Safety Attention
1) The machine has a high-voltage at internal part, the
adjustment must be operated by technician to avoid any
personal injury or damage caused.
2) When checking and maintaining, please cut off the power
before proceeding.
3) Please shut off the door of machine. Before opening the door,
please turn off the power switch.
4) In order to prevent abnormal accident, there must be
firefighting facilities nearby.
Install Attention
For safety and avoiding damage, do not place machine at the
following area.

Usage Attention
1) Voltage using range is 105V
~ 115V/215V ~ 225V，Rated voltage
is 110V / 220V, the specific use of voltage according to the
nameplate on the door shown. The use of the machine voltage
must be correct, otherwise it will make the machine hard to
repair damaged.
2) The power plug must be inserted firmly, and keep the power
cord can not pull too tight, damaged, to prevent personal
injury and power supply short circuit, leakage.
3) At the first time to operate, please set coin selector and
game setting to make machine can work properly.
4) Check each function frequently.
Maintenance
1) Please maintain machine regularly to check each function can be operated
normally.
2) Shut down power switch when changing the parts to avoid any injury.
3) Use the same model when changing the parts to avoid any damage.
4) Check the wire connection and voltage output after changing power supply
box.
5) Working voltage of PCB is 12.1V~12.4V.
6) Before sending PCB for repair, please do leakage inspection and internal
voltage & power supply to ensure PCB is damaged or not.
Cleaning

1) Wipe the machine with a clean, soft cloth.
2) To avoid any damage on the surface, please do not clean the machine with
the stuff below.
 Deteriorated cleaner
 Acidic cleaner
 Pesticides, disinfectants, alcohol or other chemical products
Attention for movement or transportation
1) When moving or transporting, please pay attention on disassembly to prevent
damage to the machine.
2) During transport, please prevent impact from rubbing on machine; otherwise
it will cause serious damage to the appearance of the machine.
3) When transporting the machine, please pay attention on the methods and
protect the appearance of the machine; otherwise it will cause serious damage
to the machine.

2. How to play
Two players can play at the same time. After inserting the coin, a very
beautiful commemorative card will be sent out at the exit of the card,
and player can take it as a souvenir. After the card is sent out and the
music plays, and voice prompts during the game, please sit and hold; During
the game, the music plays and the turntable rotates smoothly. At the same
time, the light box and the pointer would also turn, and the trucks and
sanitation vehicles would swing up and down. Before game over, there is
a voice prompt that when the machine does not stop completely, do not
leave.

4. Movement
1) First, loose the nut of foundation to rise up and touch the nut at machine’s
bottom
2) Unplug the power cord from power supply box.
3) Can push machine from the front or back side. Need 2 people to process.
Remark：If the floor is not flat or has a tilt to it when moving machine, please pay
attention to the force and prevent the crash of handling to the machine.
Attention:
* Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord.
* Random human movement, flip and transportation will damage the
equipment.
* Prevent the crash of handling the movement, or that will cause the damage
on appearance and construction on machine.

5. Installation
Please follow the steps of installation at the first time.
5.1 Select the area
1) Place the machine with the same type of others according to its play
classification and appearance.
2) Please refer to the suggested position and dimension below to place machine.
Make an enough space for daily normal operation and ensure customers can
play comfortably.

5.2 How to fix
5.3 Check connection before power input
1) Check the internal structure of the machine for any looseness caused by
transportation. The wire connector terminals should not fall out of the port.
2) Check the ground wire is connected to the ground.
3) Check the machine's power input at both ends of the impedance to the ground
should be greater than 100 megohm.
4) Adjust coin mech to make tokens work properly.
5) Load the card and adjust the card equipment until it can work
properly.
6) Connect the power cord.

Attention
A Do not put heavy stuff on the power cable. That could cause
a short circuit, even a fire. The wire cannot be forced to
stretch and bend. Do not expose the wire to near the stuff
with high temp. Do not put wire where to be kicked or touched
easily.
B When unplugging the power cable from the socket, please pull
out by holding the plug, do not hold the wire.
Do not pull the plug with wet hands.
5.4 Power input

Check the impedance of the ground to power supply input
before inputing the power to machine.And, check the way of
connection.

