•Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe
cuttingunits,disengagethedrives,engagethe
parkingbrake(ifprovided),shutofftheengine,
andremovethekeybeforeleavingtheoperator's
positionforanyreason.
Improperlyusingormaintainingthismachinecan
resultininjury.Toreducethepotentialforinjury,
complywiththesesafetyinstructionsandalways
payattentiontothesafety-alertsymbol,which
meansCaution,Warning,orDanger—personalsafety
instruction.Failuretocomplywiththeseinstructions
mayresultinpersonalinjuryordeath.
RollerSafety
•Therollerisonlyapartofacompletemachine
wheninstalledonatractionunit.Readthetraction
unitOperator’sManualcarefullyforcomplete
instructionsonthesafeuseofthemachine.
•Stopthemachine,removethekey,andwaitfor
allmovingpartstostopbeforeinspectingthe
attachmentafterstrikinganobjectorifthereis
anabnormalvibrationinthemachine.Makeall
necessaryrepairsbeforeresumingoperation.
•Keepallpartsingoodworkingconditionandall
hardwaretightened.Replaceallwornordamaged
decals.
•Useonlyaccessories,attachments,and
replacementpartsapprovedbyT oro.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,shutoffthe
engine,engagetheparkingbrake,andremove
thekey.
2.Positionthetri-rollerunitunderthesuspension
arm.
3.Withthelatchesonthesuspension-armbar
pointingup(Figure3),pushthesuspensionarm
downsothatthebartsoverthebaracrossthe
topofthetri-rollerunit(Figure4).
