TigerAngle is the solution for you!

How does the TigerAngle work?
The TigerAngle is a radial saw with automated
angle adjustment. We have specially developed
this angular saw on the basis of a manual Graule
machine, and it makes (double) miter sawing a lot
easier and more accurate. Sawing at angles used
to take a lot of setup time and was not accurate,
but it is now a lot easier. The TigerAngle can be
supplied as desired with a control for the swivel
and/or rear corner. The complete sawing machine
is custom made by us and can be equipped with
BeamWorks software and the TigerStop, for
example, with which you can saw parts with the
highest precision!

1. Introduction

1.1. Document usage
This document is a guideline for the use and the maintenance of the machine.
It must be kept with the machine during the life time of the machine.
The document can be supplied on an USB-Stick or on request be supplied as
a printed copy. It can also be downloaded at www.tigerstop.com
The saw TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D requires the permanent presence of an operator
in immediate vicinity of the machine during operation and programming.
The instructions, the drawings and the whole content of this document, form a
technical manual of which no copies or duplication may be made without clear
written agreement of TigerStop BV. As the intellectual property rights owner,
TigerStop BV reserves the right to make changes to the design, if required.
The saw TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D has been provided with an CE declaration
of conformity (see also copy of the CE declaration in this document,
paragraph 1.4).
The machine has a warranty period of one year, starting with the rst day the
machine was used. There is a maximum time laps of 3 months between the
delivery date and the commissioning of the TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D.
During this period, the warranty does not require TigerStop to execute other
than the necessary repairs. This only includes the replacement of parts made at
our production facilities and/or parts that were provided by us and have been
identied as defective. All required actions will be done with the shortest
possible delay.
Additionally to the conditions of the warranty. The combined costs for the
mounting, transport, and the remounting of the replaced parts, just like the labor
costs will be charged to the customer.

1.1. Verwendung des Dokuments
Dieses Dokument ist eine Richtlinie für den Gebrauch und die Wartung der Maschine.
Es muss während der Lebensdauer der Maschine bei der Maschine aufbewahrt wer-
den.
Das Dokument kann auf einem USB-Stick oder auf Anfrage als gedrucktes Exemplar
geliefert werden. Es kann auch unter www.tigerstop.com heruntergeladen werden.
Die Säge TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D erfordert während des Betriebs und der Programmie-
rung die ständige Anwesenheit eines Bedieners in unmittelbarer Nähe der Maschine.
Die Anleitung, die Zeichnungen und der gesamte Inhalt dieses Dokuments bilden ein
technisches Handbuch, von dem keine Kopien oder Vervielfältigungen ohne aus-
drückliche schriftliche Zustimmung von TigerStop BV angefertigt werden dürfen. Als
Inhaber der geistigen Eigentumsrechte behält sich TigerStop BV das Recht vor, bei
Bedarf Änderungen an der Konstruktion vorzunehmen.
Die Säge TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D ist mit einer CE-Konformitätserklärung versehen wor-
den (siehe auch Kopie der CE-Erklärung in diesem Dokument, Abschnitt 1.4).
Die Maschine hat eine Gewährleistungszeit von einem Jahr, beginnend mit dem
ersten Tag, an dem die Maschine benutzt wurde. Zwischen dem Lieferdatum und der
Inbetriebnahme der TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D liegt eine maximale Zeitspanne von 3 Mona-
ten.
Während dieser Zeitspanne verpflichtet die Gewährleistung TigerStop nicht zur Aus-
führung anderer als der notwendigen Reparaturen. Dies beinhaltet nur den Austausch
von Teilen, die in unseren Produktionsstätten hergestellt wurden und/oder Teile, die
von uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden und als beschädigt identifiziert wurden. Alle
erforderlichen Maßnahmen werden so schnell wie möglich durchgeführt.
Zusätzlich zu den Bedingungen der Gewährleistung. Die kombinierten Kosten für
die Montage, den Transport und den Wiedereinbau der ausgetauschten Teile werden
ebenso wie die Arbeitskosten dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt.

2.1. General description
2.1.1. Intended usage of the machine
The machine is intended for the cutting of pieces of wood, plastic, or in some
cases aluminium with minor wall thicknesses. The customer is obliged to inform
TigerStop B.V. about the intended material to cut. These materials can be in various
shapes and sections. The cutting capacity of the sawblade has to be respected at
all times. It is only allowed to cut aluminium pieces if lubrication is not required
during the cutting process.
Optional is the supply of lubrication, making it possible to use a micro dose of
lubrication on the sawblade while cutting aluminum.
2.1.2. Configuration of the machine
The machine consist mainly of:
- A base frame place on the oor with following parts integrated:
∙ An electric motor, driving the sawblade through an independent sawblade
support arm with two (2) V-belts.
∙ A linear arm for the sawblade.
∙ An electric cabinet and a control panel mounted in the door of the cabinet.
∙ A cutting table.
∙ A pneumatic clamping device, holding the work during the cutting cycle
and safety cover for the sawblade.
∙ Roller conveyors/ tables left and right from the base frame.
∙ An automatic positioning device for the work piece, the TigerStop.
∙ A connection for the waste extraction.
2.2. Intended use
The machine is intended for use in an industrial environment similar to a workshop
containing other equipment like drilling machines or milling machines etc.

