1. Important Safety instrucons
• People (including children) who are limited in their physical, sen-
sory, or mental capacies should not use this device at any me.
Furthermore do not handle this instrument if you do not possess
the necessary experience and knowledge to do so. This device
should only be handled under the supervision of a qualied per-
son and aer a thorough introducon.
• Do not leave children alone with the device, and supervise them
at all mes to keep them from geng harmed.
• WARNING: Do not cover! Otherwise this instrument will overhe-
at.
• Do not place the heater underneath a socket, drainage or the
like.
• To keep from geng burned, do not touch heater´s surface whe-
never it is turned on.
• Please use the handle whenever you have to move the heater.
• Do not put the cord underneath the carpet or a rug and make
sure that it is not a tripping hazard
• Plug the heater into properly grounded sockets only.
• Do not use the heater in any other way than described in the
user manual. Any other way of use may lead to re, electrocu-
on, and may cause serious harm to the person.
• Do not use this device near bathtubs, showers or swimming
pools.
• In case the connecon cable is damaged it has to be replaced by
the manufacturer or someone commissioned by the manufactu-
rer.
WARNING: Do not use a switching-oriented device, like a me-
keeper, when operang this heater. This could cause a change in
the thermal adjustment which is potenally hazardous!
• To keep the devices from overheang do not put towels or clo-
thing on top.
• When using the heater, make sure it is in an upright posion and
posioned on a even and dry place.
• Do not put any foreign objects into the vent. This may cause elec-
trocuon, re or damage to the heater.
• Do not use an extension cord unless approved by an electrician.
• This device is for private use only, do not use in any other way
than intended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use the device near curtains, highly combusble, extre-
mely explosive or malleable materials.
• Keep a distance of a at least 1.0 m between combusble ma-
terials- like furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothing, cur-
tains-and the heang device.

• Do not use the device in rooms were petrol, paint or any other
ammable liquids are stored.
• Do not use the device outside.
Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause
burns. Special aenon must be paid when children or
handicapped people are present.

2.1 Delivery
The unit is supplied ready for connection with power cord. The package also
includes attachment for wall mounting.
Damages must be complained immediately to the supplier!
2.2 Wall mounting
1) Keyhole opening (rear)

3) Control knob for temperature

To prevent inflammable materials from catching fire be sure to keep the prescri-
bed safety distance when installing the device. Mount the device to a wall that
is fireproof up to 90 °C.
The safety distance to the floor should be 20 cm, and at least 10 cm to all other
devices. Furthermore there has to be safety distance of approximately 50 cm
between the ventilation grille, windowsills, roof slopes and ceilings.
If you want to install the device in your bathroom, be sure to keep it out of re-
ach for people taking a shower or a bath.
When mounting the device to the wall, be sure to keep to the dimensions as
indicated in the illustration.
First insert the top fixing screw. Hang the unit up to the rear opening 1). At the
distance angle 2) secure with a screw.
WARNING
Do not install this device in areas that present an explosion hazard like a gara-
ge. Remove all protective coverage before turning on the device. When using
the device for the first time you might detect a strong odor. This is no reason
for concern; it is caused by residues of production and will disappear shortly.
The device takes in the area of the hot air outlet while in service higher tempe-
ratures. Therefore keep children away.
2. Maintenance
Before cleaning the device be sure to turn it off. To clean the device use a damp
towel and a mild detergent.
3. Assembly instruction
This Manual is very important and has to be kept at a safe place at all times. Be
sure to hand this manual to any other succeeding owner of the device.
The device is an electrical heater that was designed and intended to be moun-

ted to walls. The device comes with a power plug that has to be plugged into
an outlet. The device is designed to be connected to 230V (nominal) alterna-
ting current (AC).
4. Installation of Electricity
The device was developed for an electrical voltage of 230 V (nominal) and an
alternating current of (AC) 50 Hz.
The electrical installation may only be performed according to the user manual
and only by a qualified Electrician.
The device was designed to be used with termination and the connection cab-
le has to be plugged into an appropriate socket at all times. (Notice Permanent
cables may not be used) The distance between the receptacle and the device
hast to be at least 10cm. The connection line may not touch the device at any
time. In case the connection cable is damaged contact the manufacturer im-
mediately!
5. Functions
The desired room temperature is set on the rotary knob 3. Indicators facilitate
the retrieval of the correct room temperature. The temperature range is infi-
nitely variable from about 5 ° C (left) to about 32 ° C (clockwise) adjustable.
Choosing the symbol *the “Frost Protection” is automatically guaranteed.
The desired time is set on the rotary knob 4. The knob is adjusted clockwise.
Turning back is not possible for the model 2028.
Model SM 2004 with temperature control
The unit heats up with a power of 2000W up to set on the thermostat room
temperature are reached. After that, the unit switches off and on again al-
ternately. We recommend the adjustment knob to rotate clockwise, until the
desired temperature is reached. Then insert the controller slowly to the left
until the unit turns off.
Model SM 2028 with temperature control and 24h timer
This device has three possible settings:
1: permanent position “ON”
time switch operation
0: permanent position “OUT”
If your device is operating in the “Time Switch” position, the
model SM 2028 heats up in the chosen time periods by re-
gulated 2000W power. Function temperature controller, see

6. Overheating protection
To increase the operation safety a overheat protection is built in into this unit.
If a fault or improper use (e.g. if the appliance is covered) the rapid heater will
be switched off. After cooling down of the device, it automatically turns on
again. If the overheat protection respond again, the unit must be checked by a
specialist.
