1. Optimum performance will be achieved within these operating temperatures. If air conditioner
is used outside of the above conditions, certain safety protection features might come into
operation and cause the unit to function abnormally.
2. If the air conditioner runs for a long time in cooling mode and the humidity is high (over
80%) , condensed water may drip out of the unit. Please sets the vertical air flow louver to its
maximum angle (vertically to the floor), and set HIGH fan mode.

1. Open and lift the front panel up to an angle
until it remains fixed with a clicking sound.
For some models, please use suspension
bars to prop up the panel.
2. Locate the MANUAL CONTROL BUTTON
on the right hand side of the unit.
3. Press MANUAL CONTROL BUTTON once
to activate FORCED AUTO mode.
4. Press MANUAL CONTROL BUTTON again
to turn the unit off.
5. Close the panel firmly to its original position.
NOTE: The unit must be turned off before
operating the manual control button. If the
unit is operational, continue pressing the
manual control button until the unit is off.

Units are equipped with a switch to run emergency operation mode. It can be accessed by
opening the front panel. This switch is used for manual operation in case the remote controller
fails to work or maintenance necessary.

necessary. To restore the remote controller operation, use the remote controller directly.

1. ON/OFF button: This button is used to start or close operation of the machine.
2. MODE button: This button is used to change the operation mode: AUTO, COOL, DRY, HEAT or FAN.
3. + button: This button is used to increase the temperatures.
4. - button: This button is used to decrease the temperatures.
5. AIR FLOW button: This button is used to select the left or right air flow direction, when press the in flap will swing
or fix. (It just works on three-dimensional air-flow model).

6. SWING button: This button is used to change the flap mode: natural flow, swing or fixed wind.
(It would be automatically set at fixed wind direction in DRY mode).
7. FAN SPEED button:
This button is used to set air rate you want. Low (display indicates ), Med (display indicates ),
Hi (display indicates ), Auto (display indicator flashing).
(It would be automatically set at low speed and unadjustable in DRY mode).
8. TIMER button: This button is used to set the ON or OFF timer
.
Set OFF timer: Set the time for the unit to turn off automatically.
• When the air conditioner is operating, press the TIMER button and the air conditioner will enter the
timed switch-off mode.
• Continually press the TIMER button to set the timer from 1 to 24 hours to switch off the air
conditioner. (The time indication sequence as follow: 1 - 2 - .... - 24 - cancel (no indication) - 1- 2 - ....
• After the desired time is set for the timed switch-off, the digits shown on the display screen will
decrease by 1 for every elapsed hour. The displayed digits indicate the remaining time prior to the
timed switch-off.
Set ON timer: Set the time for the unit to turn on automatically.
• When the air conditioner is in standby mode, press the TIMER button and the air conditioner will
enter the timed switch-on mode.
• Continually press the TIMER button to set the timer from 1 to 24 hours to switch off the air
conditioner. (The time indication sequence as follow: 1 - 2 - .... - 24 - cancel (no indication) - 1- 2 - ....
• After the desired time is set for the timed switch-on, the digits shown on the display screen will
decrease by 1 for every elapsed hour. The displayed digits indicate the remaining time prior to the
timed switch-on.
Press the TIMER button again after display 24 to delete the timed mode.
9. TURBO button: This button turn on or off the TURBO operation which increase the air rate to HIGH. (Only
in COOL or HEAT mode).
10. SLEEP button: This button is to set or cancel sleep function. When set the sleep function the room
temperature will be raised gradually by around 2°C higher than the setting under cooling mode after few
hours or dropped gradually around 5°C lower than the setting under heating mode when in sleep function
is selected. The fan speed will switch to LOW automatically, but can be change by press FAN SPEED
button.
11. CLEAN button: Only effective when the remote control is off. Press CLEAN button when remote if off will
switch on the unit with temperature set at 25°C cooling mode and high fan speed for 6 minutes.
12. LAMP button: This button to turn on or off display screen on the indoor unit.
13. HOLD button: Press HOLD button to lock or unlock remote control keyboard.
14. FOLLOW ME button:
Push this button to initiate the Follow Me function, the remote display actual temperature at its location.
The remote control will send this signal to the air conditioner every 3 minutes interval until the Follow Me
button is pressed again. The air conditioner will cancel the Follow Me feature automatically if it does not
receive the signal within any 7 minutes interval.