2.1. Allgemeine Beschreibung
2.1.1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der Maschine
Die Maschine ist für das Schneiden von Stücken aus Holz, Kunststoff oder in einigen Fäl-
len Aluminium mit geringen Wandstärken bestimmt. Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, Tiger-
Stop B.V. über das vorgesehene zu schneidende Material zu informieren. diese Materi-
alien können verschiedene Formen und Querschnitte haben. Die Schnittkapazität des
Sägeblattes muss immer beachtet werden. Es dürfen nur Aluminiumstücke geschnitten
werden, wenn keine Schmierung während des Schneidens erforderlich ist.
Optional kann eine Schmierung zugeführt werden, die es ermöglicht, das Sägeblatt
beim Schneiden von Aluminium mit einer Mikrodosierung zu schmieren.
2.1.2. Konfiguration der Maschine
Die Maschine besteht im Wesentlichen aus Folgendem:
- Einem Grundrahmen, der auf dem Boden steht und in den folgende Teile integriert
sind:
• Ein Elektromotor, der das Sägeblatt über einen unabhängigen Sägeblatt-Trag-
arm mit zwei (2) Keilriemen antreibt.
• Ein linearer Arm für das Sägeblatt.
• Ein Schaltschrank und ein in der Tür des Schaltschranks montiertes Bedienfeld.
• Ein Schneidetisch.
• Eine pneumatische Spannvorrichtung, die das Werkstück während des Schneid-
zyklus hält und eine Sicherheitsabdeckung für das Sägeblatt.
• Rollenbahnen/-tische links und rechts vom Grundrahmen.
• Eine automatische Vorrichtung für die Positionierung des Werkstücks, der Tiger-
Stop.
• Ein Anschluss für die Absaugung des Verschnitts.
2.2. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Maschine ist für den Einsatz in einer industriellen Umgebung vorgesehen, ähnlich
einer Werkstatt, in der auch andere Geräte wie Bohrmaschinen oder Fräsmaschinen
usw. stehen.

The area must only be accessible by qualied personnel, following the
mandatory safety restrictions like wearing safety shoes and safety goggles.
2.3. Working area and set-up
It must be possible for the operator to move freely around the machine. The
working area must be clean and cleared of items that can pose a danger to the
operator (e.g. trip and fall during operation of the machine). The working area
must be marked on the oor by, for example a yellow / black striped marking on
the oor, with at least an 800 mm wide free area around the machine.
Attention!
There must be enough space on the back of the machine to freely move the saw
arm in its back position. The bottle containing the brake uid is on the back end
of the saw arm. The distance from the to this bottle is 120 centimeters. Keep at
least 20 centimeters extra distance for safety. The machine must therefore be at
least 140 centimeters from the rear wall from the straight guide.

Der Bereich darf nur von qualifiziertem Personal betreten werden, das die vorge-
schriebenen Sicherheitsvorschriften wie das Tragen von Sicherheitsschuhen und
Schutzbrillen beachtet.
2.3. Arbeitsbereich und Einrichtung
Der Bediener muss sich frei um die Maschine bewegen können. Der Arbeitsbereich
muss sauber und frei von Gegenständen sein, die eine Gefahr für den Bediener dar-
stellen können (z. B. Stolpern und Fallen während des Betriebs der Maschine). Der
Arbeitsbereich muss am Boden gekennzeichnet sein, z. B. durch eine gelb / schwarz
gestreifte Markierung am Boden, mit einem mindestens 800 mm breiten Freiraum um
die Maschine herum.
Achtung!
Auf der Rückseite der Maschine muss genügend Freiraum vorhanden sein, um
den Sägearm in der hinteren Position frei bewegen zu können. Die Flasche mit der
Bremsflüssigkeit befindet sich am hinteren Ende des Sägearms. Der Abstand von der
Rückwand zu dieser Flasche beträgt 120 Zentimeter. Aus Sicherheitsgründen einen
zusätzlichen Abstand von mindestens 20 cm einhalten. Die Maschine muss also min-
destens 140 cm von der Rückwand von der geraden Führung entfernt sein.
Achtung!
Sicherstellen, dass der Sicherungsring vollständig an der Rückseite des Positionsblock
anliegt. Falls erforderlich, die Flügelmutter lösen, um sie einzustellen.

