3、TROUBLE SHOOTING
FAULT FAULT CAUSE TROUBLE SHOOTING
Do not insert
coin
Coin acceptor do not adjusted。
Has the fake coin。
Adjust the coin acceptor。
Take out the fake coin。
No ticket out
Ticket dispenser no 12V input voltage.
Drive signal of ticket dispenser or ticket
cancellation signal wire loosen.
Ticket wheel do not put down.
Ticket dispenser drive or ticket
cancellation terminal fault.
Main board do not design for ticket out.
Check power supply output voltage or
wire.
Check the drive ticket cancellation signal
or wire.
Put down ticket wheel.
Change main board.
Set the mode for ticket out.
No music
Volume is low。
Sound output signal short-circuit。
Speaker damage。
Amplifier damage。
Adjust the volume。
Connect the wire。
Change speaker。
Change main board。
No movement
No power to machine。
Do not turn on for power。
Fuse damaged。
No output for power supply。
No voltage for main board。
Main board damage。
Turn on the power。
Turn on the power。
Change new news and check if short
circuit or not。
Change power supply。
Connect the wire for main host。

1. Find attached IO board sheet and drawing, in the main board drawing
can see the wire connection for input and output.
2. DIP adjusting please find for IO sheet, capital letter is for factory
setting, customer can adjust by yourself.
