WARNINGS
To prevent damage to your TENAMIC unit or injury to yourself or to others, read the following safety
precautions before using this unit.
●DO NOT PLACE OR STORE THE EMERGENCY KEYS INSIDE THE SAFE AT ANT TIME.
●DO NOT expose to extreme heat or cold. Battery power may be affected.
●If the battery fails, you will be unable to open the safe.
●Always check to make sure door has latched when closing.

●Neither seller or manufacturer shall be liable for unauthorized access, any injury, loss or damage to personal
property direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the TENAMIC safe.
●The user shall determine the suitability of the TENAMIC safe before the intended use and user assumes all
risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith, TENAMIC safe are not intended to protect against
environmental hazards including fire and water.
●Be sure and follow all local and state firearm laws.

OPEN YOUR SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME
●When first opening, user should open the safe with the emergency key.
●Use the lever included in the package to remove the cover of the keyhole. Insert the key and rotate.
●The door will open automatically.
CAUTION: Finish operation, pull out the key and keep it in a safe place.
INSERT THE BATTERIES
●Open the door.
●Insert 4 * AA batteries into the battery compartment.
CAUTION: Replace 4 new batteries by lining them up in a manner as indicated by the “+” and “-” signs. When
outage for longer than 30 minutes, you should reset the user’s password.

FACTORY SETTINGS
● Initial password: “1234”.
●No initial fingerprint.
CAUTION: The fingerprint and password can only be used after the battery is installed.
OPEN THE DOOR
● First press any button once to bring the safe out of standby mode, then enter the factory code “1234”. The
green LED will light.
● After setting, enter the correct password (the initial password is “1234”) or the correct fingerprint, the door
will open automatically.
●The internal light will automatically turn on and turn off after 30 seconds.

PROGRAM PRIMARY FINGERPRINT
●Hold the set button for 3 seconds when you hear beeps and the keypad flashes 3 times, the LEDs remain on
to indicate it is ready to accept a new fingerprint.
●You will need swipe one finger across fingerprint scanner. You will need to swipe this finger three times. The
LED light will flash green once for each valid scan. After three time scans, the LED light will go out and the
fingerprint has been set successfully.
●Note: Total 28 fingerprints can been program, the program method is same as the primary fingerprint.
PROGRAM PASSWORD
●Hold the set button for 3 seconds when you hear beeps and the keypad flashes 3 times, the LEDs remain on
to indicate it is ready to accept a new user password. Then enter a user code 3-8 digits long then press the set
button again to confirm the user password, when you hear two beeps, the keypad LED light will go out,
indicating the password has been set successfully.

RESET SYSTEM
●Press the setting button for 6 seconds, when you hear a persistent beep, it means the system reset
successfully (restore to factory settings).
START VIBRATION ALARM FUNCTION
●Press the "4" for 3 seconds, when you hear beeps, it means that the vibration alarm function is turned on.
When the gun safe is vibrated, the horn will alarm for 1 minute.
●When the vibration alarm function is on, press the "4" for 3 seconds can turn off the vibration alarm function.

WRONG INPUT ALARM FUNCTION
●Enter 5 wrong password, the horn will alarm for 1 minute.
You can remove the battery to stop the alarm.
●Enter 5 wrong fingerprint, the horn will alarm for 1 minute.
Enter the correct fingerprint or password can stop the alarm.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT REMINDER
●When the power supply voltage is lower than 5.1V. The light will glow blue after opening the door and you
will hear 5 beeps continuously. It means low battery, please replace the battery in time.

MUTE FUNCTION and UNMUTE FUNCTION
● Press the “1" for 3 seconds until the light goes out, it means the mute function is on.
● Press the “1" for 3 seconds until the light goes out, when you hear beeps, it means the mute function is off.
●Take out the battery and reinstall it, it will unmute.

EXTERNAL BATTERY COMPARTMENT
●An external battery compartment is in the package.
●When the internal battery is exhausted. You can put the battery in it, plug it into the socket on the panel, and
you can continue to use your fingerprint and password.
Caution:
●The external battery compartment is recommended for emergency use. Please update the internal battery
when you reopen the door.

MOUNTING METHOD
TIP: Make sure you have enough clearance for the lid to open properly before mounting the safe and fix the
safe in the place which is not easy to move.
●Drill holes for expansion bolts (or clamping screws) in the right place.
●Turn the expansion bolts counterclockwise to separate.
●Use the expansion bolts (or clamping screws) to secure the case to the wall.
●Make sure the case is mounted in place as required and then tighten all screws.
CAUTION:
●Use the expansion bolt when there is a concrete wall surface. Use the clamping screw when there is a
wooden wall surface.
●DO NOT let the safe door face the floor when you mounting the safe with the vertical direction to avoid your
property from damage.

TENAMIC is committed to building high quality products and will make every effort to ensure our products are
free from any defects. We guarantee your safe will be free od defects in materials or workmanship for a period
of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, use in any manner for which
is not designed, neglect, modification, damage in advertently caused by the owner; accidents, and/or tampering.
If you safe is determined to be defective and we are responsible for the cause we will have it repaired at our
expense, or we will send a new replacement at no cost to you. You will be required to return your existing unit
as well as all included accessories to TENAMIC prior to replacement of the defective unit along with your order
of purchase.
If you are determined your safe needs to be returned, our customer support team will provide you with a return
detail.