Each set-up consists of a Saw machine with a number of tables for the transport
of the material to be cut to size.
All machines consist of any combination of these table sizes.
The following rules, concerning the working area, must be obeyed at all times:
- The protection covers of the machine, the cabling and the emergency stop
buttons must be accessible and kept in good conditions at all times.
- The working area must have sufcient lighting, for the operators, to check and
oversee every part of the machine.
- The dust extraction must function correctly.
- The oor around the machine must be free from obstacles, e.g. tools laying
around, superuous pieces of wood or loose tiles.
- The access to the working area of the machine must be restricted to qualied
personnel.

Jede Einrichtung besteht aus einer Sägemaschine mit einer Reihe von Tischen für den
Transport des auf Maß zu schneidenden Materials.
Alle Maschinen bestehen aus einer beliebigen Kombination dieser Tischgrößen.
Die folgenden Regeln, die den Arbeitsbereich betreffen, müssen immer eingehalten
werden:
- Die Schutzabdeckungen der Maschine, die Verkabelung und die Not-Aus-Tasten
müssen jederzeit zugänglich sein und in gutem Zustand gehalten werden.

2.4. Noise
NOISE EMISSION
Attention:
The noise emission exceeds the value of 80 dB(A), therefore ear protection is
required for the operation of this machine.
The indicated noise level is a measured value, which does not always accurately
represent the noise level under all circumstances. In spite of the fact that there is
an direct link between the emission values and the exposure level, this cannot be
used to determine whether or not extra safety measures should be taken.
The following factors are of inuence on the level of noise produced by
the machine:
- The type of material being processed and the size of the sections.
- Characteristics of the workplace, e.g. the size of the room and the type of
wall material.
- Other dust- and noise sources on the factory oor.
- The number and type of other machines on the location.
- Other factories in the surrounding area.
Attention:
The exposure level mentioned above, requires personnel to wear hearing
protection during operation of the machine!

3.1. General safety regulations
Attention:
Installation of your TigerStop Product must be done by a person trained in the
safe design and installation of automation products, and in the safe operation
of power equipment. Ensure that such installation meets all legally required
safety requirements and guidelines, and that proper guarding and safety
devices are provided on all sides of the equipment to preclude unintended
access during operation. Consult with and follow the recommendations of a
qualified safety engineer.

TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D benutzen und für Personen, die die TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D warten.
3.1. Allgemeine Sicherheitsvorschriften
Achtung:
Ihr TigerStop muss von einer Person montiert und installiert werden, die für die siche-
re Konzeption und Installation von Automatisierungsprodukten sowie den sicheren
Umgang mit elektrischem Strom ausgebildet ist. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass
bei der Installation alle gesetzlich geforderten Sicherheitsvorschriften und -richtlinien
eingehalten und entsprechende Schutz- und Sicherheitseinrichtungen an allen Seiten
des Gerätes angebracht werden, um einen ungewollten Zugriff während des Betriebs

3.1.1. Important safety information for operators
- The Operator’s Instruction Manual should always be at the operators disposal
or kept close to the machine.
- General, legal and other accident prevention regulations are considered an
addition to Operator’s Instruction Manual. Personnel working with the TIGER
ANGLE 2D/3D should be instructed, before operation, to read the Operator’s
Instruction Manual.
- This also applies to personnel performing maintenance, repairs and
modications of the machine.
It is not allowed to change, modify or replace the undercut swing saw blade,
with a different type or size, without the manufacturers permission. Unrestricted
changes to the equipment can seriously compromise the safety of the machine.
This is also valid for the addition of any safety device or the installation of a
pneumatic safety valve.
3.1.2. Important safety regulations
- An industrial electrical connection and an industrial pneumatic installation
are necessary to connect the TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D. The machine contains
electrical parts, compressed air parts and a fast spinning circular saw.
- Serious operator’s health injuries as well as damage on the machine can be
the result of:
∙ unauthorized replacement of protective parts;
∙ unintended use of the machine;
∙ incorrect usage of the machine;
∙ incorrect maintenance.
- Not following the safety regulations stated in this “Operator’s Instruction
Manual” can cause severe injuries or even death.
- Danger of bodily harm or life threatening situations can be caused by
unqualied operators or by not strict following the safety regulations.
- Operators and maintenance staff must be instructed and kept fully trained,
before and during operation of the machine.
- Individuals who are under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medicine
(inuencing the persons capability to react), should not be allowed to operate
the machine.
- Contacts with hazardous substances which can in any way damage or
compromise housings or protective covers, must be avoided; damaged parts
must be replaced immediately.
3.1.1. Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise für den Bediener
- Die Betriebsanleitung sollte dem Bediener stets zur Verfügung stehen oder in der
Nähe der Maschine aufbewahrt werden.
- Allgemeine, gesetzliche und sonstige Unfallverhütungsvorschriften gelten als Er-
gänzung zur Betriebsanleitung. Personal, das mit der TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D arbeitet,
muss vor dem Betrieb der Maschine angewiesen werden, die Betriebsanleitung zu
lesen.
- Dies gilt auch für Personal, das Wartungen, Reparaturen und Umbauten an der
Maschine vornimmt.
Es ist nicht gestattet, das Untertisch-Schwenk-Sägeblatt ohne die Genehmigung des
Herstellers zu ändern, zu modifizieren oder durch einen anderen Typ oder eine ande-
re Größe zu ersetzen. Uneingeschränkte Änderungen an der Ausrüstung können die
Sicherheit der Maschine ernsthaft beeinträchtigen.
Dies gilt auch für das Hinzufügen einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung oder den Einbau eines
pneumatischen Sicherheitsventils.
3.1.2. Wichtige Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Für den Anschluss der TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D ist ein industrieller Elektroanschluss
und eine industrielle Pneumatikinstallation erforderlich. Die Maschine enthält
elektrische Teile, Druckluftteile und eine schnell drehende Kreissäge.
- Schwere gesundheitliche Verletzungen des Bedieners sowie Schäden an der Ma-
schine können die Folge sein von:
• unberechtigtem Auswechseln von Schutzteilen;
• nicht-bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung der Maschine;
• unkorrektem Gebrauch der Maschine;
• unkorrekter Wartung.
- Die Nichtbeachtung der in dieser„Betriebsanleitung“ aufgeführten Sicherheitsvor-
schriften kann zu schweren Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führen.
- Nicht qualifizierte Bediener oder die Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitsvorschriften
können zu Verletzungen oder lebensbedrohlichen Situationen führen.
- Bediener und Wartungspersonal müssen vor und während der Bedienung der
Maschine geschult und stets weitergebildet werden.

