Setting
Microphone Sensitivity
Conversations may sometimes be inter-
rupted by the high surrounding noise
level at the station. In order to eliminate
such trouble, adjust the microphone
sensitivity VOLUME (see ) on the
station according to the surrounding
noise level. Please refer to the table 1
for adjustment.
SpeakerVolume
When the station is installed in highly reverberant places such as
rooms with low ceilings, concrete walls or narrow corridors, sound
produced by the loud speaker may be picked up on the microphone,
causing a temporary interruption of conversation.
In such cases, turn down the speaker volume by using the trimmer
(see ) on the station. If the volume of the speaker is too low, adjust
the microphone sensitivity (control) VOLUME and speaker volume
control together.
Note: Use a small slotted screw driver for adjustment. After adjust-
ment, make a test.
CAUTION:
•Usea small Phillipsscrewdriver for the necessary adjustments.
•After adjusting the volume, do not fail to conduct a conversation
test.
