Safety Instructions
This product guide contains important information
about the safe installation and use of this product.
Please read and follow these instructions careful-
ly and keep this manual in a safe place for future
reference.
When unpacking, check there is no transportation
damage before using the product. In case of any
damage, consult your dealer and do not use the
apparatus.
The product is for indoor use only. Use only in dry
locations. Keep this device away from rain and moi-
sture, excessive heat, humidity and dust. Do not allow
contact with water or any other liquids. The product is
not designed or intended to be mounted directly on to
inflammable surfaces.
The product is only intended for installation, opera-
tion and maintenance by qualified personnel.
The product must be installed in a location with
adequate ventilation, at least 50cm from adjacent
wall surfaces. Be sure that no ventilation slots are
blocked.
Do not directly look into the led. It can cause harm
to your eyes. Do not look at the LEDs with a magni-
fying glass or any other optical instrument that may
concentrate the light output.
Do not attempt to dismantle and/or modify the pro-
duct in any way.
Electrical connection must only be carried out by
qualified personnel.
Before charging the fixture, ensure that the voltage
and frequency of power supply match the power
requirements of the product.
A rechargeable lithium ion battery is built inside this
fixture. Please avoid bumping or plunging, it may
cause fire or explosion. Never store the battery when
fully drained. Always recharge immediately when
empty. Make sure to fully charge all fixtures before
storing them. Partially charged batteries will lose
capacity. Fully recharge every 6 months if not used.
When charging fixtures in flight case, always charge
with the case open. It is recommended to charge at a
temperature between 0°C and 35°C.
Please make sure the battery will be disposed of
properly according to your local law when it runs out
of its life, to protect the environment.
This product is not designed for permanent opera-
tion. Consistent operation breaks will ensure that the
device will serve you for a long time without defects.
If this fixture is operated in any other way other than
the one said in this manual, this device may suffer
damages and thus the warranty becomes void.
Always switch off the fixture when it is not in use or
before cleaning it or before attempting any
maintenance work.

la tensione e la frequenza dell’alimentazione corri-
spondano ai requisiti di alimentazione del prodotto.
All’interno di questo apparecchio è integrata una
batteria ricaricabile agli ioni di litio. Si prega di evitare
di urtare o di bagnarla, potrebbe causare un incendio
o un’esplosione. Non riporre mai il prodotto quando
la batteria è completamente scarica. Ricarica sempre
immediatamente. Assicurati di caricare completa-

Product Overview
ZZLUX112BAT is a battery led PAR with DMX wireless
receiver. This luminaire is equipped with a high
brightness RGBW 4-in1 LED and can create unlimited
color variation effects.
ZZLUX112BAT has a rechargeable lithium battery
capable of supporting 5 hours of work in full color
mode. It can work longer in ECO mode. The appliance
can operate up to 8 hours in mode
integrated programs and about 12 hours in single
color mode. Its battery is protected against overload
to maximize its durability.
ZZLUX112BAT uses a very stable wireless DMX
receiver (Sweden Solution) to guarantee maximum
performance.
The appliances are also equipped with an infrared re-
mote control that allows the appliance to be managed
in all its functions.
This extremely compact and versatile device can be
used both as an uplight and a pointer. Its inclination
can be changed manually to 360 °. It is absolutely an
ideal tool for mobile DJ / musical groups, weddings,
exhibitions, dance halls and hotel banquet halls, etc.

The appliance has a thermal protection.
You can easily check the fixture temperature from the
Information [Temperature] menu.
When the temperature of the device is higher than 65
° C, the light power will decrease up to 80%. When
the temperature is above 70 ° C, the light emission
will decrease to 60%.
When the temperature of the device is
higher than 75 ° C, the LEDs turn off automatically
until the temperature drops to 55 ° C.
Make sure to fully charge all fixtures before storing
them. Partially charged batteries will lose capacity.
Fully recharge every 6 months if not used.
The device can be mounted in different ways.
The housing is very compact and can be arranged in a
multitude of ways.
The appliance can rest on the floor and function as
an uplight, it has a built-in adjustable inclination
support, which can reach 360 ° and illuminate walls
or facades, plus the base is magnetic so as to fix it on
metal surfaces.
Make sure that the appliance is always positioned on
an even and resistant surface and keep it at a distan-
ce of 0.5 m from the projected objects.
The fixture has a 10mm hole to which a clamp for
pylons can be attached.
When installing the equipment on a crossbar or truss,
always use an additional safety cable (not supplied).
Users must also make sure that the crossbar is
stable or not moving and can support a weight
of 15 kg (net weight of the device 1.5 kg).
The appliance is equipped with a rechargeable lithium
battery and a power supply station that simultaneou-
sly charges 4 lights. Battery life will decrease from
time to time as the battery life may be slightly lower
than expected due to different working conditions.
To charge the battery, plug the power cable into a
socket and connect the 4 lights to the charging sta-
tion using the appropriate connector, the charger has
a 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz input.
A normal charging time is about 4-5 hours.
When recharging the batteries of the lights housed in
the bag, make sure that the cover remains open.

