IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the
appliance, and always follow the safety and operating instructions.
Important : This appliance can be used by children over 8 years
old and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of
the appliance and the risks involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
Never leave the appliance and its cord unsupervised and within
reach of children less than 8 years old or irresponsible persons
when it is plugged into the wall or when it is cooling down.
❑Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on
the appliance.
❑From time to time check the appliance for damages and should
it be damaged, have it checked by a competent qualified

❑This product is suitable for cleaning indoor wood floors, rubber
floors, ceramic tiles and short-haired carpets, but it is not
suitable for cleaning plush carpets.
❑Do not use this product on stairs.
❑Do not use this product in a potentially hazardous environment,
such as gas stations, oil depots, chemical factories and other
flammable and explosive places.
❑Do not use this product to remove flammable or volatile liquids,
such as gasoline, kerosene, paint, detergent, alcohol, perfume,
floor cleaner and so on.
❑Do not stand or sit on the machine.
❑Pay attention to babies, children or pets when using this
product to avoid danger.
❑If you use the appliance with a damaged air filter, the appliance
might get damaged. Make sure to check the good quality and
placement of the filter.
❑Never replace the batteries yourself. If the batteries have to be
replaced, please contact a competent qualified electrician(*).
❑When you decide to throw away the appliance, make sure to
remove the batteries and to dispose of them in an ecological
manner by handing them in at a place destined to this end.
❑Always unplug the appliance before removing the batteries.
❑If liquid coming out of the batteries comes into contact with
clothes or with skin, immediately clean the polluted surface with
clear water and consult a doctor.
❑If the appliance contains rechargeable batteries, do not replace
them with ordinary batteries.

and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid

ANTIBACTERIAL FILTER
We are proud to introduce the new Anti-bacterial Technology CleanTech.
Developed and tested in Germany, this innovative coating of the HEPA filter helps you to
keep your home safe and clean.
The unique chemical formula was specifically created for the elimination of the virus and
bacteria in its working area.
The efficiency of the filter is optimal up to 2 months with a normal use of the robot
vacuum cleaner.
You can easily (re)order the CleanTech filters via our after-sales service, the contact
details are available on the warranty card.

REMOTE CONTROL
Install 2 AAA batteries before using the remote control for the first time. Make sure the
positive and negative ends are facing the correct polarity direction as marked in the
battery compartment. (see ‚+’ and ‚-‚ markings)

QUICK START
Plug in the charging dock, and place
the remaining excess cable into the
trunking at the bottom of the charging
dock.
Note: If you don't put the excess cable
into the trunking, it may get tangled
with the robot while charging or
cleaning.

A. Charging dock position
1. Place the charging dock on a
hard, level surface and against a
wall.
2. Make sure the place is open and
uncluttered leaving at least :
•2 meters(6.5 feets)in front
of the charging dock
•1 meter (2.3 feets) on both
sides of the charging dock.
3. Connect the round connector of
the adapter into the power socket
on the charging dock and the
other end into a wall outlet.
Install the charging dock in a location
that your robot can easily access. It is
recommended to place the charging
dock against a wall, and on a hard-
level surface rather than on rugs or
carpets. Always keep the charging
dock plugged in, otherwise the robot
will not automatically return to it.
B. Install side brushes
Attach side brushes to the bottom of
the robot by pressing a brush into each
slot.
C. Choose the floor brush
The main brush is ideal for daily
cleaning of dust and crumble on all
kind of floor (hard floor and carpet)
while the pet brush is especially
designed to catch animal hair and
fibers.
Make sure to secure the brush into the
case with the according cover.

D. Turn on the main power switch on
the bottom of the robot
E. Activate the robot
Place the robot onto the charging
dock, making sure the metal charging
contacts on the charging dock
match up with those underneath the
robot. If successful you will hear a
series of tones. Once the power
button illuminates, the robot is ready
for use.
F. Start the cleaning cycle
Press the power button once to
wake up the robot.
Press the power button again to
start a cleaning cycle (or press the
Auto button on remote control).
If its battery gets low before finishing a
cleaning cycle, the robot will return
automatically to the charging dock.
lf the charging dock is inaccessible,
the robot will return to its starting
location and the cycle will end.
In this case, please place the robot
manually on its dock.
G. Pause
To pause the robot press the button
or press the button on the remote
control.
To resume the cleaning cycle, press
button again.
To send the robot back to the
charging dock, press the button.
H. Power off
To end the cleaning cycle and put
your robot in standby mode, press
and hold the button until the robot
indicators turn off.

HOME CLEANING
Auto cleaning
•At the start of a cleaning cycle,
the robot will map out the zone.
•During the cleaning cycle, the
robot touches the edges of the
room, as well as chair legs and
other furniture.
•The unit continues this process
until it has cleaned up the entire
zone.
•If its battery gets low before
finishing a cycle, the robot
automatically returns to the
charging dock.
•Once the robot finishes its
cleaning cycle, it also returns to
the charging dock to recharge.
FLOOR MOPPING CLEANING
The robot is equipped with a water
tank that enables the robot to mop
floors.
1. Attach the cloth and fill the tank
with water.
2. Remove the dust bin.
3. Put the water tank back in place
and start the robot.
Tip : you can also use the mopping as
a dry polishing function.
When finished, empty the water tank,
rinse it with clean water and store it
dry or it may become cloggy and
smelly. Check that the 4 water
drainage holes are not blocked,
unblock them if necessary with a small
needle.