1) Ensure machine’s input voltage is same as the nameplate.
2) Turn on the power switch after inputting the power.
3) Adjust coin selector to make sure it can work properly.
4) Adjust card dispenser to make sure it can work properly.
5) Open the maintenance door, find the setting switch on the main
board, and then set the game contents according to the actual
situation of the site (see setting table below).
6) Insert coin to play and make sure the rotation and swing parts
are normal.
7) Check the light box, control box, turntable and lights are
normal.
8) Check the sound is normal.

6. Check before operation
To ensure the machine can work properly and safety concern, it is
necessary to do daily inspection before the operation.
Check the items below：
1) Power input wiring is fixed well and no damage.
2) Ensure machine is fixed well.
3) Confirm there’s no damage on the appearance.
4) Ensure there’s no stain on machine and labels are fixed well.
7. Daily operation
7.1 Power input and start to operate
1) Turn on the power switch.
2) Inspect the LED display by visual checking.
3) Check background music works properly.
4) Check the coin selector, card dispenser, turntable and swing
are normal.
7.2 Check machine at the end of operation
1）Check the lights can work properly.
2）Check again the coin selector, card dispenser, turntable and
swing are normal.
7.3 Collect coins and account
1) Open the coin box and collect coins after turning off machine.
2) Open the door to check the number of coin code tables.

8. Game setting
Select the settings and results, according to DIP switch (ON
/ OFF) position on setting table, set the game's play, time, demo
music time, background music selection.
Check and confirm the 4 small switches of SW2 on main board to
be OFF (default and can not adjust)
There are 8 small switches of SW1 on main board for setting game
play, time…etc. Please check the setting table for the details.

How to set：
1）Game time: This setting is to determine the time of each game.
If you set "120S", then each game time is 120 seconds.
2）Demo Music Waiting Time: This setting determines how often
to play the demo music or turn off the demo music. If "360S" is set,
the demo music plays after waiting for 360 seconds.
3）Coins per one game：This setting decides coin quantity to play
a game. If set "1", player can play a game for 1 coin.
4）Background music：This setting determines which music is played
during the game. If you set "No.1," then play the first song in the
game.

9. Adjustment
9.1 Coin selector adjustment
Adjustment：
1) Remove the plastic coin in slot and replace the using coin.
2) Loosen the screw at the back of coin slot and adjust the fixing
piece according to the coin size to avoid the larger coin is stuck
at the coin selector.
3) Set COIN switch at NO （ COIN signal line to ground normally
open）.Remark：this switch can be used as coin switch when machine
is operating.
4) Adjust COIN signal wavelength to 50MS.
5) Adjust the token tolerance resistor according to the photo above,
turn clockwise to adjust the sensitivity of the token tolerance
increases, the range of acceptable tokens has larger tolerances;
turn counterclockwise to adjust the sensitivity of the token
tolerance to reduce the acceptable range of small coin tolerance.

9.2 Volume adjustment
Volume Adjustment ： Open the coin door and find the volume
potentiometer on amplifier board, adjust the volume by
turning it. Turn the potentiometer clockwise to make the
sound louder; turn counterclockwise to make it smaller.

！ Attention
Please turn the volume potentiomenter slowly. Do not turn to the
rightmost position at one time to prevent the sudden increase of
the volume output current and burn the speaker.

9.3 Adjustment for card dispenser
Adjust the thickness of card
1）Loosen screw counterclockwise and move gate door up and down.
2）Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to move the door upward.
3）Put the sample card in the same time adjust the "adjustment screw"
until the card can be out successfully (press the card key test).
4）Card thickness and adjust the scale and the corresponding table
(this is the reference value, subject to actual).

Installation for card（Suggest thickness 0.4mm、quantity 200 pcs）
Remark：Before installation, must be powered off.
A、Install the cards at the front.
1）Loosen the screw and take out the door.
2）Take out the plate.
3）Put cards.
4）Put the plate on the cards.
5）Put the door on and tighten the screws.
B、Install the cards from back side.
1）Take out the plate.
2）Put cards.
3）Put the plate on the cards.

The setting cannot be adjusted; please restore the setting if it
is changed.
