The purpose of the Motion Detector Alarm
The Tiiwee Wireless Motion Detector Alarm can be used very widely. Its main purpose is to
detect people approaching your house, your garden, your door or your driveway but the
product can also be used in shops to monitor the entrance for incoming customers as an
example.
How to setup your system quickly
Please follow the instructions of the manual carefully - especially the section "Important
note: Pairing before first use". This will ensure a correct connection between the sensor and
the receiver.
How to change the sound volume
The receiver has 2 volume settings. In order to switch between the 2 modes simply short
press the volume button on the receiver.
Note
The sensor does not feature an on/off switch to assure that the sensor is not accidentally
switched off without the owner’s explicit intention. The systems main operation is switched
off by pressing the on/off switch on the Receiver unit.

Before installation, the receiver and the sensor need to be paired. This procedure will ensure
that the communication between both receiver and sensor units are optimized and
calibrated. Without this procedure, your system will not function properly.

Please follow the below steps carefully.
Receiver
1. Remove the battery compartment cover by removing the screw
2. Insert the batteries into the receiver ensuring the correct polarity
3. Press and hold the volume button until the receiver emits two short beeps to indicate
that it is ready for pairing
Sensor
4. Remove the battery compartment cover by removing the screws
5. Insert the batteries into the sensor ensuring the correct polarity
6. The receiver will emit two short beeps indicating that the sensor is now paired with
the receiver
7. If the sensor detects motion for the first time the receiver will emit another two short
control beeps indicating it is functional
The receiver and the sensor are now fully functional. Whenever motion is detected by the
sensor you will hear the alarm sound and the receiver light will also flash.
Replacing the batteries
•Remove the battery compartment cover by removing the screw(s).
•Insert the batteries ensuring the battery polarity corresponds with the markings on
the battery compartment.
•Close the battery compartment cover.
Note: The LED’s on the receiver and the sensor will light continuously when the batteries run
low and need to be replaced.
DC 6V Socket
The receiver is fitted with a DC 6V socket for use with a 6V - 200mA mains adapter (not
supplied). This can be used to power the receiver instead of batteries.
Note: The batteries and a mains adapter can’t be used at the same time.

Installation
Mounting the sensor
Mount the sensor to a suitable surface at a minimum height of 1 meter above the ground.
Ensure the sensor area is not blocked. If the sensor is mounted more than 2 meters above
the ground ensure it is aimed downwards towards the area to be monitored. The sensor is
suitable for outdoor use.
Mounting the receiver
The receiver can be mounted to a flat surface in the same manner as the sensor or placed on
a flat surface. The receiver is intended for indoor use only and must not be mounted in an
exposed location.
Using the alarm
•The received will emit two short tones to indicate it is working.
•Test the unit by activating the sensor. A second person may be required to listen for
the receiver tone if this is out of hearing range.
•Switch the volume between low and high settings by pressing the volume button on
the side of the receiver.
Used batteries
Used batteries should not be left in the device as these corrode and can release chemicals,
which are toxic and can damage the device. Remove the batteries from the device if you do
not use it for a longer period of time. Damaged or used batteries can cause irritation after
contact with skin, always wear suitable gloves and protective glasses. Do not dispose of used
batteries with the household waste, instead hand batteries in at a designated collection
point (dealership or local authority recycling facility).

Ersetzen der Batterien

Batteriefach.
-Verschliessen Sie das Batteriefach wieder.
Hinweis: Die LEDs auf dem Empfänger und dem Sensor leuchten kontinuierlich, wenn die
Batterien zur Neige gehen und diese ersetzt werden müssen.
DC 6V-Eingang
Der Empfänger ist mit einer DC 6V-Buchse für die Verwendung mit einem 6V - 200mA
Netzteil (nicht mitgeliefert) ausgestattet. Diese kann dazu verwendet werden, den
Empfänger anstelle mit Batterien zu betreiben.
Hinweis: Das Betreiben des Empfängers mit Batterien und dem Netzteil gleichzeitig ist nicht
möglich.

Montage des Sensors
Montieren Sie den Sensor an eine geeignete Oberfläche bei einer Mindesthöhe von 1 Meter
über dem Boden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Sensorfläche nicht blockiert ist. Wenn der
Sensor mehr als zwei Meter über dem Boden montiert ist, gewährleisten Sie, dass der
Bewegungsmelder nach unten in Richtung der Umgebung gerichtet ist. Der Sensor wurde für

Montage des Empfängers

Lo scopo dell'Allarme Rivelatore di Movimento

Installazione
Montaggio del sensore

Batterie usate

Instalación

«Remarque importante : coupler avant la première utilisation". Cela vous assurera une
connexion correcte entre le capteur et le récepteur.
Le but de l'alarme détecteur de mouvement
L'alarme détecteur de mouvement Tiiwee peut être utilisée dans de nombreuses
circonstances. Son but principal est de détecter les personnes approchant de votre maison,
votre jardin, votre porte ou votre allée, mais elle peut également être utilisée dans un
magasin pour signaler l'entrée des clients par exemple.
Comment changer le volume sonore
Le récepteur dispose de 2 réglages de volume. Pour passer d'un réglage à l'autre, appuyez
rapidement sur le bouton de volume du récepteur.
Note
Le capteur ne dispose pas d'un interrupteur marche / arrêt afin qu'il ne puisse pas être
éteint par quelqu'un d'autre que le propriétaire. Pour couper le capteur, appuyer sur le
bouton marche / arrêt du récepteur.

Important : coupler le récepteur et le capteur avant la première utilisation.
Avant l'installation, le récepteur et le capteur doivent être couplés afin d'assurer une
communication optimisée entre les deux unités. Si vous ne le faites pas, votre système ne
fonctionnera pas correctement.

Récepteur
1. Ouvrez le compartiment des piles en enlevant les vis
2. Insérez les piles en veillant à la polarité
3. Appuyez sur le bouton de volume jusqu'à ce que le récepteur emette deux bips
courts pour indiquer qu'il est prêt à être couplé au capteur
Capteur
4. Ouvrez le compartiment des piles en enlevant les vis
5. Insérez les piles en veillant à la polarité
6. Le récepteur emettra deux bips courts indiquant qu'il est couplé au capteur.
7. Si le capteur détecte un mouvement, le récepteur emettre de nouveau deux bips
courts indiquant qu'il fonctionne
Le récepteur et le capteur sont maintenant prêts à fonctionner. Si un mouvement est
détecté par le capteur vous entendrez une alarme et le récepteur flashera.
Remplacement des piles
•Enlever le couvercle du compartiment de pile en enlevant les vis.
•Insérer les piles en s’assurant que la polarité correspond aux marquages sur le
compartiment des piles.
•Fermer le couvercle du compartiment de pile.
NB : La LED est sur le récepteur et le capteur s’allumeront sans interruption lorsque les
piles s’affaiblissent et doivent être remplacées.
Prise de CC 6V
Le récepteur est équipé d’une prise de CC 6V pour usage avec un adaptateur 6V - 200mA
(non fourni). Ceci peut être utilisé au lieu de piles pour alimenter le récepteur.
Note : Les piles et un l’adaptateur secteur ne peuvent être employés en même temps.