SPOT CLEANING
When you select spot cleaning, the
robot cleans a defined area by
spiraling outward about 3 feet(1
meter) in diameter and inward.
When you use this mode, the robot
boosts its vacuum power to provide
the best cleaning possible.
To start, place your robot on top of
the spot to clean and press (spot) on
the remote control.
MAX VACUUMING CLEANING
The robot increases its suction power
to provide a deeper cleaning process
when you press the button on the
remote control, max vacuuming
cleaning if off by default. Please be
aware that this extra boost of power
will consume more energy and that
the robot will have to return to the
base for charging more often.
EDGE CLEANING
After the robot finishes cleaning the
open areas of your floor, it uses the
‚edge clean’ mode to ensure that it
will clean along walls and around
furniture legs, if you prefer to pass
faster to this mode, press the button
on remote control.
SINGLE ROOM CLEANING
When a specific room needs to be
cleaned, please press the ‘single
room’ button on your remote control.
Note: the robot will clean and then
stop after 30 minutes in this mode.
Make sure to confine the robot to a
room by closing the door.

CLEANING SCHEDULE
Your robot has cleaning schedule settings which allow you to customize when the robot
cleans your home. These settings are available only through the remote control.
Note: Please make sure the remote control is located nearby the robot while setting the
clock or schedule as it has to communicate with the device.
1. Set the remote control's clock
Press button on the
remote control, and then

REGULAR ROBOT CARE
To keep your robot running at peak performance and reliable, please perform the following
care procedures. If you notice the robot picking up less dust or debris from your floor, then
please empty the bin, clean the filter and the rolling brush. Cleaning the brushes is
important as hair or pet hair may get stuck and block it.

1. Press the bin release button to
remove the bin.
2. Open the bin’s hatch to empty it.

1. Remove the filter by grasping the
white tab.
2. Shake off debris by tapping the filter
against your trash container.

Cleaning the robot's rolling brush, side brush, swivel wheel and sensors
1. Take out the rolling brush, clean the
vacuuming channel with a cloth.
2. Clean the rolling brush: If any hair or
threads or yarn got stuck, simply cut
them using the cleaning tool knife
that has been provided with your
robot. Then remove everything
carefully. Only if the central brush
can rotate freely, your robot can
work to your satisfaction.
3. Remove the side brush, use a cloth
to remove the dust from the brush.
4. Pull out the swivel wheel, then clean
the swivel wheel with the cleaning
tool.
5. Dust off the cliff sensors to maintain
the best performance.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Your robot will tell you when something is wrong with a two-tone distress sound . The
indicator will also blink or light up in red. Refer to the chart below to resolve the robot’s
problem.
For some errors, rebooting the robot may resolve the problem. To reboot the robot, press
the power button on the bottom of the robot. You will hear an audible tone signifying a
successful reboot.

Note : Anti-drop sensors prevent the Robot Vacuum from tumbling downstairs and steep
drops. They may work less effectively if dirty or used on reflective/very dark-colored floors.
Also, anti-drop sensors can be triggered by strong sunlight area. If it causes the robot to
move in an unusual pattern, please use the curtains to block sunlight from entering in the
room or switch the robot on later, when the sun has moved away.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The robot cannot be
activated.
•Make sure the main power switch is in the ON position.
•Make sure the battery is fully charged.
•Replace the batteries (2 AAA) in the remote control.
•Make sure the remote control is within range (16 ft/5 m) of
the robot
•If you still have trouble, turn off the main power switch
and then turn it back on.
The remote control
does not work.
•Replace the batteries in the remote control.
•Make sure the robot is turned on and fully charged.
The robot stops
working suddenly.
•Check if robot is trapped or stuck on an obstacle.
•Check if the battery level is too low.
•If you still have trouble, turn off the main power switch,
wait for 2 seconds, and then turn it back on.
You can’t schedule
cleaning.
•Make sure the main power switch on the bottom of robot
is turned on.
•Make sure the time, time of day (AM/PM), and the
scheduled time have been set correctly.
•Check if robot’s power is too low to start cleaning.
Suction power is
weak.
•Check if any obstructions are blocking the suction inlet.
•Empty the dust bin.
•Clean the filters with the cleaning brush.
•Check if the filters are wet due to water or other liquid on
the floor.
•Air-dry the filters completely before use.
The robot can’t be
charged.
•Check if the indicator on the charging dock lights up. If
not, contact the service center to repair or replace the
charging dock.
•Dust off the charging contact pins with a dry cloth.
•Check if you can hear a beep when robot returns to the
charging dock. If not, contact the service center to repair
or replace the charging dock.
Robot can’t return to
the Charging Dock.
•Remove objects within 3 ft/1 m to the left and right side
and within 6 ft/2 m of the front of the charging base.
•When robot is in the vicinity of the charging dock, it will
return more quickly. However, if the charging dock is
located far away, the robot will need more time to return.
Please be patient as it works its way back.
•Clean the charging contact pins.
The rolling brush
doesn’t rotate.
•Clean the rolling brush.
•Check if the rolling brush and brush guard have been
installed properly.
Robot movements or
travel path are
abnormal.
•Clean the sensors carefully with a dry cloth.
•Restart the robot by turning the power switch off and on.
