while an idle phone is ringing
Press a Deflect to XXXX button. The incoming call is diverted
to the programmed destination. The current call continues
uninterrupted or the phone remains idle.
Do Not Disturb
(DND)
Block all incoming calls to all
your phones
Press [Dnd] and press one of the following:
[Actv] to activate DND
[DeAc] to receive all incoming calls again
When the feature is activated, a bullet appears next to [Dnd] and
a *DND* message appears on the top line.
Emergency Call Make emergency calls Dial your country’s emergency number or press an Emergency
Call button.

Forward Forward All [FwAl] - forward all
your incoming calls to another
destination
Forward On Busy [FwBs] -
Forward your incoming calls
when your phone is busy
Forward On No Answer
[FwNa] - Forward your incoming
calls when you do not answer
within a predefined time
Forward On Logout -
Forward your incoming calls
when you are logged out
1Press [Fwd] and then do one of the following:
Press [FwAl] to Forward All
Press [FwBs] to Forward on Busy
Press [FwNa] to Forward on No Answer
Dial the Forward on Logout feature code
2Listen for the dial tone.
3Do one of the following:
To set Call Forward, dial the destination number
To cancel Call Forward, choose [cncl]
To change the Call Forward destination, dial the new
destination number
4Listen for the confirmation tone.
Headset Only Use a headset to conduct
conversations
Press HEADSET. The button is lit.
A zip tone is heard via the headset indicating incoming calls.
Hold (Placing on) Place a party on Hold while
another call is made/received
During a call, press [Hold] to place the second party on hold. The
held party hears music.
Hold (Retrieving
from)
Retrieve calls placed on Hold Press [Retr] or the lit HOLD.
Held calls are returned in “first in/first out basis”.
Login Log in to a phone with your
individual user settings
You must define your PIN
code in your Sea Softswitch
Web Portal.
1Dial 123.
2Dial your alias ("extension") number.
3Dial your PIN code.
4Listen for the confirmation tone. Your settings are
displayed on the phone.
Logout Log out from the phone to
which you are logged in
1Dial 123.
2Dial your PIN code (if required).
3Dial the deactivation code (10). The
[------Logged out------] message is displayed.
Mute Microphone Temporarily turn off the
microphone on your telephone
To turn off the microphone during a call:
Press [Mute]/MUTE. The party cannot hear your side of the
conversation.
This is a toggle feature. Press lit
[Mute]/MUTE to return to 2-way
conversation.
Page Queue Park a call on a designated
Page_Q number and answer
a call parked through Page
Queue from any phone
To place a call in Page Queue:
1While on a call, press [Trns].
2Dial a free Page Queue number (7060-7069).
3Listen for the confirmation tone.
To pick up a call placed in Page Queue:
1Dial an assigned Page_Q number (7060-7069).
2Begin speaking.
Pickup (Direct) Answer any ringing phone in
your system
1Press [PcUp] and then [Drct] or dial 77.
2Dial the number of the ringing phone.
3Answer the call.

Pickup (Group) Answer any ringing phone in
your Pickup Group
1Press [PcUp] and then [Grp] or dial 76.
2Answer the call.
Redial Redial the last number dialed
from this phone
Do one of the following:
Press [Rdil]
Press Redial
Press *
Speakerphone Converse hands-free Press SPKR to automatically switch on microphone and
speaker. All dialing or conversation is automatically hands-free;
the handset remains on the cradle.
Speed Dial Quickly dial favorite numbers Press a Speed Dial button defined with a destination number or
dial Speed Dial Number.
Transfer (Xfer) Transfer a call to another
internal or external user
1During a call, press [Trns] or XFER..
2Dial the transfer destination number.
3Choose one of the following options:
Wait for an answer to announce the call and
disconnect or press [Trns] (screened transfer) OR
Disconnect to automatically transfer the call
(unscreened transfer)
Transfer (Xfer) to
Hold
Transfer a call to a party put
on hold
1Press [Trns] or XFER.
2Dial a destination number.
3Press the flashing DSS key associated with the held call.
4Press SPKR or hang up to transfer the call.
Turn Off MWI Turn off the Message Waiting
Indicator (MWI) lamp
1Dial 175.
2Dial the Activation code (11). The lamp is turned off.

Voice Page Place or receive a voice page
call
Placing a voice page call:
1Dial 191.
2Dial the destination keyset number (FlexSet-IP, T200M).
3Listen for the Voice Page tone and begin speaking.
Answering a voice page call:
1Listen for the Voice Page (warbling) tone.
2If you are in a conversation, either place the call on hold or
hang up.
When the tone stops, the voice page automatically
connects through the speaker.
3Converse hands-free, or lift the handset for private
conversation.
If you have Mute Microphone activated, the calling party
can hear you only once you have lifted the handset.
