Hospital mattress with zip-fastened breathable cover
Dimensions:
Application:
Mattresses are used in preventive treatment in case of pain syndromes in cervical, thoracic
and lumbar segments of spine and locomotor system. The mattress is recommended to
people who need to stay in lying position for longer period of time without the possibility of
changing the position. The main advantages of mattresses, that determine the effectiveness
of their operation, are very high gas permeability and self-acting.

Structure:
1. Cartridge made of polyurethane foam and profiled in a shape of a waffle
2. Cover made of vapour-permeable knit
3. Zip-fastener
Usage:
Mattresses are used as bed equipment as they are aesthetical and easy in use and handling.
Use as intended and according to doctor’s strict recommendation.
Cleaning and maintenance:
-Take out the cartridge and wash the cover at maximum 950C, mild washing process
(min. 50 cycles).
-Do not wash chemically, do not chlorinate (do not use to bleach compounds which
educe free chlorine).
-Rinse thoroughly after each use.
-The cover can be dried in tumble drier (normal temperature).
-Do not iron (do not expose to direct contact with heated surfaces e.g. radiator,
furnace, open fire, etc.).
-Air on dry days.
-Do not allow the mattress to be dirtied heavily.

Storage:
Keep in dry places, at room temperature, far from heat and light sources, in factory
packaging. Long-lasting exposure to sunlight and intense lighting may cause discoloration
(yellowing) of the foam from which the cartridge is made.
Terms of complaint:
The complaints will be admitted with the enclosed purchase proof. Complaints are subject
only to latent defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer. The product which is
complained should comply with basic hygienic requirements adopted in the trade.
NOTES:
USE as intended. Do not allow the mattress to be dirtied heavily. DO NOT allow direct
contact with oils and chemical fumes as they may damage the foam cartridge and the cover
from special knit. Willful modifications are UNACCEPTABLE what worsen usable properties of
the mattress. In case of serious damage, the product must be repaired by qualified
personnel or replaced. Worsening of visual-aesthetic properties (as surface creases) does
not influence the change of material parameters (physic-mechanical properties).