L’apparecchio ha un foro da 10mm a cui può essere
fissato un morsetto per tralicci.
Quando si installa l’apparecchiatura su traversa
o capriata, utilizzare sempre un cavo di sicurezza
aggiuntivo (non in dotazione). Gli utenti devono anche
assicurarsi che la barra trasversale sia stabile o non
in movimento e che possa supportare un peso
di 15 kg (peso netto del dispositivo 1.5 kg).
Assicurati di caricare completamente tutti i proiettori
prima di riporli. Le batterie parzialmente cariche
perderanno capacità.
Ricaricare completamente ogni 6 mesi se non si
utilizza.
L’apparecchio ha una protezione termica.
È possibile controllare facilmente la temperatura del
faro dal menù Information [Temperature].
Quando la temperatura del dispositivo è superiore
a 65°C, la potenza luminosa diminuirà fino all’80%.

To avoid tampering the user can lock the OLED
display by activating the Lock function.
Press menu until the display shows:

change the value from Off to On using the UP and

After about 1 minute the display will be locked and
each time a key is pressed, a padlock will appear to
indicate that the menus are locked.
To unlock the device, press the Menù and Enter keys
simultaneously for 1-2 seconds.
The Eco mode allows the appliance to operate longer
with a single charge by slightly reducing the light
output.
To activate Eco mode:

Per evitare manomissioni l’utente può bloccare il
display OLED attivando la funzione Lock.
Premere menù fino a visualizzare sul display:

Premere Enter per accedere al sottomenù,
modificare il valore da Off a On utilizzando i tasti UP e
DOWN e confermare nuovamente con Enter.
Dopo circa 1 minuto il display risulterà bloccato e ad
ogni pressione di un qualunque tasto comparirà un
lucchetto ad indicarne il blocco.
Per sbloccare il dispositivo premere contemporanea-
mente per 1-2 secondi i tasti Menù ed Enter.
La modalità Eco consente all’apparecchio di funzio-
nare più a lungo con una singola ricarica riducendo
leggermete l’emissione luminosa.
Per attivare la modalità Eco:

DMX Addressing Indirizzamento DMX
Each device must be assigned a DMX address so that
it responds to signals sent by the controller.
This DMX address is the channel number from which
the projector starts to “listen” to digital control
sent to him.
This device has 3 DMX modes:
4, 6 and 10 channels.
To set the DMX address of the device,
follow the steps below:
- Switch on the appliance, press “Menu” until:

6CH or 10 CH;
- Press “Enter” to confirm the selection.
- Press “Menu” repeatedly to return to:

Turn on the light, press the menu button until the

Dopo qualche secondo i led blu iniziano a lampeggia-
re a conferma dell’avvenuto accoppiamento.

confirm the successful coupling.

il faro si collegherà al vecchio trasmettitore automati-
camente, non c’è bisogno di ri-accoppiarlo.

Turn on the transmitter and press the PAIRING button.
The headlight status LED flashes for 5 sec and then
turns blue to indicate the correct pairing and recep-
tion of wireless DMX signal.
After switching on, if there is no new transmitter, the
light will connect to the old transmitter automatically,
there is no need to re-pair it.
Decoupling from the transmitter
Press the menu key until the display shows:

The fixture is reset in this way, the various settings
made by the user will be lost.
As described above, the device can be controlled by
a wireless DMX signal using an external transmitter
(not supplied), see: ZZDMXLINK200; ZZDMXLINK400.

Remote Control Telecomando
1 - Activation / blackout button.
2 - UP / DOWN keys to increase or decrease the

7 - Set the equipment in MASTER or SLAVE mode.
8 - Activate the fade mode, press the speed button

sui pulsanti freccia per incrementare o diminuire
l’indirizzo. Premendo nuovamente si va ad impostare
la modalità DMX 4, 6 o 10 canali.
10 - Imposta il dispositivo al massimo della sua
luminosità.
11 - Attiva l’eco mode (la batteria dura circa 30 min in
più utilizzando questa modalità).
12 - Tasti di impostazione dei colori statici.
