avvertenze sulla sicurezza, l’uso e la manutenzione del vostro

• Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità
dell’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi al

• Non lasciare gli elementi dell’imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica,
polistirolo espanso, chiodi, ecc.) alla portata di bambini o persone
con capacità mentali ridotte in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
• Non lasciare mai l’apparecchio incustodito quando collegato alla
presa di corrente.
• Usare e riporre l'apparecchio su una superficie piana e stabile.
• Scollegare sempre l'apparecchio dalla presa dopo l'uso

spegnerlo e non manometterlo; non smontare l’apparecchio per

• Il voltaggio della rete elettrica deve corrispondere a quello riportato nella targa dati
posta sul corpo motore.
• Prima di collegare la spina alla presa di corrente, verificare che la tensione di funziona-
mento dell’apparecchio corrisponda a quella della propria abitazione. In caso di dubbio,
rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
• Collegare l'apparecchio a una presa integra, conforme a quanto prescritto dalle vigenti
norme di sicurezza elettrica. LANGE DISTRIBUTION non può essere considerata
responsabile per eventuali danni causati da un impianto elettrico non conforme.
• Un errato collegamento elettrico può essere pericolosissimo, può causare danni
irreversibili e, comunque, invalidare la garanzia.
• Se si utilizzano prolunghe, assicurarsi che siano integre e certificate per l'uso previsto.
• Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato non utilizzate l'apparecchio; il cavo non deve

• Non tirare mai il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per scollegare la spina

• Non immergere mai il corpo motore (1) in acqua o altri liquidi.
• Non usare mai l’apparecchio a piedi nudi e con mani o piedi bagnati
• Non lasciare mai l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (sole, pioggia, ecc.)
• Non mettere mai l’apparecchio direttamente sotto acqua corrente.

ATTENZIONE!
Non usare l’apparecchio in modo continuativo per più di 3 minuti continua-
tivi. Rispettare delle pause di 10 minuti se l’apparecchio ha lavorato per
un periodo pari al massimo consentito al fine di permettere al motore di
raffreddarsi. - Non rimuovere alcuna parte mentre l’apparecchio sta
funzionando. - Durante l’uso, tenere il cavo d’alimentazione (3) lontano dalle parti
in movimento. - Durante l’utilizzo tenere lontano mani, capelli, indumenti,
spatole o altri utensili dalle fruste in movimento per evitare lesioni e/o situazio-
ni di pericolo. - Non posizionare l’apparecchio in prossimità di fonti di calore
(fornelli, forni, stufe elettriche o a gas, ecc.)

IMPORTANTE! Tutte le operazioni di montaggio e smontag-
gio devono essere effettuate ad apparecchio spento. L’inter-
ruttore (7) deve essere on posizione OFF (vedi fig. 1). La spi-
na deve essere scollegata dalla presa di corrente.
PRIMA DELL’USO Lavare le parti destinate al contatto con
gli alimenti: le fruste (4)e (5). Vedere il paragrafo “Pulizia e
manutenzione”.
MONTAGGIO DELLE FRUSTE Sollevare l’apparecchio e ag-
ganciare le due fruste a spirale (4)o le due fruste ad anello (5)
al corpo motore (1) facendolepassare attraverso i fori posti
sotto al corpo motore stesso (fig. 2): Fare attenzione, nel caso
delle fruste a spirale (4), ad inserire la frusta provvista dell’anel-
lo di bloccaggio (A) nel foro di diametro maggiore.
SMONTAGGIO DELLE FRUSTE Sollevare l’apparecchio e
premere il tasto di espulsione fruste (6).

ATTENZIONE!
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di pulizia, scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente
e smontare le fruste.
Lavare le fruste (4) e (5) con acqua calda e detergente per stoviglie oppure in lavastoviglie.
Pulire il corpo motore (1) solo con un panno morbido asciutto. Non immergerlo mai in acqua
o altre sostanze liquide.
Non utilizzare mai prodotti chimici o abrasivi.

The present manual is an integral part of the appliance and must
be carefully read before using it as it gives important indications
with regard to safety of installation, use and maintenance. Keep
it with care.
•After taking off the packing make sure that the appliance is intact.
In case of doubt do not use it and contact our service center calling toll-free
Number 800 200 899.
•Donot leave pieces of packing (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails etc.) within
reach of children or persons with reduced mental capacities since these are
potential sources of danger.
• Before connecting the plug to the outlet check that the working voltage of the
appliance corresponds to the one in your house. If in doubt, contact professionally
• Use of adaptors, multiple outlets and extension leads is not advisable. In case of
necessity use exclusively approved devices in conformity with the current safety
regulations while making sure that they are compatible with the appliance power.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
All assembly and disassembly operations must be carried out when
the appliance is switched off.
The switch (7) must be on the OFF position (see figure 1).
The appliance must be unplugged from the outlet.
BEFORE USE
Clean all the parts coming into contact with food: dough hooks (4)
and ring beaters (5). See paragraph “Cleaning and maintenance”.
BEATER ASSEMBLY
Lift the appliance and hook the two dough hooks (4) or the two ring
beaters (5) to the motor unit (1) by inserting them into the holes
underneath the motor unit (figure 2). In case of dough hooks (4),
make sure to insert the hook with the lock ring (A) into the larger
hole.
BEATER DISASSEMBLY
Lift the appliance and press the beater eject button (6).
WARNING!
For safety’s sake the beater assembly and disassembly operations
must be carried out only when the appliance is switched off.
PUTTING INTO OPERATION
Unwind the feed cable (3) completely and plug into the outlet. Move
then the switch/adjuster (7) from OFF to one of its 5 positions:

WARNING!
Do not use the appliance for more than 5 minutes in succession and let it cool down at
room temperature before using it again.
Keep hands, hair, clothes, palette knives or other tools at a distance from the beaters while they
are moving to avoid injuries and/or dangerous situations.
Do not let the feed cable dangle from the worktop.
Do not let the feed cable touch the moving parts.
Do not place the appliance near sources of heat (hotplates, ovens, electric or gas fires, etc.).
SUGGESTIONS
•For best results, all the ingredients used for your mixture should be at the same temperature.
•Butter, eggs, etc. should be taken out of the refrigerator well in time before using them.
•Beat the cream while it is cold to increase its volume.
•When making doughs, use the dough hooks (4) and select a low speed at first; afterwards increase
the speed.

When finished, switch off the appliance by setting the switch (7) to

•The barred symbol of the rubbishbin shown on the equipment indicates that, at the end of its useful
life, the product must be collected separately from other waste.
•Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal
centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to
the retailer at the time of purchasing newsimilar equipment, on a one for one basis.
•The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled, tre-
ated and disposal of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative
effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up
the apparatus.
•Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative sanctions according
to the laws in force.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before carrying out any cleaning operation, unplug from the outlet and remove the beaters.
Wash the dough hooks (4) and the ring beaters (5) in hot water and dish detergent or in the
dishwasher.
Clean the motor unit (1) with a soft dry cloth only. Never dip it in water or other liquid
substances.
Never use chemical or abrasive products.
