Replacement SKU Description & Replacement Instructions
STRIKE PLATE FOR LOCK
The strike plate is a small strip of metal that the lock engages when the cover is
closed. If the plate is bent, it can prevent the cover from closing and locking
properly. The strike plate can be removed with a Phillips head screwdriver.
MANDREL
Rides on track inside dispenser and supports the bath tissue rolls.
RELEASE LEVER
When the lower roll completely dispenses, the release lever allows the mandrel to
slide down into a position which allows the user access to the upper roll. Not
replaceable.
HOOD PINS
HOOD
To remove the cover, open the dispenser and remove the E-clips from the cover
pins. Slide the hood pins out and remove the cover. When the new cover is on,
use a needle nose pliers to put the E-clips back into the cover pins.

200262-20 TORK LOCK The lock can be replaced by removing the U-clip from the inside of the dispenser
with a pliers or screwdriver.

Loading Instructions
1. Open the cover with the supplied
Tork key. Remove the mandrel by
pulling it downward and out of the
dispenser (1a) and install unwrapped
Tork bath tissue as shown (1b). Do not
try to pull the mandrel up through the
top of the dispenser.

2. Replace the mandrel in the
dispenser by inserting it into the top,
noting it only fits one way (2a). Place
the roll into the top of the dispenser
(2b). Close the cover and remove the
Tork key.
Reloading Instructions
1. Open the cover with the supplied Tork
key. The spindle with the used core drops
out of the bottom of the dispenser (1a).
Remove the used core and place a full,
unwrapped roll on the spindle (1b). Do not
try to pull the mandrel up through the top
of the dispenser.
2. Lift the new roll up and
around (2a) until it is now
on the top (2b). Drop the
roll into the top of the
dispenser (2c). Close the
cover and remove the Tork
key (2d).
Preventive Maintenance
The Tork Bath Tissue dispenser should be cleaned any time there is heavy paper dust build-up
inside the dispenser. If paper dust is not a problem, approximately every year is a good
frequency for cleanings. The following is the recommended procedure to cleaning:
1) Open the dispenser and remove the rolls of paper.

2) Clean out any paper dust. This can be done is several ways, such as, vacuuming, blowing out
with a can of compressed air (wear safety glasses), wiping out with a damp cloth, etc.
3) Clean the cover with a general all-purpose cleaner that is safe for plastics.
Troubleshooting
Problem: Any paper-related problem.
•Take note of the date code on the outside of the case of paper product. Then contact the
SCA Tissue Quality Coordinator and explain the problem.
Problem: Any other problem not stated above.
•Contact the SCA Tissue Quality Coordinator.
Contacting SCA
Before contacting SCA, locate and make note of the date code of the dispenser. The date code
for the 209303A and 209305A should be on a sticker on the inner back wall of the dispenser. To
contact the SCA Tissue Quality Coordinator, dial 1-866-722-6659 and press 6.