3.3. Safety precautions
Please follow these basic safety guidelines. This list is in no way complete as
every location is different:
- Always treat the TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D and all power tools with caution and
respect. Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury, damage to
equipment or poor quality of cut.
- Always keep work area clean, clear of dust and debris and free of objects
that could cause accidents, damage to the machine or personal injury.
- Never clean dust or debris off the saw or tables with your hands. Use forced
air or a shop brush.
- Always keep the machine guards in place and in working order.

Bitte befolgen Sie diese grundlegenden Sicherheitsrichtlinien. Diese Liste ist keines-
falls vollständig, da jede Umgebung und jede Werkstätte anders ist:
- Behandeln Sie TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D und alle Elektrowerkzeuge immer mit Vorsicht
und Respekt. Eine Nichtbeachtung kann zu schweren Verletzungen, Schäden an
der Ausrüstung oder schlechter Schnittqualität führen.
- Den Arbeitsbereich immer sauber, frei von Staub und Rückständen und von Ge-
genständen halten, die zu Unfällen, Schäden an der Maschine oder Verletzungen
führen können.
- Nie mit den Händen Staub oder Rückstände von der Säge oder den Tischen abwi-
schen. Druckluft oder eine Werkstattsbürste verwenden.
- Die Schutzvorrichtungen immer funktionstüchtig halten und an ihrem Platz las-
sen.
- Die Maschinen immer sorgfältig warten. Die Wartungs- und Schmieranweisungen
befolgen.
- Die Staubabsaugung muss einwandfrei funktionieren.

- Always keep sawblades sharp.
- Always ensure that clamps and safety features are working properly before
using the machine.
- Always switch the power OFF and follow proper lock out/tag out procedures
before making adjustments or performing maintenance work.
- Always wear safety glasses and ear protection when operating the TIGER
ANGLE 2D/3D.
- Always wear steel-toed footwear when processing heavy or large stock.
- Always wear proper work clothing when operating TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D.
No wide clothing, rings or other jewellery which could get caught in moving
parts. Keep long hair in a knot at the back of the head.
- Never allow employees to operate TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D without proper
training.
- Always read the operation manual before attempting to install or use the
TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D.

- Bei der Arbeit mit TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D immer eine Schutzbrille und einen Gehör-
schutz tragen.
- Bei der Bearbeitung von schwerem oder großem Material immer Schuhe mit
Stahlkappen tragen.
- Bei der Bedienung der TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D immer angemessene Arbeitskleidung
tragen.
Keine losen Kleidungsstücke, Ringe oder Schmuck tragen, die sich in den sich
bewegenden Teilen verfangen könnten. Langes Haar am Hinterkopf zu einem
Konten binden.
- Mitarbeitern niemals erlauben die TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D ohne entsprechende Schu-
lung zu bedienen.
- Immer die Bedienungsanleitung lesen, bevor versucht wird, TIGER ANGLE 2D/3D
zu montieren oder zu bedienen.
