MEDISAFE Lancet for FINETOUCH
For Single Use
• Do not store at extreme temperature and humidity. Avoid direct sunlight
• Keep away from children.
CAUTION
• Use only FINETOUCH as Lancing device.
• Read the instruction manual put in the box of FINETOUCH before use.
• Use following physician's instruction.
• For single use.
• Handle with care to avoid accidental needle-prick. Cover the Lancet
and pull off FINETOUCH.
• Dispose the Lancet according to the local manner.
• For single use only. Do not reuse. Do not re-sterilize. Do not reprocess.
• Reprocessing may compromise the sterility, biocompatibility and
functional integrity of the device.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1. To select a penetration depth, turn Dial and move the corresponding
number in gauge to mark. (Fig.1)
2. Insert Lancet into FINETOUCH. Twist and pull the Lancet-cap to
remove from the Lancet. (Fig.2)
3. Place the tip of Lancet on your finger at the place to collect blood
and press push- button. (Fig.3)
