TOOL HOLDER AND SALES COUNTERS
installation, use and maintenance instructions
* BEFORE USING THE CABINET check the floors, which must be in good condition and must have an
appropriate consistency for the capacity of the cabinet. In the case of floors with slight unevenness, shim the
cabinet and check the proper operation of the lock.
* FLOOR OR WALL MOUNTING is necessary in order to maintain the capacity of the drawers unchanged.
* DURING TRANSIT WITH PALLET TRUCKS he drawers must be closed and the front part must be facing
the operator and the forks inserted completely under the cabinet.
* MAKE SURE THE KEY IS IN OPENING POSITION BEFORE CLOSING THE DRAWERS.
* THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF DRAWERS must be done with only one drawer at a time.

EXTRACTION OF DRAWERS.
Completely pull out the drawer
and slightly raise the front part.

SEPARATORS.
After inserting them it is
necessary to use the screws
supplied (2 for the slotted
ones and 1 for the smooth ones)
to stiffen the bottom.
INSERTION/REPLACEMENT OF DRAWERS LABELS.
With a screwdriver push the plastic closing cap towards the
outside to replace the labels.
Using pressure, fit the cap (right and left)

MOVING THE DRAWERS.
Remove the locking hooks "A" to free the guides "B";
reposition and lock them again with the hooks.

FITTING THE ADJUSTABLE SHELF.
Insert, at the same height, 4 hooks (G),
two front and 2 rear,
in the appropriate slots.
Place above the shelf (H).
ANCHORING THE CABINET TO THE FLOOR.
After positioning the cabinet, mount it to the floor with
2 anchors of external ø 8x75 (screw M8).

WALL MOUNTING.
After positioning the cabinet, remove the drawers.
Drill 2 holes in correspondence with the existing ones
in the top of the back of the cabinet and attach with
appropriate anchors and washers.

All capacities are valid for evenly distributed loads.
FIXING CABINETS SIDE/SIDE - BACK/ BACK - OVERLAPPING.
Using 4 screws M6x12, 8 washers and 4 nuts of 6, the cabinets can be joined
to each other using the 4 existing holes.
For overlapping cabinets remove the possible base of the upper cabinet and
after positioning them make 4 holes of diam.7 on the 4 sides of the base.
The capacity of 900 kg in case of overlapping cabinets must be
considered for both units.

LOCK LOCKED
If the key turns freely or does not turn, to unlock
the closing device of the drawers, you have to drill
holes in the back with a tip of diam.10 in the position
shown in the drawing; insert a screwdriver into the
hole and, after making contact with the rod, strike it
with a hammer to make it rotate and thus unlock the
drawers.

MAINTENANCE
Each time you use the cabinet, check that all its components are intact and kept in good condition.
If any parts are damaged, have them replaced.
Lubricate the bearings whenever it is deemed necessary in order to maintain a smooth sliding of the drawers.
SALES COUNTERS.
It is possible to make benches for warehouses or storage depots for tools, using the cabinets and/or tool
holders to be completed with the tops and the corners closed at 45 and 90°.
